Современно. Уютно.

Большие номера, (не 80 м2, как заявлено, но 60-65 есть наверняка). Большая лоджия. Очень удобная кровать и подушки, хорошее постельное бельё. На завтраке присутствует европейская еда. Есть свежие овощи для салата, овощи на пару, йогурты. В ресторане нет неприятного запаха местной кухни, как например в Шератоне. В номере полноценный холодильник. Каждый день пополняют запас бутилированной воды в достаточном количестве.

Единицы из персонала разговаривают на английском языке. Wi-fi очень слабый. Маленькое количество лежаков на пляже. Приходилось приходить и ждать, пока лежаки освободятся. При этом места для установки дополнительных лежаков предостаточно. При большом размере номера отсутствие биде, хотя места предостаточно. Очень маленький шкаф для одежды и при этом бестолковая дополнительная маленькая комнатка. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, первую ночь спать было невозможно, но потом научились с этим бороться. Основной кондиционер выключали, а в маленькой комнате наоборот включали на ночь на 20 градусов, этого было достаточно и при этом не дуло на кровать. Может пригодится кому нибудь этот способ. При бронировании запрашивали высокий этаж, но нас заселили на 4 из 9. Хотя ребят, которые заселялись одновременно с нами, заселили на 7. В общем, логика зачастую отсутствует, как и во всём Китае, но к этому постепенно привыкаешь.

早餐很棒，中西兼顾，而且选择多样。服务人员态度良好，乐于助人。这间酒店离海滩有点距离，不过还在可接受的范围。适合家庭住宿，房间比较大，而且有阳台。我们到过很多地方，三亚这里的人们很友好平和，出乎我们意料，而且没有遇到宰客或者故意对游客提价的行为。以后有机会还是会到三亚，这次的观感很好。

晚餐差强人意，只提供火锅和西式简餐，建议只定早餐就好。

Good value for money if staying with the family

The location looks far from the sea, but actually it is an advantage - there’s no music around, it is very quiet. Walking to the sea takes around 8 minutes. Rooms are big, tidy and equipped with TV with a thousand classical movies, majority of them are in English. There’s no territory with aquaparks and other fun, only a pool at the backyard, but it is usually not crowded and excellent for chilling with kids. Crib is provided for free.

Breakfast could be better, but what to expect from the beach hotel on a tropical island. It is good enough, focused mostly on Chinese food. Room service food also not quite tasty. The cleaning personnel does not clean perfectly, half of the days they did not wash the floor.

Идеальное месторасположение, чистый пляж (не читайте враньё выше, море кристально чистое). Да, гоняют катера, но это особо не напрягает. Есть собственные шезлонги и зонтики, дают полотенца. Номера просторные, однако плохо убирают, пахнет сыростью, но это особенность стран Азии, особенно Китая. Завтрак неплохой, но, например, в том же Holiday Inn других городов Китая значительно разнообразнее и вкуснее. Персонал приветливый, а на ресепшен живет прикольный общительный попугай. До аутлета 10 минут на такси - 16 юаней. Из основных брендов есть Adidas, Nike, MK, cK, TH, Puma, GAP. Остальные китайские. Нет Levi’s, New Balance, Lacoste. От отеля ходят бесплатные автобусы в CDF Молл (дьюти фри). Местные барыги предлагают экскурсии до Саньи и стеклянный мост 100 и 250 юаней соответственно. Стоимость такси от аэропорта ночью по счетчику 150 юаней. В целом, достойный отель своих денег благодаря пляжу и чистейшему морю.

Не берите полупансион. Ужина в самом отеле нет, его предлагают в соседнем отеле Hualuxe. Если вы купили ужин, то в этом отеле - помойке с гадким персоналом вам предложат либо хот пот либо 3 блюда по меню. Сюда входит трава, стружка моркови и соевый соус (есть нечего), суп пустой и горячее с пангасиусом (запрещен к употреблению) или куском утки. Короче не покупайте ужин!!! Лучше заплатите 300 юаней и берите шведский стол или питайтесь в другом месте. Все впечатление от отеля испортил именно персонал Hualuxe (настолько разнится с Hokiday Inn) их оивратителтный ужин.

Хороший отель, отличные завтраки

Отличный завтрак, очень разнообразные блюда, есть китайская и европейская кухня. Чистый номер, каждый день добавляли воду, сладкие напитки, чай и кофе. Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Есть сейф, средство от комаров. Удобная кровать. 2 комнаты. Есть фен, принадлежности для ванной комнаты (шампунь, гель для душа, кондиционер для волос), халаты, обувь для пляжа, зонт. До пляжа примерно 5-6 минут, по пути есть пару кафе и небольшой магазин. Есть детская комната с батутом, горкой и другими активностями. Есть прачечная, зал с тренажерами. На пляже есть несколько лежаков, которые относятся к отелю, но их быстро занимают.

Номер был с видом на горы, но фактически на заброшенный отель. Бассейн достаточно небольшой. На кухне нет посуды для приготовления пищи, столовых приборов. Вместо варочной поверхности лучше бы сделали микроволновку. До центральной площади Ялонгбэй (где магазины, кафе, парк с аттракционами) примерно 25 минут пешком или 3 минуты на автобусе, но автобусы ходят редко. Можно доехать на такси.

Great hotel, bad management.

We arrive right before those groups. They came in and start pushing and cutting line. At that moment I’m already checking in, the hotel staff didn’t finish with me before helping the people of the group to check in, he was multitasking, which isn’t very professional, also it was a chaos, not organized at all. There’s three desks, why not let those of the groups go to one or two of them, instead of letting them roam around and terrorizing the place. The hotel should pay more attention to this, our experience is aweful because of this.

It has a very nice view of the lake, beach and mountains. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of options. Room facilities exceeded expectations and was very nice and spacious. Free shuttle services to and from the beach are provided and free self-laundry services were also available. The pool had an amazing view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They also spoke English.

Although a kitchen and stove was provided in the room, it would have been nice if a pan was provided as we were unable to use the stove for this reason. There was also no microwave. The location is very close to Yalong beach but one hour away from the airport.

Great clean and new hotel but not very International

Nice, new, clean hotel. Quick stroll to the beach. Mostly friendly staff but very little English. A young guy called Hugo was very helpful whenever he saw us.

No club lounge. Outdoor pool was small for the size of the hotel.

Passable

The cleaning staff were excellent, very attentive to detail, nice and polite. The front desk people were helpful and assisted me very well, the staff on the lounge floor were well mannered and helpful as well.

The dining room staff lack good people skills - they accused me of not paying upfront for breakfast, two Chinese staff came and stood over me while I was trying to eat my food, pestering me about the payment to the point it became unbearable and I left the dining room- it was extremely embarrassing.

Very good

Overall this was quite a nice stay. :) The room we initially booked advertised a bathtub though, on both Booking and Trip.com, and looked much bigger than it actually was. The pictures showed views of the bay and a bigger bathroom and were clearly not advertised for the right room. When we got there the bathroom was small with no tub, the air conditioning wasn't on and the thermostat said it was 33 degrees C in the room, and it was a view of the road. We complained and one staff member, I believe his name was Peter, spoke English well and upgraded us to an apartment style family room that was very large. It had a kitchenette, living space, balcony with view, nice bathroom with tub, and 2 separate bedrooms. We stayed for 6 nights so we appreciated this! The air con was great, the beds were comfortable, it had a nice couch, 2 TV's, etc. I would recommend going the next level up like this or asking for upgrades. They also had a nice gym and a store in the property. This was a livable place if you wanted to stay in for a while from the heat. It is a clean and new hotel.

- The cleaning staff were inconsistent and tended to take things away that were used once, like the toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe, towels, etc. Maybe some people want this but we found it wasteful and unnecessary to have to get a new toothbrush or slippers again every day. They also left the balcony doors open a bit one day and it was too hot when we came back. - The balconies have a feature where the air con turns off once you open the door, which is great for the environment but sometimes it didn't pop back on right away if you don't shut the door tight. They also don't air condition the lobby. - The pool was small and we never used it - we would go to the beach or other places instead. We also never ate at the restaurant but it seemed all right. We have been to Sanya many times and Yalong Bay a couple times and this area is a bit out of the way, but it's still a quick Didi to other big hotels, La Floret, the Tropical Paradise Forest Park, etc. - We had an issue one night with getting food delivery where the driver gave us the wrong order and mixed it up with someone else in the hotel. We tried to sort it out but in the end it was a struggle and we just ate the food they gave us. The other customer was clearly unhappy and complained though and tried to find their right food, and we ended up getting called twice by the staff, knocked on the door, etc about an hour after delivery from 11-11:30 pm at night. I have never been bothered so late by a hotel and felt this was not appropriate over a small delivery mixup. - In general the staff were helpful but didn't speak English well except for Peter as above who helped us out.
