You and your guests will enjoy the convenience of historic downtown Ouray, the Ouray Hot Springs and Fellin Park, located approximately one half-mile from your home away from home.
Featuring an open concept, single level floor plan with gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room that creates a welcoming gathering space for all to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you prepare a wonderful meal! Enjoy the cozy living room area with ample seating to enjoy a moving night in after a long day of exploring! The primary bedroom has a queen bed with built-in storage drawers and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, an elevated loft double bed, and its own smart TV, with the second full bath right outside the door.

This home is dog-friendly (2 dogs max). The nightly pet fee is $40.00 with a $250.00 maximum, per stay.

Ouray, Colorado, nestled at 7,800 feet, offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The house is a short walk to town and there is a nice pathway that runs along the river. Kitchen is well equipped and the house is very comfortable.

Everything was great we love the property and the convenience of the beautiful town home. There were some things missing we were asked to wash towels before we left but there was no detergent. Also one of the adults did not get a toiletry package in their bathroom. We were asked to put the trash out but was not told how to get to the garage. It would be helpful to have a sign on that door other than no occupancy. We were afraid to go in that room until we realize it was the door to the garage.

The location of this place is amazing! We walked the riverwalk several times. Our kids played in the riverbed and we could walk to downtown. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this place for couples or families visiting Ouray!

This was our 5th time staying at the house—we love the property!The house continues to have everything you’d need for 2 couples for winter adventures. Only complaint was an intermittent smoke smell right at the door—property management company responded immediately that it was actually the owners above smoking and the ventilation bringing it down. Not a big deal but unexpected.

Week in Ouray
We had a wonderful time in Ouray! This is a great property with beautiful views and located along the river walk. It’s close enough to town to walk-in for coffee in the morning or enjoying a meal. It’s also very close to a trailhead for the Ouray perimeter trial. The place is very comfortable and makes you feel at home.

Very comfortable home away from home!
This cozy little spot had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A little tricky to find at night - GPS took us a little too far and we had a hard time seeing address numbers. Keyless entry was awesome! Bed was very comfortable which is essential for us to really enjoy trips away from home. We would definitely return here again!

This is a cosy comfortable home, and it is more spacious than we expected from the photos. The kitchen was great and the living area very comfortable for our family of 5 and dog. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's very close to the town, and right on the river at the riverwalk. We loved being here for a week and were sorry to have to leave.

This was the perfect size for our party of 6. The neighbors upstairs played their music until 2am but other then that our stay was wonderful.

Second stay and still amazing
This has turned into a yearly vacation at the same property. Location is perfect and the house is amazing. Very clean and we would know high standards as my husband is a GM at a Hilton property and I am a Housekeeping Manager. So to be able to say clean is a great thing. Bed was soft yet not too soft and the kitchen was perfect for us cooking in if we didn't want to eat out. Perfect access to the river walk and the neighbors are so nice. Even remembered us from last year. (Hopefully that is a good thing) The host even had a great dog basket for the furry kids. One thing they should add is the amazing dog store that is located in Ouray as we all know people with dogs will always spend money on more dog treats, toys and snacks! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and we are already looking forward to next year with you all again.

Wonderful location and amazing town
We loved our trip to Ouray during the winter. Snow was plentiful and the location of the property was fantastic. Everything was as advertised. One issue we had was the noise from the upstairs residents. Multiple dogs barking throughout most of our stay and the residents moving about upstairs from very early to very late can be clearly heard from the 1st floor.

Great Christmas Getaway
Ouray is beautiful during the Christmas holiday. This particular unit is in a great location and the park across the street is wonderful when covered in snow. Our kids also enjoyed the bunk beds. Traffic on the front street is low as well so it was really quiet. We hope to visit again next year for another snow-filled Christmas vacation.
