*Master bedroom*
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an En-Suite cloakroom. Luxury individually selected thread count bedding and an award-winning mattress. Complete with smart TV and Alexa. The in-built wardrobe has ample hanging space for two. Also, the room has a large chest of drawers with a hairdryer for additional storage space.
*Double room*
The second bedroom is classically decorated with a feature fireplace, smart TV, and award-winning mattress with luxury bedding. The room has plenty of storage with an in-built cupboard and bespoke open hanging rail. A hairdryer is also available in this room.
*Bedroom Three*
This room has two comfy single beds, a centrally located chest of drawers, and
an open hanging rail under the eves. It has a small wall-mounted TV with a fire stick. Head height restrictions.
Guest access- Parking
There isn’t a private car parking space linked to the property, but several options are available.
Millpool Long Stay car park (PL132AF) on Polperro road, it’s the largest car park in the town (964 spaces). The Millpool car park is an 8-minute walk from the property. This also has a 24h electrical charging station on site.
Hannafore has free on-street parking and is a ten-minute walk from the property.
Princes Square ( 50 yards from the property) also is the only Square in West Looe to have 16 free parking spaces on a first-come-first-served basis.
West Looe Quay is super convenient if you need a spot next to the property, but don’t intend to stay for too long. They also offer free spaces through the winter months (October-March).
You can park your car outside the property for unloading only.

We found the property to be clean, well equipped with everything you could need and the furnishings were of high quality.
Location was ideal on a quiet road close to the centre, due to the location there isn’t a parking spot but I didn’t find that an issue, even with two young kids. You can off load bags from the car parked for a few minutes outside the property and then move your car to a car park.

Perfect house in the perfect English seaside town
A very nice, well decorated, spacious house.
Perfect location right next to the local shops, short walk to the beach, and only a few steps to the river ferry which runs at high tide.
We had a great time, the recommended shops, restaurants etc from the host were really top notch. a great beach, would return next time I visit Cornwall

5 Star Accommodation in the perfect little town
Regent House is an amazing townhouse centrally located in West Looe. This accommodation was immaculate and had all of the amenities you could possibly want during a stay. The listing was 100% accurate and the owners went above and beyond in ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommend. Will visit again!
