About this house rental

This stunning home welcomes you with a spacious, open floor plan that sleeps 6 comfortably. The open kitchen and dining area leads you out to a private backyard with a covered patio, pool, hot tub, and a turf yard perfect for games or entertaining. The luxurious kitchen has ample storage space, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your cooking needs.

The master bedroom is a dream! Beautiful views from your king bed look out to the pool, as well as a large walk in closet and a full bath, walk in shower, and double sinks. Two other bedrooms boast queen size beds. There is also a den with a pull out couch (memory foam queen size mattress), perfect for kids or an extra sleeping space.

A two car garage is available for your use as well as 4 cruiser bikes. The house is close to flat, paved trails so you can ride for miles. There is also a neighborhood park just a short walk away. There is a separate laundry room where you will have access to a washer and dryer. This home has it all and much more!

Only 25 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and minutes from the Mesa airport, this house is also close to the new Gilbert Regional Park, spring training baseball stadiums, golf courses, downtown Gilbert, SanTan Village, and everything else the beautiful East Valley has to offer!

The house was great! The kids loved the pool. We chose this based on the proximity to our family who live in AZ. This was 10 min away. The location is great. Close to shopping, parks and restaurants. We traveled to downtown Gilbert for dinner which was only 18 min away. Mandy was great and fast with communication. Such a great home! We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect for my unique situation. Autistic son was very comfortable relaxing in the clean well maintained house while my outgoing daughter had a blast reuniting with her school friends in the really nice pool! We will definitely make this an annual trip.

We loved it! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It was in a great neighborhood superclose to the Arizona athletic grounds, grocery store, and some yummy restaurants. Mandy was wonderful in communications and super responsive! We would definitely come back and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a walking/biking path right behind the house. It has the open floor plan that we always look for in a house. The kitchen was well equipped with the cooking equipment we needed for our stay. We really liked the very close location to the fry’s grocery store as well as near by eating/drinking establishments (Joe’s farm grill is our favorite breakfast choice!) The pool/hot tub was well used by our group and a favorite place for us to hang out. They could maybe use a couple more chairs to lay out in the sun but overall everything was very good and we will definitely look at staying here again next time! Also Mandy was very responsive and helpful if we needed anything, so thank you Mandy for everything!

We loved our stay at the Sun Spot! Everything was so well-organized and clear, in terms of making the initial arrangements and getting acquainted with the new place upon arrival. The house is lovely and spacious with lots of natural light. It's well-appointed, with loads of bath towels and pool towels and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The beds are very soft and comfortable, with high quality bedding, and we slept very well. The bedrooms also have room-darkening blinds, which is a nice touch. The pool and hottub are wonderful, and perfectly maintained: definitely the highlight of our trip! Also we were excited that there were so many floaties and toys for our child to play with in the pool. The area is quiet and safe, with some wonderful walking trails nearby, and several little playgrounds, which our 8-year-old enjoyed. Mandy was great to communicate with, and was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Spacious, clean and comfortable home with. a very nicely equipped kitchen. The backyard is very pretty with a beautiful pool. We really enjoyed the fresh, sweet oranges from the trees on the property. Easy check in and Mandy is a kind and helpful host. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

For the second year in a row, we visited the Chandler/Gilbert area to see family during Christmas and stayed at this house. It is very conveniently located, always clean and communication was great. Due to the colder evenings and mornings, we really enjoyed the heated spa as well as the heated pool when the weather warmed up in the afternoon. I always look to see if this house is available whenever we visit our family. Until next time!

House is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Front porch and back garden make for lovely outdoor spaces, while the inside is clean and comfy. Shower, bed, TVs, kitchen, appliances - you name it, all great. And it had an impressive touch screen display inside to help with check in / check out and helpful information about the area. Would def stay again next time we’re in Memphis!

Our stay was beyond amazing. The host was very responsive and made sure everything from check in to check out was perfect. The home is exactly as pictured, except more beautiful in person. The location is perfect because everything you could possibly think of from stores, shopping, and restaurants are within minutes. We absolutely loved our stay in this little piece of paradise with our children and look forward to staying again in the near future.

The title says it all. Both the property and Mandy were amazing. It was a first class stay all the way around. I can’t wait to book this property again. The pool and location were both fantastic. The house was perfect for our family. It was one of the most enjoyable, and relaxing vacations in a long time. I absolutely loved the communication and welcome packet. It made everything run smoothly from expectations to where to find some of the best food in the area. If you book this property, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything!

You won’t want for anything at this home. It’s comfortable and “feels” like your own home with all the amenities. The backyard with the pool are fantastic! Beds are also super comfy. Unfortunately we had a medical situation that kept us away from the home much more than we would have liked. Hopefully we will be back and can take advantage of the home/pool/bikes more next time.

We had a wonderful spring break trip in this beautiful home. It was clean, comfortable and so peaceful. The back yard is very private, beautiful and our daughters loved the pool and hot tub. Having so many neighborhood parks in the area was fun to walk to as well. Mandy was very quick to respond with anything needed throughout the entire process. We would love to come back someday!

This home was nicely laid out and accessorized. The rear yard was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. We had friends stay for a week and that also worked well. The garage, however, needed cleaning up and a new door mat. Mandy's timely and helpful responses were very much appreciated. We may do this again next year. Thank you.

Visited Arizona for a weekend golf trip. The property we stayed at was perfect for our needs. The property location was great for restaurants and conveniently located for travel to and from the golf venues. The house itself was very comfortable for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the owner was excellent. Mandy responded quickly to any questions that came up. Would definitely return for future trips.

We stayed at this house after Christmas. They were very accommodating as our stay changed with the Southwest Airlines complications. The house was great. It was clean and easily accessible. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. What a great stay. We will certainly look to come back to this house. Thanks.

This place was great! Nice pool and hot tub. House is spacious, comfortable and well stocked with what you need. Location is great. We went to a couple fall baseball games, explored downtown Gilbert on a Saturday. (Sat market worth going to). Great shopping nearby. Our host was Mandy. She was quick to respond to our questions etc. I have only 1 complaint and it’s nothing that can be controlled. The yard is loaded with mosquitos! Just a friendly FYI bring off spray or something like it??? So if it’s the time of yr when the mosquitoes are rampant get yourself some spray before going out in the back yard in the evening. Otherwise everything about this place is great, would love to stay again.
