location is perfection

Let’s start with the cleanliness…
Upon arrival we noticed the sofas were disgusting. So dirty they were no longer white. We didn’t even want to sit on them. Had to go to the Vacasa office to get sheets to cover them. Upon putting the sheets on the sofa we noticed hair on the cushions. Are the cushions not vacuumed?
The upstairs sofa at the foot of the K bed was also dirty.
The twin room had a wet stain on the carpet and when we placed toilet tissue on it to soak up the moisture it come back brown! Something was obviously spilled but the cleaning crew did not do a sufficient job cleaning.
The downstairs bottom bunk had an actual hairball on the top cover!
The coffee table next to the sofa had sand on it.
The downstairs sliding glass doors were not cleaned.
The shower curtain liner in the downstairs bathroom was filthy
When we all got ready for bed that night all of the bedroom sheets were inside out and hair was on the backside. These sheets appeared not to have been changed out for new ones and just flipped inside out. At this point we even inspected for bed bugs.
When we lifted the twin mattresses the plywood underneath appears to have a mildew film on it.
Secondly there were multiple maintenance issues…
The upstairs king room -
Shower door is missing a handle keeping the door from staying shut.
The drain in the shower is loose causing my friends heel to fall inside the hole.
Can only leave a 1500 character comment so this is partial. Don’t book this house!

Upon arrival we had issues entering the property, but with a quick call, they had us all set. Customer service was super polite and speedy! From the moment we walked through the doors, we loved everything about this rental. The first floor game room was perfect for our teenagers to spend their down time in. It also kept the noise of kids playing contained from the rest of the property. The kitchen was well equipped if you plan on cooking during your stay, along with the outdoor griddle, perfect to cook breakfast while listening to the sound of the waves. The private beach access from the property made traveling with a large group very convenient, especially due to the fact that you're so close that you don't need to worry with carrying lots of coolers and other snacks to get through your beach day. To sum it up, this property was everything we expected and more. Our family of 9 enjoyed every aspect of our stay, and we can't wait to visit Navarre again!

We are a group of ladies that meet at theNavarre beach every year and next year will be our 3rd year in this unit. It is clean and well equipped for our visit. The deck is absolutely wonderful and just steps from the beach. They are very responsive when there is an issue. We will continue to come back as long as we can.

Property was ideal with plenty of room for our family which included 3 toddlers. Baby gates would be a huge plus for the stairs and outside decks. I did not appreciate having to purchase paper products, laundry products, dish washer soap, and additional kitchen towels. Your property is set up for families but you provide basically 1 day worth of cleaning supplies. It wouldn't cost you that much more but I had to buy whole packages when I might only use 3-4 out of the boxes purchased. This would of been a total waste of money if we were not driving and able to take the leftovers items with us.

This was our second stay there at kiss the fish and what can i say? it was just about as close to perfect as you can get! We love love love the house and the layout…. and don’t get me started on that VIEW!!!
My only advice i’d recommend is getting a few noticeable stains off some of the furniture’s upholstery on the main floor and removing stains from carpet in master bedroom. Other than that, you’re golden! This Location + home = bliss!

This residence was perfect for our group of seven for a week's stay during which my wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and our daughter got engaged. Location is somewhat remote so the beach was not crowded. Interior was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Golf courses not too far away. Nice balcony & view from the master bedroom (3rd floor). Property managers were eager to assist with concerns or issues, which we had none. As a group, we would highly recommend this location and property and we would stay here again.

I tried at two separate occasions to contact vrbo to ask if we could add a day to our rental. Each email took over 3 weeks each for a response.
We arrived and the code did not work. Tedious process to reset the code.
House extremely well equipped (especially kitchen), thank you!!
Ready to cook dinner for 10, propane tank EMPTY. Bolted to store to buy one. I have submitted receipt via email and text. I have emailed/texted total of 5 times and still have yet to be reimbursed.
I texted twice and spoke to someone with a question about trash pick up. I was never given an answer.
I was waiting on writing this unfavorable with the hopes that we would be reimbursed for the propane and vrbo would contact me. Unfortunatly, vrbo is lacking in communication with their renters which is sad because the home was comfortable and beautiful. We would highly recommend this rental if the renters are fine with total lack of communication when they need something.

We came down for Spring Break to Navarre Beach from Michigan. We had 2 families and wanted to be able to spread out—this rental was absolutely perfect size! 2 primary bedrooms for the moms/dads, a bedroom for our girls and the basement “bedroom” for the boys; all with their own bathrooms! We originally thought that the basement would be the kid hang-out, but they primarily used it as a bedroom since it has a door and it’s own bathroom and typically hung out on the main floor with everyone.
The kitchen was stocked with the normal essentials/gadgets. There are seriously 3 coffee pots! We didn’t really make any big meals besides tacos and pizza and everything we needed was there. We really didn’t say “I wish we had this…” about anything kitchen related.
The rental itself is nicely decorated. It definitely needs some updates, but we could tell that the owners are slowly improving the place. Some of the furniture is different (outside/inside) from the photos, but we had no problem with the differences. Realistically, with all the sofa-beds that are now there, it can sleep 17!
There is also a brand new deck on all levels! The deck set on the main deck level is really nice; would’ve been nice to have something on the upper/lower decks, but we totally understand that the owners can’t buy/do all the updates at once. The hammocks were down on the lower level, but we couldn’t figure out how to put them back up.
Overall, this is an amazing place! We will be back

The property needs some new updating. Carpets are not clean looking. Furniture is showing a lot of use. Oven needs to be fixed. Location could not be better. With the updates would highly recommend to friends.

The view of this sleepy, peaceful beach is absolutely magnificent from all 3 levels of the rental. The condo is clean and extremely well-equipped to include everything you could possibly need. I was especially impressed with the good-quality pots/pans, sharp knives, kitchen tools etc that made cooking and baking a breeze for our family of eight. Christmas cookies for all! We did have one small issue with the disposal on our second day; this was resolved/fixed within 3 hours without hassle. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of extra linens, towels. Honestly, we’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo’s and this was one of the nicest and well-managed. Thank you!

My besties and I escaped to this three story beachfront home for a few days. The house was clean and the beach was its backyard. We had some issues with bugs and some other small things but the property management company were easy to contact and addressed the issues in a timely manner.
We were disappointed that there were no beach chairs and umbrellas to use. When we contacted the company they sent us to, we were told they were closed for the season. But that was remedied by us purchasing our own. I also wish there were more essentials: dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, spices (salt and pepper would have been nice), etc. Again, we purchased our own and it didn't impact us.
All in all, it was a wonderful relaxing trip and we all left happy.

Great escape
The location is great. It’s so easy to get to anything you need. Groceries stores only a couple minutes away. Restaurants within minutes. Staying on the beach was wonderful. Enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and looking out the large sliding glass doors at the ocean. Views are spectacular. The bottom room made for a great kid area. All the sliding doors have locks that younger children could not get to. We had a 14 month with us and thr stairs became a challenge. Used items in the house to block the stair cases. A gate would be nice for each level. We would return to the house without a doubt

My husband and I spent three weeks at Kiss the Fish. It was the perfect location for us as Navarre Beach is so quiet with hardly any commercial entities. Being able to look out onto the beach from two levels and walk out the door onto a boardwalk that takes you right to the beautiful white beach (with plenty of whole shells for avid shellers) was such a blessing. Many long beach walks up to the Gulf Island National Seashore was peaceful and a bonus. Being right on the Gulf allowed for the most amazing sunsets. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom- so convenient and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels, as well. I really enjoyed the spacious pantry in the well-equipped kitchen, including having a keurig as well as a regular coffee maker for our friends who drank coffee. There were definitely issues that needed to be attended to: a very heavy sliding door out to the beach (lock wasn't working so Vacasa came out the day after we called them and fixed it), some small repairs that should be done (hole in the wall at the master bath light switch, master lock on slider, so many light switches (might want to label them), some trim over main floor deck is loose. There was a beautiful spacious dining table, however, because of its design, it was difficult to keep clean as crumbs collected in the grooves; also not a table to write on, use the breakfast bar for that. The most frustrating thing we encountered was the TV in the living room- there were many options (YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney+, Sling TV) which was great. However, trying to find regular broadcast or cable channels was a chore- not intuitive and we're fairly tech savvy. It would've been fine had there been instructions, but there were none. We don't watch lots of TV, so we gave up until it was Super Bowl time and we wanted to find a way to see the broadcast with the best part - the commercials!
Overall, a great house- if we ever returned to the area, we would stay here again. It's comfortable, quiet, great beach access, close to shopping, has what you need for a relaxing stay.

Wonderful Home, wonderful location
Our first time to Navarre Beach and it won't be the last. Crystal white sand, great weather, great house. Lots of space for our combined family from 3 groups - each got their own floor. Ample kitchen supplies and a quick walk down the bridge to eat our dinner on the beach each night at sunset. You won't regret this house!

We had a great time enjoying our week long fall break here. House was very nice and well maintained. Space was great for 5 adults and 2 kids with more room the spare.
Location allows for very relaxed easy access to the beach right out the back door. The house is close to the bridge for easy access back over to shopping and outings but far enough from the pier that we had ample space on the beach.
We will be back for sure.

Comfortable for 2 to 14
Everything was gorgeous. The place was clean, spacious and so tastefully decorated. It was just us two so we stayed on the main floor where there was a nice size bedroom and bath, fully stocked kitchen with dining area. Oh and there is a Keurig as well as a full size coffee pot. The living area was pretty comfortable too. From there you step onto the balcony and then a short walk to the beach. It’s very quiet and safe. An easy bike ride 2 miles down the road is the pier and the Marine Science station and a few places to eat. I recommend the burgers at the Windjammer, and cinnamon pancakes at Juana’s Pagodas.
I love how the bottom floor is set up. It is big enough for a small family. It has a full size bunk bed and bathroom, a sleeper sofa and other seating. It has a small refrigerator and patio doors open to a small fenced in area also with seating. Looks like it is also set up as a game room. I should also mention the beautiful master bedroom on the 3rd floor with its own balcony. Overall I love this place and hope to return next year. It’s a great place for 2 older people as well as a large family gathering.

Great Ocean Front View
Loved that we were only steps away from the beach! We had a family vacay…great to have 3 separate levels! The home needs a few things fixed and cleaned, in which I personally let them know. Paying that much money for a whole week, we expected it to be pristine. We had a great time and hope they address the minor issues for the next families that will be renting. Not to scare anyone away, but if you are a very picky and want it 100% flawless….I give it an 8 out of 10.

Great Stay!!
Let me start with the bad... since that’s what most people look for in reviews.
1- the original pictures when we booked showed the first floor room with a bunk bed l/trundle and a king bed. When we got there, they removed the king and left a couch with a pull out bed - the VRBO listing was also changed. Very annoying. My husband and I were the youngest couple, so we just took that room. It was not super comfortable.
2- they literally give ONE ROLL of toilet paper per room, and 2 trash bags for your entire stay - whether you stay a day or a week. That’s all you get and they tell you to buy your own.
3- they have it posted that you’ll be charged $50 if you don’t make sure the trash is out by the road. Not a big deal, but annoying that you have to worry about being charged for something while on vacation.
4- the fire pit out back would not work, even after a new propane tank. The knob just wouldn’t turn at all.
5- the first floor deck with the hammocks had a sign on the door stating it could not be opened. I suppose it was damaged and we just couldn’t use it.
None of those things are deal breakers. They still get a 5 Star review from me because the place was immaculately clean. The couches were so clean, you felt comfortable laying down on and using the pillows for a nap. Kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed when we got food to cook. Pots, pans, bakeware, they even had a lemon juicer that we needed and a zester. Plenty of cups and plates for my big family. The dishwasher worked great too.
This house has an amazing view and the boardwalk out to the beach was well taken care of.
If we go to Navarre again, I’ll be looking up Kiss the Fish then too!

Amazing kitchen
This is a beautiful location right on the beach. The condo has the best stocked kitchen of any rental house we have ever stayed in as well. It was really nice to be right on the beach and have a deck to sit on with beautiful views. The furnishings were changed between when we reserved and stayed- note that the basement bedroom is now a game room with a full size bunk bed that is pretty uncomfortable for an adult couple. Could use some additional clothes storage in that room and more hangers throughout, but otherwise everyone else was comfortable in their rooms and we had a great stay. We were the only parties staying in the 4 attached condos during our stay. We also had some issues with receiving the code for check in. Received multiple notices that the check in code would be posted the morning of check in but it was not. Called Vacasa mid-day and they said they would ask the property mgmt to get ahold of us but no one did. Called back at check in time and was given the back up code in case of emergency. We were then emailed the code to use but it did not work! Fortunately the back up code did.
