Location was wonderful. Staff was super friendly. Hotel was very pretty inside. Indoor/outdoor hot tub and pool. Fresh cookies and beverages of the evenings. Large variety for breakfast.
Found dried booger on pillow which totally grossed me out.

Location and facilities
No possibility to open the window in the room

We loved our little cabin. The location was PERFECT! The breakfast in the morning was a nice convenience for us.
We had our windows open at night and the trash, waste management company of Wyoming came at 4:11am. We thought it was a fluke the first time, but it happened 2 additional times. Not good!

Nice location. Close to downtown and fairgrounds.
Parking was a bit tight
4.3
The breakfast included was great and the decor in the lobby was pleasant.
No elevator in the second building, ac wasn’t working properly and the pillows weren’t comfortable.
4.3
The breakfast staff were very accommodating for our needs due to early starts and made sure we took enough food for the next day.
An onsite restaurant for dinner would have been useful
4.3
Loved the cabin. Enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Location was good. Liked that it is not in the middle of town but close enough.
4.3
We stayed in one of the cabins. Nice and spacious with a kitchenette, living room area, small dining table and separate bedroom and bath. The bathroom was spacious as was the bedroom. Our bedroom had two beds and plenty of space. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Once of our mattresses was very noise. I know that sounds weird but when you sat on it or rolled over when sleeping it make a strange "springy" noise. I think maybe it had some bad springs in the mattress.

We had a little king cabin to ourselves. It had a kitchenette and a mini fridge. A small couch and tv in the front room. Rustic cabin aesthetic with chairs to sit on the porch. Breakfast options were great! Right downtown Jackson for location
Couch could have been more comfortable. Felt like an ikea couch with little back support.
4.3
Front desk receptionists are well-trained. Shout out to Tyson for accommodating us. Good value. Booking reservation for using common element is conscientious.
Maybe reinforce mask-wearing for some non-abiding guests? I know it's hard, but it's the right thing to do.

Love the fact they have gf bread .
Too spicy potatoes an saucages. And very processed Eggs.

Genial todo.

Nice breakfast buffet although crowded and not enough tables
I wish we could have checjed in earlier in the day

Loved the cabin and ease of parking. Kitchenette was nice to have.

The room was excellent, very clean and spacious, temperature was regulated very well without excessive noise and the bath towels and soaps were all excellent. Wed checked in about 8:15 pm from our travel from Cheyenne, Wyo. so we had been on the road along time. We were greeted very pleasantly and were treaded with very yummy chocolate chip cookies. We went to the breakfast in the morning at 6:45 and they had everything you would expect including bacon, sausage, eggs, country fried potatoes, croissants, bagels, delicious hot chocolate, fruits, and cereals.
We could not have been more pleased.
It is a big facility so parking at that time of arrival was very full but we were still able to find a spot not too far. Other than that no complaints.
4.3
walkable to everything!

Breakfast in the lobby was decent with a good selection of hot and cold options to choose from. Good coffee. Two sinks were convenient to have in the room (one in the toilet/shower area and one right outside). A staff member took the time to help us get our luggage up to the second floor. The mini-fridge had a small freezer. Location was right in downtown Jackson within walking distance plenty of outstanding restaurants and shops.
Moldy grout in shower/bathtub tile. Worn out carpet in room, outer hallway and stairs. NO ELEVATOR! Parking area was not sufficient for the number of rooms at this hotel.

The staff were great.
The room was really small

Convenient location in Jackson. Wonderful breakfast.
Somewhat dated, small bathroom
4.3
The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable
We were on the first floor and we could hear every one moving on the second floor
4.3
Bed, bedding and towels at the level of a 5-star hotel
The lighting in the room is weak and there is only one USB charger
4.3
The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was lovely and big. Staff are super friendly and great food for breakfast.
The breakfast was so good but we had to eat it in the lobby as there is not enough tables for everyone. The hotel cant be blamed for peoples selfishness but its kind of sucky that people have to take their plates to the lobby or outside while someone else (who has finished eating) sits at a table playing on their phone for an hour. We saw a few people doing this two days in a row.
Dont get me wrong this is a fantastic hotel and we would stay here again it is a really great place, just breakfast is a bit annoying
4.3
good location, a short walk into town. Easily accessible drive to the National Park. Comfortable room. good breakfast options.
the bin collection next door can be loud at the early hours of the morning, although this does not last long.
breakfast area is quite small and can sometimes have a short queue for seating.
4.3
These were the most comfortable beds & softest linens and I really appreciated an extra kitchen counter. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as well.
4.3
Great breakfast comfortable beds very clean liked the location easy walk to restaurants very nice pool
Rooms were dark and needs an elevator in the building that we were in
4.3
the look of building exterior, interior and location
breakfast was okay

Walking distance to restaurants and center of town. Hotel ski shuttle was really handy. The hot tub was actually hot! The beds were cozy. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
The rooms were overheated. Even after turning off the heating unit we had to open the window to cool it down during the night.
The building we were in did not have an elevator that we could find. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but could be for others.
4.3
Amazing facilities with two awesome hot tubs. Nice room with semi-efficiency
