Very good location. Well equipped apartment and regularly cleaned. If it weren't for the excesses of double billing (practically stealing) and the blatantly bad behavior of the family, my stay would have been satisfactory.
The hotel staff is extremely inhospitable. In addition, I was charged twice for the accommodation. When I tried to complain after returning home, they hung up. They weren't going to refund my money. Fortunately, Booking.com compensated me for the loss.

I had booked a hotel with breakfast, but when we arrived, breakfast was canceled due to the renovations of the hotel restaurant, and since Sunday was closed everywhere, we had a problem with breakfast, the hotel should have informed about this before.

We arrived to the hotel around 4pm. There was nobody at the reception and we waited for 10 minutes. We called the bell at the reception and then we made a few phone call. Finally the man arrived and started shouting at us that this is Germany and here they speak German. He didn’t want to speak English and continued speaking to us in German being very rude and making us feel uncomfortable and very confused. We were in one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world so if you don’t speak English at least don’t be so rude to the guests. We are paying for the stay and have to go through such an unpleasant experience. I’ve read a few other reviews and I saw it has happened to other people as well. Unacceptable.

Everything to do with the room
The chairs in the room were stained by spillage. The rails on the stairs were dirty and sticky. It's the first thing you see on arrival

It was a horrible experience because I arrived at around 10:00 pm while the check in was until 21:00 which I had missed as I knew it was a hotel not rented apartment but I had sent an email to the hotel 4 days before arrival and let them know what time I was landing to Berlin. When I arrived , I apparently bothered the owner who yelled at me in German for about 20 minutes and had very insulting attitude. I felt quite scared as I was alone in a city I don't know and it was late in the evening and I had to listen to him shouting because I had no other choice looking for another hotel at that point.
When I asked if I can have the breakfast in the morning which was not included in my reservation and pay in cash or charge it to the room he yelled No breakfast!
I stayed there for work and could not use wifi because it was not written anywhere in the room and I did not see the owner again before my check out. He was quite rude during check out too. The room itself was very nice, clean and had kettle which was convenient but honestly it could not cover for such awful behaviour. I understand that there was a mistake from my part but it is best to not work in this business if you hate people so much.

Very large room nicely decorated. comfortable bed. very clean. Great breakfast. Close to the airport.
Couldn’t communicate in English.

well lit room but dark furniture, happy with size of double room but charged 25 Euros more than price quoted on bookings.com ??
I like the fact that it was near road and bus 171 direct to Add to dictionary Airport for only 3euros pp.
Like that it had huge shopping mall 20minutes walk away, was lucky to have watched live cat walk event at mall, huge cinema etc. Like fact that train U7 from nearby station is regular and 17 stops to connect to bus M48 to Pots Dammer and Berlin Mall, sight seeing buses but be prepared to 45minutes or 1hour to central
I did not like that staff that they spoke no English and the main man at reception was rude and made me feel unwelcomed especially if you host various guests.
Also fact that a stroller and big child toy car was parked near the lift most times...spells safety can be compromised in any eventualities.

Very nice room, very good breakfast.
The man in the breakfast room is not the friendliest.

Located not far from airport-just 2 miles, so without bags it is a pleasant walk. Apartment was fully equipped, nice option if you travel with kids and cook by yourself. Several grocery shops like Rewe in 10min walk.
They grow fishes under our windows, it was a lot of illumination and noise from water pump. So if you prefer to sleep with open windows do not take fish-faced rooms.
