The breakfast was good. Many places around the neighborhood to eat were closed permanently so it was not as easy to find food as i would have liked. The room was good size and plenty of room, especially if we had needed to stay longer.
The shower had hair all over it when we got there. The open shower concept is nice, but also a lets out too much water on the bathroom floor.

Solid breakfast.
No views. We switched rooms two times, and we were looking at a brick wall or an air conditioning unit. No free parking

Great stay and staff. Only complaint is the couch bed was terrible. I was wondering why hotels still use these crappy pull out couch they have been using for 30 years ? Not just this location but all locations ?

everyone was so so friendly. they made our stay even better
parking was very confusing. having to choose between walking 5 minutes or paying $20 a day was a bit bothersome.

Hotel was a bit dated, but very clean, which is good by me. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
At bit dated compared to the newer hotels around. However, they did accept pets, which I was very happy with.

The common areas were modern and up to date feeling.
We stayed in 7 different accommodations on a recent roadtrip and unfortunately this was the one property that we were disappointed with. We are very tolerant of small defects - its normal, we don't have unrealistic standards - so don't want this to seem like a whine. It was the accumulation of annoyances that spoiled our experience here - especially considering this is not an inexpensive property
The plumbing was in poor condition in the bathroom, even the most basic operation of the shower would have revealed that the showerhead was backwashing against the wall and I would imagine potentially causing damage to the structure behind the wall. The entire room shook at times, maybe due to elevator and/or climate control systems.
We felt gouged to be charged an additional $20 for parking when the entire area is a free parking zone.
For a "residence" style accommodation with a kitchen, surely a kettle would be easy to provide, and even provide tea as well as coffee? That might seem petty, but seems unnecessary to require us to go down to the lobby ourselves to grab the fixings for a simple tea.
We did reach out to the hotel management but received no response - which seemed in keeping with our experience there. For that price, there are other options available and we'd suggesting looking elsewhere.

Excellent location, short walk to so many great restaurants, large, clean and comfortable living space, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and couch, quiet hallways, thick walls, great variety in the free breakfast, hot tea and coffee all day and most of night,
The parking is $20 and the parking spaces are extremely small, like they are all for compact vehicles. The free parking around the corner behind the Marriott is not mentioned unless you stay at the Marriott.
