In de eerste plaats de locatie. 5 min lopen naar station Wilderswil.
Enige wat ik miste bij het ontbijt was neutrale yoghurt. Lekkere verse broodjes. Goede koffie.
Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Een wat modernere haarföhn zou fijn zijn geweest.
En…. De ouderwetse stoelen in de slaapkamer waren stoffig. In verband met stofallergie liever stoelen v ander materiaal.

O casal de ucranianos que nos atendeu no check-out são ótimos, extremante gentis e simpáticos. Bom café da manhã
Iluminação geral (e especialmente no banheiro) muito ruim
Quarto bem de frente para um igreja que durante a noite passa vários minutos badalando os sinos (não apenas a batida das horas, realmente vários minutos) mas acho que isso estava escrito em algum lugar
Pagar $4 francos por um estacionamento privado que não passa de uma vaga na rua

واخبرنا ان هناك غرامات كبيره في حال ان جرس الحريق اشتغل السقف نازل جدا فتخوفنا من استعمال اي شي

Root were super clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was super and staff were elderly people and they were super friendly.
Hotel is right opposite to the river and can hear the sound of flowing water( the current was high). We enjoyed it.
The location is not conveniently accessible by public transport. However if you are travelling by car, then accessibility is not an issue(that why we choose, to avoid crowds).
There are restaurants nearby( like 5-10 min drive).
The price we paid was around 175-180 euro per day and we felt it was super costly.
Given the fact that entire Swiss is costly, could compliant much on it.

Hotel is located in a very beautiful and picturesque surrounding. Very close to the train station from which you can easily reach places like Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Wide breakfast options

It's accessible to train and bus station and also there is atm machine close and grocery shops as well. It will take you 3-5mins walk. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.
The entrance door (the one that is on the side) is a bit difficult to open with the key.

There was NO ONE to talk to at the front desk. They sent us a message of when we would arrive and then when we answered and had a followup question, there was no answer. We got to the hotel, rang the doorbell and there was no one to let us in. It’s 5PM and cold and we are stuck outside the hotel. We were only able to get in by piggybacking a group that was already there and entering the hotel. We could have frozen to death! There was no phone number or anything to call. I also had some other questions about our stay and there was no one to ask. I have send three messages to the property and I have yet to receive a message back. Totally irresponsible.

A charming, peaceful. historic hotel on the banks of the Lütschine river. The hotel is very close to Wilderswil sttaon with good connections by bus or train. There are plenty of places in walking distance in the town. Our rooms overlooked the river and the valley. The hotel is charming and comfortable as expected from a historic property. Very good breakfast buffet and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day which was much appreciated,

Studio was perfect for our needs, easy convenient location for travelling around the area. Staff were friendly and helpful despite some difficulties explaining in English.

This is a bed & breakfast establishment, not a five star hotel. So everything was value for money. Check in was easy, the room was larger than we expected and spacious with two chairs for two people (not all hotel rooms have that) and a balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. Linen is changed every four days. The breakfast was help yourself with plenty of options all provided every day and kept topped up. The hotel is in a lovely location in Wilderswil by the river, church and an old bridge and only a few minutes walk from the railway station

The beautiful and comfy hotel was perfectly situated in the little town of Wilderswil, steps from the local train stop on the way to the Jungfrau, but hidden across the river, accessed by a lovely coveted bridge.
My only complaint was if you wanted to sleep late, the light window shades made the difficult

Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to train and bus station, very clean and taken care of, breakfast was ok for the price. Good option if accomodation is not a priority like our case, no luxury just basic ammenities.
There is a church right next to the window and it rings all day and night every hour, and for us it was a little too noisy and frecuent. The mattress was not good, it was very shaky, noise and not in good shape anymore, if the mattress gets changed I think it would be almost perfect for the price. Breakfast was good, just wish I had some scramble eggs, because there was only boiled egg which we are not used to eating in the morning like that, but that's a very personal perspective due to our traditions. Regarding the service provided nobody received us at the reception, we actually never saw anybody at the reception at all during our 3 days, the keys were left at the desk on an envelope with my name, which is ok to promote the self assistance, I just would expect someone to let me know about the self check in method in advanced to avoid guessing our way in.

All was perfect! Super nice and comfy bedrooms with lovely staf and a great breakfast.
Super environment-friendly culture as well! There's parking if you go by car and they give you a free transport pass to take the local trains aswell for free..

The room was cozy and updated. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is away from the crowds, but central to everything.
The church next door rings the bell all day and all night, every 15 minutes.

Near to Wilderswill train station. Change of Towels everyday. Kettle & coffee & tea. I am in love with Hibiscus tea that they provide in the room. Near river. Breakfast included. firm bed which I like after long day. clean sheets & pillowcases. Queen size bed. Perfect for our stay. For entrance need to press the code on the door. Met host during checkout only. On 1st day for check in, keys were kept at the reception in an envelope with my name on it.
( I want that Hisbiscus tea brand name pls 😊)
The road to hotel is too spooky. I don’t think one can walk alone in night, but hardly 700 meters distance. Breakfast monotonous, more options would be appreciated.

Excellent breakfast and comfortable bed and pillows. The hosts were extremely accommodating as we had a very early start for our flight on the day of departure and they very kindly prepared a packed breakfast for us. The location was idyllic and a great starting point for many hikes. We will definitely return. Short distance from the train station.
