This was our second year at the house. Upon arrival, the floors were quite dirty—kitchen, entry and primary bath had a lot of debris on the tile. For the second year, heat in the main floor bedroom and bath was nonexistent and we had to rely on space heaters. A few of the windows don’t fully close, so there is some air leakage around them. We called the property manager because the garage door wouldn’t open. Fortunately, someone in our party was able to get it to work until maintenance arrived two days later. The hot water went out the second night and we had to fiddle with things to get that restored. Blinds on some windows are non-operational. Despite all those issues, the place is comfortable enough for a large group.

We had a wonderful time!!! The house was wonderful with so many bathrooms! It was very sound proof as well!!! A super great location!! Thank you for sharing your place!!❤️

Arrived at 4pm with easy access and check in. Spacious for a family of 11 with 3 young grand children. Had a good time house is very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of room, Dinning area was large and so is family room and separate game room. All bedroom are quiet with doors closed. While playing with the children on the carpet there was a lot of dog fur that stuck to their clothes. Tried to contact management with no response. Yard and deck are small, backyard faces neighbor street but wasn't very busy. Yard is not landscape or groomed so children couldn't play outside. House was plenty big enough for them to play inside. Games are well stocked with boardgames. Plenty of baby furniture, strollers , high chair, crib with bedding. Hot tub is keep at104 degrees and plenty extra towels provided. Nice neighborhood to walk around for exercise.

Very clean up to date housing, high quality. Best housing I stayed in long time. Just outside of town, nice and quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. Highly recommended.

Only issue was bedroom on first floor was cold and hot tub jets did not work. We called but no one came. Otherwise was great place for our 2 family ski trip

Stayed at Eagles Nest while in town for a wedding. Great property for a large group! There were a few minor things that needed maintenance, but nothing that majorly affected our stay.

Great Family Gathering House - Especially for Families w/ Little Ones

The house worked great for our family of four-generations. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us, from great-grandparents to toddlers. Although the house is a bit dated and worn (approximately 20 years old), it was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything my wife needed to cook for the entire clan. She loved having the double ovens! We were especially surprised, impressed, and appreciative of three specific things that are unusual in vacation homes: 1. The oversized 2-car garage plus a long driveway provided plenty of parking space for all five of our vehicles; 2. With two 1-year-old toddlers in the group, we were delighted to find a crib, a high-chair, a pack-n-play, and more for the little ones. 3. They provided an oxygen machine for people who might struggle with the altitude. Nice touch! I highly recommend the house for large families.

We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado. We had a beautiful home away from home that accommodated our entire family. The location was breathtaking and it was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. If you have a large group you are trying to make sure there is plenty of room for, this is the place.

Perfect space for our family to get in some quality mountain time over the holidays. Plenty of privacy in this beautiful, quiet neighborhood with all the convenience of being so close to town. We enjoyed the surrounding towns of Breck and Frisco as well as the trails that were walking distance from the house. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked (spices, aluminum foil, all kinds of kid accessories--high chair, baby gate). It was amazing to be able to bring our dogs too! Highly recommend!!!

This home was a good choice for our family vacation. Plenty of room in the common spaces and bedrooms for our group of 9. There were nearby restaurants and stores. The location made a good central location as we visited Rocky Mountain National Park, Breckenridge, and other mountain destinations.
