This house is 2558 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 bath plus bonus room.
Live the inside/outside lifestyle with 12 ft telescoping doors to the outdoor entertaining from both Master and great room.
Listen & watch the water falling into the pool from your Master bed or shut the doors and shades to watch movies on the 85 inch great room TV or 75 inch master flatscreen.
After a day of hiking or sightseeing relax in the new therapeutic spa while watching a game on the 70 inch out door TV
If you need more room there’s a bonus TV room between the guest rooms.

What a wonderful house! The pictures don't do it justice. Extremely modern and very clean. Backyard pool area is fantastic. Pool came in handy during 110 degree summer heat! It was very refreshing and also pretty large. House was well equipped with everything we could have needed. Location is great. Close to restaurants and a short drive to Phoenix / Scottsdale. Also cool to be so close to the Air Force base to see the planes fly over every day. Master bedroom is huge and bed is really comfortable. One of the best rentals we have stayed at.

This home was extremely clean and beautiful! It’s a very quiet neighborhood other than the jets from Luke AFB which we actually loved! We will definitely stay here again in the near future! I really can’t say enough about how extremely clean this home was! We loved our stay! The backyard is fantastic!

We had a very relaxing stay. The house was immaculate and in a quiet neighborhood. We went to 4 baseball games in 3 different stadiums. We could see military planes taking off and landing at Luke Air Force base from the backyard pool. We hiked in the White Tank mountains and the Stairs at Verrado. We walked to Litchfield Park, twice. We visited the Litchfield Park Historical Museum, very interesting. We ate at the Wigwam and Park Cafe. A beautiful home in a beautiful place with so much to do!

Great property and a nice layout for the house. Pool and jacuzzi were nice and maintained well. A few things to repair in the house, but overall a really nice property. Owners were responsive and attentive. Appreciate that many of the kitchen areas and light sources were labeled for ease of use to visitors. Surrounding area was quiet with decent shopping and entertainment not that far away. Will not hesitate to stay again when visiting Phoenix.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 day stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and the layout of the homes floor plan was miraculous! Very roomy living room, kitchen, dining area with the longest kitchen island we’ve ever seen! Every necessary cooking pots, pans, utensils, you name it! The hosts were 💯% attentive and our stay couldn’t have been any better! We will definitely return to this home for our future Phoenix visits! Thx so much!

This home is the perfect place to stay. Each person in the family had their own hang out section to go to when they were sick of hanging out with the whole family. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was FABULOUS! This was our second stay here and we are already talking about when we can go again!

Soooo enjoyed staying at this oasis. When you walk in the door, you feel like you have arrived at your own personal retreat. The home is beautiful, relaxing and so wonderful! We came to town for GCU's Family Weekend but we discussed coming back JUST TO STAY in this house and enjoy relaxing in our own pool, cooking outside, and living in such a beautiful space. Definitely loved our stay and highly recommend this home!

This was our first experience with VRBO or any vacation rental service, and any other property we might stay at will be hard to compete with this one! It was amazing. Beautiful home, and absolutely loved the outdoor space, found it extremely relaxing. The property was clean, stocked, and communication with the Property Manager was excellent. We have already booked this property for another stay and will likely book it whenever we return to Phoenix to visit!

We stayed at this property for 10 days in April 2023 and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. The home is stunning and the owners provide everything you could possibly need for your stay. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any property we have ever stayed in. Everything is labelled and easy to find and the supplies are plentiful. A great supply of both bathroom and pool towels and the backyard is a haven. Beautifully decorated and comfortable space with plenty of room for 6 to 8 people. The property is located in the area of an airforce training base so through the week there is some noise from planes flying overhead however we did not find it bothersome. Highly recommend this property and the owners, who are very responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Russell and Shannon are excellent hosts. It is a perfect location for the airport, Scottsdale and many other sites. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub…the property is well maintained! We couldn’t have enjoyed it more.

Fantastic house built for a wonderful week of family connection. Everyone enjoyed the pool , hot tub , outdoor firetables and indoor tv sitting area. Kitchen was amazing and perfectly well stocked. The house was in a great location and looked better than it did in the online pictures. There was more than enough space for four adults and an 18 month old. Shannon and Russell were great hosts, they gave us all the information we needed in advance, and they responded quickly to questions we had after we arrived.

Great place to stay

We rented this house to stay for our kids spring break. Our kids are 10 and 13. Everything was amazing. The house is so beautiful, the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Huge space for all of us. The couch was so comfortable, I want one for our home. We spent almost our entire week hanging out at the house and it did not disappoint. The pool and lounge area was awesome. All furniture is high end and the house is nicely decorated. I read reviews regarding the fighter jets and am so glad we booked. The jets are only intermittent throughout the week at certain times. It is not constant, so don’t let this discourage you. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Hosts were great to communicate with and responsive. It was the perfect house for our vacation.
