Our family visited Springfield for our daughter’s wedding! The home was perfect, cleanly, and in a great location! The communication from the host was exceptional.

The Springfield area was perfect for our family! i rent a house for myself and my husband along with our adult children and now grandchildren! This space was fantastic for us all! It was clean easy to access once we got there, and within miles of attractions and freeways. The neighborhood was clean and active. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting to go to Missouri! It feels better to come back to a house versus a hotel, and we all still had our own spaces.

House was very nice and clean. Location was good. Could have used some more living room and outside seating. Had 5 people in our group and only 2 outside chairs. Overall had a great time and would stay definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our group. 5 guys and 1 wife came down for the bowling tournament. The house was perfect distance to both alleys! It was large and we could be together when we wanted and go to our rooms for privacy if we wanted. Our only “complaint” (and this is nothing to do with the house) is that there were a few late night shenanigans from neighbors and/or nearby bars. But this is a college town! Oh and maybe an extra roll of TP would have been good. 😂 Overall, great house, and best part, we could use the garage for our vehicles! Highly recommend!

8 adults from age 18 to 81 stayed for four nights. Each had their own space and we had enough room in the common area when together. Old home had nice combination of charm and updates.
Location was easy walking distance to coffee shops, pizza, tacos, ramen, you name it.
Owner was easy to work with and always prompt to reply.
Would book again if we were to return.

The house and host were equally fantastic.
Pros— They had some snacks on the counter for free. Lots of Coffee options…. Spacious…. Clean and organized…. Great communication with the host…. A few restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Cons…. None. Traffic is a little heavy at times but get over it. This place rocks! Quit waiting and book your stay now!

This house was so fun! We had 5 women and each had their own private bedroom - which was great. The house was clean & comfortable & easy to use. The stairs are steep but there are handrails going up and to the lower level. Great location and we would stay again!

The house was large enough. There were multiple bedrooms with king size beds. And others were daybeds or futons. Extra bedding however was scarce. Couldn’t find extra pillow cases or blankets. The kitchen could use some cookware that the nonstick is not scratched off. I would prefer stainless steel or cast iron. The living room on the main floor had a 2-3 inch step down so with a toddler we were always watching out for him and reminding him to step up (or down).
Overall it was great for the family to all be able to be together.

My son was getting married in Springfield. I rented this house for my family, my mother, my brother’s family, and my nephew’s family. A total of 9 people. This large house provided everyone their own bedroom. Walkable to restaurants and a coffee shop. Clean house and and safe location.

My 2 sisters and their husbands picked your property. None of us had been to Springfield. It was a inbetween distance for all. Perfect family time. Loved it and would recommend it!

The house is spacious and clean. It’s comfortable and in a cool neighborhood near the university. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Springfield.

We stayed two nights just after Christmas, and this house met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is spacious and we cooked several meals there. The main floor living area is open from the kitchen, through the dining room, to the living room, making it ideal for a larger group to all be together. (You can fit two cars in the garage and two in the driveway, but street parking is much more limited, especially during the school year. For us, it was not a problem.) The beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed having smaller rooms to sleep in on their own. Everything was in working order. The host was responsive and accommodating when we had a question during the stay. Everyone agreed it was a great house!

Our office had out of town leaders stay. It was spacious, lovely, very clean and the guys loved being able to hang out together instead of a hotel room or lobby. We are already looking to book again.

We all fit well and was close to everything we wanted. A small ant problem in the kitchen but I am going through the same thing in my own home.

Gorgeous and Spacious
We were in town for a wedding and needed room for three families. This house is enchanting. There was so much space for all the kids and parents to get ready and sleep, ( and play). The area is wonderful and walkable. There are cute shops and cafes close by, as well as a Starbucks. Missouri State is down the street and downtown is also very close. We appreciated having two spots in the garage to park as well as three parking spaces in the driveway. This is a great property!

Springfield Camp
Dixie was great and answered all of my questions!! Loved the house and the kitchen was fantastic for all our meals we made. Futon room however is deceiving and extremely uncomfortable we went and bought an air mattress for the person sleeping in that room. But other than that would definitely stay here again!!

Family Time
We were in town for our brother’s graduation from Missouri State University. We had everyone from the grandparents all the way down to the six month old great grandchild. The house was clean, spacious, and gorgeous. We wished we knew the history of the house, I am sure it is interesting.

Beautiful Home
Very pleased with all the space for our family of 7. The basement was a hit for the kids and also provided private space when work required attention. The neighborhood was nice for taking walks, many amenities were very close (grocery, restaurants), and many parks were within 5min driving distance. My only recommendations would be to have two bedrooms with twin beds and a couple of floor fans for those sleepers who generally sleep with fan noise. Overall a great house.
