This is a 648 sqft, 1bd/1ba condo that has been renovated.
It is located only a few steps from the beaches of the Emerald Coast. Its white sand and turquoise water will leave you breathless and never want to leave again. Walking to the beach, which is only a 3 minute walk, you will find yourself crossing the Scenic Highway which is the most beautiful spot in the area. The beach on the one side, palm trees and beautiful mansions on the other side will make you enjoy some strolls along this magical place.

Right where you access the beach you will find ‘Pompano Joe’s’, a restaurant that we definitely recommend.

This first floor condo consists of a standard equipped kitchen where you can prepare only snacks or entire meals if you feel like eating in. Besides the bedroom equipped with a king size bed the condo has a queen sleeper couch which makes it a place for a maximum of 4 guests.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The condominium complex also has a pool which serves as a good alternative if you need a break from the salt water and sand. Pool not heated in Winter.
We provide TV with free Netflix and WiFi and there are a washer and dryer in the condo. Also to be found in the unit are a micro wave, a coffee machine, a toaster, an ironing board, an iron and a vacuum.

We also provide a pack’n’play but we don’t provide sheets for it. We provide one set of bath towels each guest but we don't provide beach towels.
The condo’s friendly and light colors chosen to fit the Emerald Coast will complete your cozy and warm feeling of being on vacation.

A maximum of 2 parking spots is right outside the unit which makes moving in and out very easy. Surfsong is not a high rise which will make you feel more at home than living in a hotel.

There is a lot to say about the area. Shopping and dining are all very close. Actually there are so many options that you won't know where to go. Destin Commons Shopping Mall with an AMC movie theater and the Outlet are only 10 minutes away. We recommend ‘Pompano Joe’s’ and ‘Whales Tail’, restaurants on the scenic highway.
Along Highway 98, which is the main connector in the area you will find several golf courses, mini golf, bowling and a water park for kids.

We also recommend visiting the Harborwalk Village in Destin. There are a lot of dining options along Destin’s marina. If you want to have fun during your stay, the Harborwalk Village is the place to go. They offer several different boat excursions, parasailing, snorkeling and they also have a jet ski rental.

A few minutes from Destin you find Okaloosa Island with miles of untouched white-sanded beach if you want to grab some things and enjoy the silence and the loneliness by only listening to the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.
Explore the many opportunities that await you on the emerald shores of this stretch of the incredibly scenic panhandle of Florida or simply exhale and relax.

QUIET TIMES: 10pm – 7am. Please no loud noise levels, unruly behavior. If there are any complaints the stay may be canceled without refund

STARTER KIT: Plenty for several days. We provide some rolls of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper towels, some dishwasher tabs, dish detergent and some trash bags. Any extra supplies need to be provided by you.

LINENS/BEDS: we provide bed sheet sets for all beds. And a set of towels (bath, hand, cloth) for each possible guest. No beach towels. And we don’t provide sheets or blankets for the pack’n’play. The beds do have quilts as cover but currently due to the Coronavirus and the County’s order no additional blankets are provided.

PROPERTY USE:
- No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use
- Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address
- Flush only toilet paper
- Recommendation: close curtains when not at home to keep the room cool.
- Don’t cool below 70 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid freezing of the equipment. If frozen it needs to be turned off for 24hours
- No glitter, glue, hair dye, spray tan or sun spray inside the unit

CHECK OUT:
- By 10 am
- Please remove all trash
- Please empty the fridge and freezer
- Please turn on the dishwasher if there are still dirty dishes
- Linens and towels can stay where they are (on bed/in the bathroom)
- Close windows and doors

UNAPPROVED LATE CHECKOUT: $50. If overstay impacts next guest: 2x nightly rate. Paying the fee does not mean a late check out is approved and you can extend your stay
