Rooms : Ground floor lounge/diner/kitchen. Lower ground floor kingsize bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, en suite shower room. External utility room. First floor twin bedroom with cloakroom.
Kitchen & utilities : Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and wine cooler.
Entertainment : Smart TV, panoramic views overlooking Looe.

Outside : Balcony with panoramic views across the town.
Parking : Parking for one car provided. Please note that the road is narrow and steep. Pay & display parking is available within a 5 minute walk from the property.

Pets : 1 pet welcome - please note you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
