About this apartment rental
Located in the Sundowner II Complex in the 4 O'clock area, this condo offers an excellent location with comfortable furnishings throughout. Affectionately called “The Bear’s Lair”, this unit is comfortable enough to hibernate for a day or two but within walking distance of options for those needing to expend energy. Sundowner II is only a short walk to the heart of main street Breckenridge. The nearest ski lift is a couple of blocks up the street with close access to Peak 8 or 9. The Free Ride shuttle is located across the street from the entrance to the condominium complex.
Unit amenities include sleeping options that make this a great choice for a large family or a friend group. Each of the two-bedrooms has a private bath, with a half bath option for guests downstairs or for anyone sleeping on the queen sleeper sofa. The master king bedroom has a flat screen television and an excellent view of Baldy Mountain. The second captain’s bunk bedroom (queen over queen) offers comfortable sleeping options for a family or adult couples. The open layout of the living area, kitchen and dining allows guests to enjoy time together in a relaxing setting in front of a gas fireplace. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed mid-April through mid-June and again early September through mid-November.

We had a wonderful stay! It was exceptionally clean, spacious, updated, had everything we needed, quiet, and convenient to the town and Snowflake lift. Elevator from the enclosed garage to the unit’s 2nd floor was helpful in transporting our luggage. Location of the condo to the bus stops (free riding) were convenient as well. While we did not cook meals we did fix some easy breakfasts and snacks. The kitchen was well equipped to do more if you wanted. It was great to have such a delightful place to come back to each day to rest and recharge. We would highly recommend Candace’s condo. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Sundowner II 126!! Easy access to shuttle for a quick two stop ride to the Beaver Run Lift. Ski home access is great vie 4 O'Clock run and exiting at the Park City trail. Place was super clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. Washer and dry were very nice to have as we packed light for our trip. I highly recommend this property for a nice getaway to Breckenridge!!!

We really enjoyed the option of the courtyard hottub. The check-in/out process was very simple. There was adequate dish/dishwasher soap, garbage bags, towels, etc. The only suggestion I would make is to add a rug by the front entrance so there is a place to put boots and the snow doesn't melt everywhere. Also, the bear and the tree are cute decor, but with young children getting ski boots on we could've used more open space in the entry way.

Beautiful views of the mountains can be seen from the bedrooms upstairs but not as much on the main living floor. A small disappointment was the hot tub. It was more like a warm tub. We were actually cold for about the first ten minutes and by the time it got hot we were ready to get out. However, it’s s community problem and not our condo’s specific. I would definitely stay here again. Great communication and hospitality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Breck Trip 2022
We had the most amazing spring break! The property was beautifully appointed and situated close to Snowflake lift and town. Three, great days of skiing and exploring. Our sons (11 and 8) loved having their own bunk room. We will absolutely be back to enjoy the Rockies at Sundowner II!!

Breck Condo
This property was fantastic! We had tons of room for the 4 of us that stayed, plus multiple visitors throughout the weekend. The condo was very clean and had all of the necessities for an amazing weekend in the mountains. It was very convenient to get to downtown Breck, as well as multiple ski resorts, including a 5-6 min walk to the closest lift at Breck. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

The photos don't do it justice. This 2-story, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, containers for leftovers, etc. The fireplace and balcony were our favorites. Both bedrooms have en suite baths and we had to remind ourselves there was also a half bath off of the kitchen. Beautiful mountain views from all of the rooms. A very easy walk to Main Street for coffee, a glass of wine, or any number of wonderful food options. We would absolutely stay there again.
