Spacious, exceptionally clean and generous with their towels and hygiene products. Gotta grab an ice cream scoop at Target to make the place perfection.

Reviewer Comments:
The property was very basic and needs many upgrades and a thorough cleaning. It was not at all worth $600/night, $150 would have been a fair price. I realize that the price was jacked up because of CU graduation, capitalism at its best!! The management company was top notch though and always answered my questions immediately.

Plenty of room - close cool brewery (Avery) - perfect to visit my daughter in Longmont - rather easy to get from airport to location with one transfer downtown Boulder
8.0
Positives: Quiet, clean, easy access/check-in, plenty of room for our family of four, good coffee, good location.
Negatives: Some minor maintenance issues (did not have much impact on our stay), the balcony has an uncomfortable lean to it, bad view from the balcony.
Overall: It's a great bang for your buck. I'll look to see what other options are available on our next trip but I would have no problem with staying here again.
8.0
Pros: Great Location, nice kitchen & living room. Felt spacious for our family of 4.
Great communication from Management and they promptly responded to a small issue. Probably the best I've ever worked with!
Cons: The outside of the property is really unappealing. I read the reviews and was aware of this, but it was worse than I anticipated. Our balcony had some old, mismatched chairs & 1980s coffee table. It overlooked a dumpy gazebo and other people's balconys who used the space as storage.
Bedrooms were very basic- 4 white walls, no art. A splash of color or a wall hanging would make them feel more homey.
Kitchen is beautiful but missing basic equipment- no hot pads, spatula, kitchen towels, scissors.
Overall the condo itself is a nice property, but due to the outside, I don't think it was worth the money we paid.

inside of condo is great, much larger than it appears on pictures, bedroom with twin beds needs an ac. other than that its a great place

Was a comfortable place for the 5 of us friends to get together for a few days. A neighbor told us how to turn on the A/C for the living room area. With that and the room coolers it stayed comfortable. The full kitchen was useful as well. As others have noted, the outside wasn't anything to write home about, but it was an easy drive to the Flatirons, downtown, and the university. It was also a short walk/drive (under a mile) to grocery, restaurants, and a lake to walk around.

We had a great time staying in Gunbarrel at this property - it was centrally located to key areas for us and the support team for the rental unit was very helpful. I would highly recommend it!

Normally we go to Boulder to visit our daughter for one of the holidays. We have stayed at this property in the past as it was within 5 minutes from her place and the market. It is very close to major roads going to Louisville and Estes Park. The condo was comfortable and large enough for guests, but quiet for relaxing.

I stayed at this condo with a couple of friends for a long weekend in Colorado. The condo was clean and in a good location. There is a King Soopers close by for groceries. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold for hiking but it looked like there are some nice trails close by. We were able to go to Avery Brewing one night, which is close by and they have very friendly staff with good food and beers. I would stay here again if back in the Boulder area.

Great spot to stay with all necessities close by, easy trip to downtown Boulder and all the things it offers. The accommodations were very good with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The outside is nothing special, but the area is quiet, safe and secure. We loved our time together at this venue.

Very cute and comfy area. Lots of sleeping options and room for a large family or couples looking for a getaway. We couldn't get the fireplace to work, but didn't reach out to the property manager for how to trouble shoot (I am sure they would have been responsive). Nice that they had A/C units in each of the rooms and provided lots of towels. We would definitely stay again.
8.0
We enjoyed our stay. The foyer is kinda shady but the condo is very nice with very nice kitchen and baths. There is no central ac, it was a bit hot this weekend but there were fans for use. Check out water reservoir that is only a mile away for a very nice swim in a lake

Arrived at checkin time to cleaning person still in the condo cleaning. Notified property manager, who was very apologetic.
Condo itself is nice, but building and hallways are less desirable. Had all the basic amenities we needed, though dining room table was small for our group of 5. Portable ac units in each room was definitely a game changer, helped tremendously.
Easy access to highway & quick drive to downtown Boulder. Huge shopping center w/ grocery store is only a 2min drive away, which was a great perk. Access to several trails is you’re a biker/runner/walker - with several bodies of water nearby.
Was perfect for our girls weekend.

One Week near Boulder Colorado
The apartment was comfortable most of the time. Unfortunately there is not good air circulation and the place heats up on hot days. There are A/C units in each bedroom but they are noisy and the main room doesn't get circulation. The best part was being near a walking trail and the Avery Brewery.

Nice interior
The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The location is convenient to the freeway. The apartment complex is a little rough but everything else was great!

Decent for the Price
This condo met our needs as a low-cost rental for a few days in Boulder, but I felt the previous reviews led us to expect something a bit nicer. As other reviewers said, this building is disappointing from the outside, and the inner hall and stairs are also stained and old. However the building was very quiet and felt safe, we rarely heard or saw other tenants. The inside of the unit was decently remodeled but there are still some signs of wear and age and the furnishings could be better. The master bedroom smelled a lot like cigarette smoke when we arrived, which we thought meant others had smoked there and tried to cover up, but the next day it smelled very strongly of fried food and we realized the vent system was allowing in odors from neighboring units - nothing the management can do about that, but if you're sensitive to smells it can be pretty intense. Also the fireplace didn't work. Management brought us new batteries for the remote but it didn't still didn't work and by then we were leaving. Small additions would help, such as a table and lamp next to each side of the beds. The living room sofa is so unstable that the whole thing shifts precariously on its legs if you change positions while sitting on it. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space for our family of four, and given the prices of rentals in Boulder, I think overall it was worth the cost.

Inside the condo was very nice, had a loose outlet by the coffee pot and the pots and pans were greasy. The address was inverted and that made it hard to find, referred to photos of the building to find the correct one.

I appreciated the other reviews that warned not to be deterred by the exterior of the building. Initially we were a bit hesitant but found the interior to be perfect for our needs and quite lovely. The location is great and an nice walking path right out the door that takes you straight to a brewery!

Lovely space with easy check-in and check-out. Perfect lodging for a training weekend with colleagues. The host was very responsive too. The only thing I found a little difficult was that many of the cabinets and things were clearly designed for a tall person.
