Overall very clean place. Feels like a fancy hotel. Great stay!

Everything with the breakfast was great. Except the eggs and hash and oatmeal. I just think there was on off morning

Comfortable and Great Staff!

A great quiet location in Anaheim if you plan to visit Disneyland. Near enough around 10mins drive but not too loud from the bustling crowd. If you don't drive though, it may not be convenient (who doesn't drive in LA though). Room was very comfortable as one would expect off a Marriot property. The area is cleaned every day even during winter months. Lobby was quiet and means that check-in are a breeze. Despite being rated only as a 2-3 star property, it's a gem especially with the nice staff in the lobby who never fails to greet guest even if it was 4am in the morning.

Nothing to dislike, everything were great memories and if we were to go Disneyland again, this would be our place of stay again. It was simply a relaxing area.

Never book at Springhill Suites Placentia

I lost the 200 dollars because Springhill Suites NEVER "found" my reservation. Despite a call to Booking.com and TWO HOURS with Springhill Suites staff. It was genuinely awful...I made the reservation as a gift for a man who is dying of cancer. Probably the worst reservation situation I have ever encountered in a long life with many travels. The Booking.com rep was good and helpful. Everything about Springhill Suites was lower than sub par. I intend to write a detailed account of the mess and present it to the manager of the Placentia Springhill. I'll also send it to the manager's boss. Toooooo dreadful.

Was a quick in town visit for the hospital and did exactly what was needed.

Breakfast was great. Room and all common areas were well kept and very clean.

We were not the happiest guests and would not stay again here unless absolutely necessary.

The fact That it was only one year old and the staff was super helpful and professional.

Many things: 1) The a/c system is the worst. It blows on the bed directly and you cannot lie or sit on the bed without freezing. We had to turn it off every night so that we could sleep. 2) The location is near the train tracks and if you are on the wrong side of the building you hear the rumble of the trains passing (even numbered rooms). 3) Insulation between rooms is not adequate, you hear kids crying next door or nervous guests pacing the room with heavy footsteps around midnight. 4) Water pressure in the lavatory and shower is very low. Also when you are trying to take a shower it takes forever for the water to heat up.

Nice hotel to stay in Placentia!

It was a very nice hotel. Great double queen beds and a really comfortable sofa Bravo to the West Elm Furniture! Very Nearly where we had needed to be and local food delivery was easy as we. Nice warm pool & clean gym. I wish their breakfast ran til 11am but the we figured it out. Thanks

Overall, it was a great place to stay and would come back again.

The cleanliness, staff, EV charging station, room furniture and finishings.

Breakfast could be better, EV charging station could be more and in a better location rather than the disabled parking.

AMAZING!

Everything was so neat and clean, parking was easy & location was super convenient. Customer service was def a 10/10, everyone was so efficient, very nice, and accommodating. Definitely will be booking another stay here, recommend this to everyone!!! You get more bang for your buck here!

Excellent first class staff.

I love the staff, Yes, the property is new and who would not like new. But it; is the staff here, I am not sure they have in those coffee cups, I want some. But putting all jokes aside I have not spoken to anyone that said "Oh, I will work on that for you and call you when i find out. Not to say that's wrong. It's not. But this staff will go to great length to make sure you a know that the customer is there priority. The first time I stayed here I just thought it's a new hotel and they need to fill the rooms. Yes, that's the goal, but every body down to the cleaning staff is super supportive, I will give them a million stars if it was possible. I can't stop coming here, if i need to stay away from home for any reason I am on the phone making my reservation, I found this place when I moved out and was waiting to move into the other location I was on the phone quickly reserving my room. They have one con here that would send people running to another hotel seriously, but with this staff that huge issue is shrunk down to nothing, and it;s a huge thing, ;) Thank you Springhill staff for being yourself. Love you guys, 2/24/23

Breakfast was good. It’s the loud train that kept coming by the place several times a day. I finally got something to help me sleep. Most people aren’t as pricky as me when it comes to sleeping
