Home is awesome convenient, very nice area, clean, and filled with comfort. Communication was wonderful. Amenities for the children very efficient and on point to have so much to do without leaving the house for the adults as well. The whole family enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again❤️❤️❤️

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It was one of the best well-stocked homes we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The boys really enjoyed the pool and game room and there was plenty of room for each of us. Close to Peoria for Mariners Spring Training games. Laura was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We would definitely recommend.

Lots of space for 5 couples! House had just about everything you could need in the kitchen. Lots of extras towels for the pool/hot tub which we used daily. Recommend to add some shelving in the bedrooms without dressers. Would definitely stay again. Owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Every January I meet up with my Class of '87 high school friends from around the country to catch up and watch football. This year we picked this property and had a great time. The hosts were very proactive in communicating about check in and check out and were very accommodating for an early check in and late check out since all 8 of us were flying to this destination. The property is exactly as described and we really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the Arizona 70 degree January weather. The house is large and spread out nicely with plenty of spaces to relax inside and outside. We played a lot of video games in between football watching. The location is an easy drive from the airport. This is the perfect place to stock up on food/drinks and never leave. We cooked in most nights and used the outdoor grill for dinner. We loved our long weekend at this property and would definitely come back.

House was perfect for our golf trip. Darts, hot tub and great food after our rounds. Wish it was warmer so we could have used the pool and outdoor area. Laura and Tony were helpful, welcoming and responsive. Would definitely come back.

This house was the best stocked house we’ve ever rented. They’ve thought of all the things you may want or need on vacation. The pantry has various things such as food, coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, ibuprofen, 1st aid kit, baby diapers, lots of blankets, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable.
The owners were extremely responsive and communicative to address any concerns.

Rio crossing met all our needs. We were four families in town for a Perfect Game baseball tournament. The house provided a safe haven for us to retreat and recharge. The pool was perfect and the house had enough extra curricular activities to keep everyone busy. The poker chips were a bonus! Laura was super easy to communicate with and flexible which allowed for a stress free trip. Visiting Arizona. This is the house for you!

We stayed at this home over spring break and it was a wonderful experience! There was plenty of room for our family of 10. The outdoor space was the best from the heated pool, waterfall feature, putting green and hot tub. There was something to entertain everyone.
Also, Laura and Tony are incredible hosts. They were unable to accommodate our request for an early check-in and late check-out so they offered to buy us all pizza one night because they felt so bad. They truly went above and beyond.

Location was excellent. Close to childrens playground, baseball stadium & basket ball. Friendship park for tennis. Hiking nearby. Grocery Stores & outlet mall. To relax we spent our time at the house, in the pool & hot tub

We were very fortunate to get to stay a month in this amazing home. This home has everything you want and even things you dream of. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, great layout, plus all the little “extras”. Tony & Laura are not only “premier hosts”, they are the BEST and always available if you need something. They have thought of everything when they furnished this home.
Our family came and went during the month but everyone had a great time. ( Ages ranged from 72 down to a baby.) We will come back.

House had everything we needed, and pretty much everything we could have wished for... and hosts were definitely superhosts. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!! Loved it!

This house was perfect for our vacation, time to visit with kids and grandkids, and celebrate Thanksgiving. Laura and Tony are very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in several VBRO's with large groups around the US, and this location was the best by far.

Family Vacation
This property was everything we had hoped for and more. Laura and Tony were wonderful. We were a family group of 3 generations getting together for our very first vacation together. The pool was enjoyed by everyone every day. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. There were plenty of towels. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The theatre room provided a nice break from the sun. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much Laura and Tony. I hope that we have the opportunity to enjoy another vacation at your beautiful property.

The home was very thoughtfully prepared including basic food necessities ie coffee, cooking oils, seasonings, condiments, etc so we didn't have to buy the basics in bulk. The beds were also very comfortable and all of the additional amenities made it so we didn't even need to leave the property to enjoy our weekend getaway. The house was very close to the large shopping center and top golf. My only negative remark would be proximity to the airport. I don't consider a 30 minute drive (NO traffic) to be close since there is always traffic and a trip to PHX or MESA was 45 minutes to over an hour one way. Other than that, I'd stay again and would recommend to family and friends!2

Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. My team is already asking when we can go back. We will def be back!

Highly Recommend
I went with a group of 12 women to a conference and stayed in this amazing house!!
The back yard is phenomenal with the pool, hot tub, fire, games, and several cozy sitting areas. I could have just stayed there the whole time. They thought of everything. We have some great evenings hanging out there.
The kitchen was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone to sit between kitchen and dining area. Great areas for tv in living area and entertainment room.
Bunk bedroom was a nice surprise with comfortable stairs to top bunk making it easy for us older women to use.
Master suite was massive. There is no door to bathroom and a see through shower door so took some planning with a group of women to not be awkward.
Then there was 1 king room and 3 with full size beds. I misunderstood thinking they were queens, so some of our larger ladies slept on couch and in the theater room.
We had a few too many women since there are no mirrors in any bedrooms and the see through shower. Getting ready was tough for 12 women. I will take less next time.
I can’t wait to go back!! I will just take into consideration the bed sizes and size of people. I’ll also go buy a couple of cheap full length mirrors for the bedrooms when I get there too.
The owners were the best ever as far as communication and taking care of everything that came up. They even had a car we rented. The house was better stocked than any i have stayed in. They took great care to think of everything.
Can’t wait to go back!!

We had daily family adventures but our favorite time was getting back to this perfect house. Hours were spent in the pool, cooking great meals and playing games. The beds were comfy, the theatre room was awesome and the tv’s were great. Well worth the price!

The house and owner are wonderful! Before we even got to the property we asked a few questions and they got back to us right away! The house is amazing and the backyard is even better. The putting green is an extra bonus! We used it way more then we thought we would!

Beautiful property with lots of things to do for any age. Pay attention to the quiet hours, unless you want to get a phone call (sorry again Tony and Laura!). Plenty of room for large groups!
