My sister and i enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Finding the apartment the first night was a little tricky, as it was dark and raining when we arrived and the resort property is much larger than we expected. But in the morning when we saw the view from the balcony, it was totally worth it! (Website pictures didn't do it justice!) The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, and the location was to die for. Would definitely stay again. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been some sort of guest information packet or binder with a map of the resort complex, clearer instructions on parking and pool access, etc. We did receive the email with the PDF attachment but we found the wording on a few items slightly confusing (said we needed parking clicker to access "garage", when it was actually an outdoor lot; said we needed to obtain pool wristbands from "security or administration", which we couldn't find when we arrived at 7pm so we didn't even try to go in the pool until the next morning). That being said, once we figured out these minor things we absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. That infinity pool with the view of the ocean was amazing!

the apartment was good to great(clean and comfortable) but overall Resort facilities need paint and maintenance work.Poor outside facilities. Most importantly the resort needs to improve personnel manners (specially Jose in pool service and Georgie in communication with rental people; very poor to hopeless .)When you rent you expect a clean room and a clean Exterior of the resort...building.and personell ...need help.

Condo very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. We did have a rental car so we could go off resort site to explore Puerto Rico. Excellent communication with owner.

My family and I had an amazing time in this villa. The ability to walk down and right out to the beach or the pool was wonderful! The villa had beach chairs and bags and beach towels available which made our stay easier as we didn’t have to worry about getting those items for the week. We would definitely stay here again!

We liked the accommodation., clean and well equipped. But we had a very late arrival and elevator was broken - there was no way to enter our building. Took many phone calls and texts to local rep who told us to find the security guard. We were exhausted and hot and shuffling our luggage all around the grounds trying to figure out where and what to do. The security guard didn’t speak English and we had to download a translator app to communicate as the local rep stopped responding to our calls and texts. Eventually the guard helped to locate and unlock a stairwell so we could climb the 3 floors with all of our bags. The next day management was helpful and checked in with us. Elevator was working off and during our stay and on the last day fully repaired. I think this was a one time blimp but a very stressful start.

This condo was just as described. I was traveling solo for a wedding and had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. Only suggestion would be to have some plasticware (dishes/cups) that can be used poolside but they were easy to find in town. Thanks for a nice stay!

Condo was dated and very dusty some plugs did not work. Location is great, our friends stayed in one down the hall that was updated and was really nice. Ours needed some love for sure and water pressure was intermittent but it just may be the building. Hot water was just Luke warm, bathroom drain did not stop up for my wife to take a bath. Easy check in and out. No over all issues, would look elsewhere next time for the money.

We just got back from a great stay. The rental is as pictured. The best part is the amazing view and proximity to the beach, pools and hotel. Our kids loved the pool and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas unlike what we saw at the hotel. We loved being able to walk over to the restaurants and casino and come back to the peaceful property.

This property is the real deal. Third floor ocean front. Ocean view from balcony and bedroom. Grounds were so nice it was hard to get motivated to do activities outside the resort

Beautiful ocean views and beach. The four star Wyndham Rio Grand Resort is about two blocks away. The villa was clean but dated and needs a lot of work to justify the price. The AC units are noisy and exhaust heat onto the very small balcony which makes it uncomfortably warm and noisy. The pools were nice and never busy. The shared laundry is virtually impossible to use.

This was our 4th stay at The Ocean Villas and its location and local amenities are great. Gorgeous views from our balcony and proximity to Wyndham Grand for dining options make it perfect.

The property had everything we needed for a great week! It was clean, comfortable and right on the beach with two pools and good location relative to restaurants, shopping, activities, etc. The view from the balcony could not be beat (just as the listing shows). The condo provides the best of both worlds with the pool and beach out front being quiet and uncrowded but only a short walk to the hotel w/restaurants & casino. We hung out at 5 O’clock somewhere at the Margaritaville Vacation Club side of the resort every night during our stay, either at the bar or firepit. Diana, who owns the property management company was quick to answer questions before and during our stay. We were also fortunate to have met Keila & Georgie from the management company who were staying on the property for a few days. We visited with them several times during our stay, at the beach, bar and around the property. Keila made sure we had everything we needed, gave us some nice beach chairs to use for the week since the ones we had were pretty rough and generally she made our whole stay better. We hope to return soon.

We were thrilled to find this Ocean Villa and it provided the picture perfect setting for a family vacation during the pandemic. We were so close to the water that we could hear and smell the beach from the balcony and easily go back to the unit for lunch. The apt was clean and well stocked with towels and cookware. My only suggestion is that more info be provided about the resort and surrounding area. Also, checkin directions could be clearer - we did not realized that we needed to get the parking clicker from the unit and also would have benefited from a map of the Villas. Would highly recommend and would like to return!

Our 5th stay in this complex. We love the low key, quiet vibe. Plenty of life next door at the hotel when we want that scene. Lap pool is divine. Staff is hard working, helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed our overall stay. The place was very nice and clean with a spectacular view, several pools for relaxation in addition to the ocean. A quick walk to the hotel for various restaurants and all the golf you can want. Great GET-AWAY!!!

Very nice property, well kept pool area and secure. We loved being able to sit on our balcony and hear the surf. The condo was well equipped, coolers, boogie boards in the closet. Would be nice to have a blender but everything else needed in the kitchen was there.
