Good value for money, pleasant stay!
The bathroom was really old and small.
4.5
As expected - clean and functional. Good value and Ideal for solo traveller. Easy access to local mini supermarket, breakfast cafe and pub - local people and no tourist crowds. The receptionist (manager?) was very friendly and cheery .
Slightly small room for the double bed but not a big issue.

The room was immaculate and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft and luxurious, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including a desk and chair, a private bathroom, and a lovely balcony with stunning views of the countryside.
The breakfast was an absolute highlight of my stay. Every morning, the hosts prepared a delicious spread of fresh bread, pastries, fruit, and yogurt, along with a selection of local cheeses and meats. The coffee was strong and flavorful, and I loved trying different types of tea and juice.

A very friendly and helpful owner. Clean, quiet, modern room. The breakfast was in the pasticceria across the street but their baked goods were amazing so well worth the 2min walk.
Everything was great.

it was nicely decorated and comfortable as well.
property was completely fine , just a small tip if you are booking there you must have your own car.

Staff was friendly, location okay if you have a car (quick drive to the train station which is just a few stations away from Florence).
Unfortunately, the rooms were very, very small. We only had one suitcase, but that had to lie in the walkway between bed and bathroom, always in the way when we tried to get past. There was a tiny desk in the room that took more space away. The beds were quite uncomfortable and bed sheets dirty. The bathrooms were absolutely tiny, especially the shower as it was quite narrow, and the shower head couldn't be height adjusted if I remember correctly. Every time we wanted to enter the hotel, we had to ring a bell and wait until we would be let in. This made staying out late a little uncomfortable as we felt bad for ringing the bell late. Breakfast was across the road in a small bakery. However, the breakfast voucher included either one hot drink and two sweet pastries, or one cold drink and one sweet pastry. While the items were all delicious, we had a few people in the group who preferred a savoury breakfast, and that was simply not an option. Would be great to include other options in the future.

The location was nice, and the host gave us a map that showed the laundry location, supermarkets, breakfast location across the street, trains, and explained them at our arrival.
The style of accessing the rooms is with keys, and you need to keep the key at the reception prior to leaving the hotel. Parking was available although i couldn't guess if it were for residents or not, just took the risk since we only came to the hotel during the late nights and left early in the mornings. Breakfast is in another patisserie across the street.
Overall, the rooms are nice, homey, and calm at night. We took the large room with the window pointing to the street, probably one of the big rooms. Just beside the room is a nice terrace if you like to sit there.
The breakfast could be a better. The Patisserie will give 2 croissants with a tea, or 1 croissant with a hot chocolate. Anyways, there's a large hypermarket closeby to get more things if needed, which is still okay.

Good location outside the city
Uncomfortable bed

the room was clean, and quite ok, the host was very polite and helpful (although it seemed strange that we could not enter in the hotel, even to the reception, before check-in time).
breakfast was served in a very good pasticceria across the street, was very good
the area where the hotel is situated is not nice at all,
overall seems quite an old-fashioned hotel

The room was good, but the best thing was the owner, Mozes. A delightful chap and a fountain of valuable information and very helpful.
The wifi in the room was very poor. Also a warning came up that "this network is an old version and not secure".

The town is a quiet and traditional Tuscan place, excellent to be quiet and 20/30 min to Florence. The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom was very neat and equipped, in front is a supermarket which helps to get whatever is necessary for travelers. The place has a sort of balcony that has a nice warm vibe to chill out.
The check-in process was not smooth as supposed to be. First, in what it seems to be the owner assumes, in an entitled position asking why we do not have a car, is reasonable to understand that giving some long distances is not normal not arrive in a car, but why judge others by this? this person does not know the motivation behind a reservation or what implies to someone to make the effort to arrive at his location. Second, given the constant changes in the health regulations (release of restrictions), it seems that the app for validating the green pass was presenting some inconsistencies, at some point (around midnight), I was trying to explain, mediate and deescalate, explaining that the app has several settings and the different vaccination circumstances (both of us with a full dose scheme), all of this in my halfway Italian and not only receive from this person, screams about the geopolitics of the European Union and why that place was not Africa (his precise words), but also a patronizing position shouting in dialect in some moments.
If not been by the fact that weren't any hotels available and was past midnight, I were left that place. By the check-out has the hard face to say, "I expect a beautiful 10 in your review", because of this, I took the time to write this, over a month after.
Sadly the only black dot (a big one) in what it was a pleasant stay and an amazing trip.

Very friendly staff, beatiful hotel, good breakfast. Working A/C.
Quite old equipment. There is not much to see around.
