Lots of nice great space to gather and visit with abundant outdoor areas as well. Very comfortable beds. Great to have access to 2 kitchens but with one critique being the second kitchen had no supplies, dishes, potholders, etc.

Had a great time, great space! Big enough for large family to eat together! Pool was great for the little kids to wear off energy. Not too far from fishing! Plenty of room for large family!

Great location, pool, fire pit, good beds. Kitchens could be better supplied with cloth towels. Pool had jets only from 10 am to 4 pm. Without the jets the water was cold. Many lights did not work or were burned out. Paper items (toilet paper, kleenix, paper towels were in very low supply. The beds were comfortable. The whole cabin could use a deep clean. Very dusty - and we hate to say we caught two mice! However, the whole family liked the location and the stay.

We brought our Brady Bunch Family together for a great time in Wyoming, including eight grandchildren under 8. The house was great, the location stunning. Close to Cody and close to Yellowstone. The house was big enough to give space for different groups, activities and alone time. The pool and sauna were a big bonus. The house is clean and comfortable, but not too precious for the kids.

We took our staff on our annual staff retreat to your house. It fit our needs for bedrooms and space for every family. It was convenient to Yellowstone and to Grand Teton National Park. Great views!

We are Cody locals who hosted our family reunion in this home for ~26 people. The home was perfect for our group, and the kids especially loved the pool. Nice, new-ish Weber propane grill was a welcome surprise. Covered patio was outstanding for outdoor relaxation and conversation, and ended up being the central gathering area. Outstanding stay. A+

Plenty of room for everyone, ample fridge space, and a beautiful outdoors for the kids to roam in a fenced in yard and awesome lookout tower. Also, a very accommodating host. Lots of beautiful memories made.

The house was great, everyone had a bed and they were very comfortable. The only downside and mostly because of the location was that there were mice!!

We loved all the room we had. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved it too. A nice set up for cooking. We sat outside a lot at night and just took it all in. The Magpies were quite active during the day!! Ha!! We would definitely recommend this wonderful place to others and are considering coming back next year. Thank you!!!

This was perfect for our large family. We had plenty of room and the lookout tower, pool and sauna were a BIG hit for all ages after a full day of site seeing and activities. The view was phenomenal. This property exceeded our expectations. It was equipped with everything we might need. Thank you for everything!😍

The house was clean, comfortable- great host, very
responsive. My suggestions, have a large soup pot available, a 22-24 quart electric roaster and 5 gal drink container for large groups like ours.

very fun house and compound--well equipped in the pool room, kitchens, all rooms/bathrooms, and the patios; the watchtower was a neat addition! 😀

There were 21 of us from age 3 to 65! Plenty of space for all of us. The drive into Yellowstone was beautiful and the animals were abundant!

This property was perfect for our groups that had just spent a week in the Wind River Range backpacking and wanted a place to come together and relax, renew, connect and also explore Yellowstone. The place is very flexible in its layout for a larger group. The pool was a big hit too!

Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night, gorgeous location.

It would have been nice to know that in some of the bedrooms they recommend that people 5'2" stay in them. My whole family is older and taller than that.

Awesome Spot
Stayed with my family, parents, 3 sisters and their families. There were 19 in of us in all and we easily fit in this location with room to spare. Everyone loved the 2 full kitchens, the lookout tower, and the excellent view of the surrounding landscape. The only problem was we wished we could have stayed longer! We really enjoyed the ease of check in, ample room for everyone and an abundance of bathrooms. We used the porches, the pool, the grill, the lookout tower, and the balcony and they were all clean, functional spaces and operated as adverstised. We all can't wait to go back some day again! Excellent property and location.

Exactly what we needed
Great easy house to be in, two full kitchens gave us all the fridge space in the world! The pool is able to be very well secured, so I felt very comfortable there with multiple small children. The lookout tower was awesome. Check and check out easy breezy. The house is chopped up quite a bit to fit all of the rooms, which meant multiple rooms overlook or are exposed to main living spaces, not so much that you couldn't change in privacy but enough that everyone had to go to bed at the same time to not keep anyone awake or bothered. So more an open air type of concept as opposed to individualized rooms. But the house was great everything was amazing, thank you so much.
