The staff are very helpful, reception staff are great. The location is lovely, the beds are really comfortable and the bike hire is great. The restaurant staff and food are very good.
Missed the notice on the closure of the swimming pool which was disappointing. Check if they have a function on, there was a wedding on which commandeered the outside space, which with the closure of the pool left nowhere to sit relax and enjoy a drink in the fine weather.
Bathroom was tired and could do with updating.
4.0
The location was perfect and easy to find. The room and bed were comfortable and very clean.
some guests were very noisy coming in very late at night.
3.0
Breakfast was good.
The breakfast area could do with at least one more coffee machine. The rooms were basic considering the price. there was no milk in the room for tea or coffee and no tea spoon.
4.0
Good restaurant and Breakfast for good prices.

The room was nice but it should have had there should have been a shower.
The breakfast was poor and for some reason there where no tea cups only very small coffee cups.

felt more like a 5* hotel with very nice decor and excellent restaurant in a quiet setting rural location. A 5 mins drive, 25 mins walk to the town.
Lots of mosquitoes, and would’ve been fine if we had brought repellant!

The location is superb. Breakfast was satisfactory. Dinner was good.

The restaurant was very good our room was small on 2nd floor no lift. Did not get cleaned until 4.30 first day, made a fuss and it was sorted on the two following days.
As per the comments above

Great hotel and stuff. Great bar area with a variety of drinks.
4.5
Our room was very large and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool, the breakfast range was good (but please see the comments re breakfast) and the reception, dining room and bar staff were pleasant and helpful.
Tea and coffee in the room would have been welcome. The bathroom was rather dated and would benefit from a shower. That level of room (privilege) should have air conditioning. Breakfast was rather chaotic. For the number of diners, there should have been two or three hot beverages stations, not one.
3.5
excellent location and food
staff and service were very poor. we were not served well at all

We stayed in one of the bungalows and they are very nice. Good size, very nicely decorated with a nice private terrace and very close to the pool.
I would have liked tea making facilities in the room for a good cuppa tea in the morning!

Bikes were great, staff was friendly and breakfast was very good.
Needed a coffee machine and no ice available.
Room unclean since we found glasses under the bed meaning it was not thoroughly cleaned.
Our original order for a bungalow was not delivered since the room became unavailable.
