Travis was awesome. The home was beautiful and the location was great for our planned outings for the week. Travis was very helpful and even the people who lived in the neighborhood around the home were so nice and friendly. The home was close to what we needed and there was so much for my kiddos to do in the home. We will definitely stay again!! Thank you Mr Travis!!

Ideal location if visiting the Ark which is just a short distance away. Property was comfortable and clean. As we were 4 adults each using one of the bedrooms available we could had done with some extra towels but we shares what we had and got by. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting the area. Maybe the host could update his house book with suggestions for some good restaurants to visit.

The property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all local attractions. The four bedrooms give everyone privacy. The garage games provide entertainment for everyone. The only complaint is the stairs are rather narrow and hard on bare feet (the owner asks that you not wear shoes inside). Overall, a great place to stay.

Travis was easy to work with, and helped get us navigate some issues with vrbo to get us in the night we needed. The house was very warm and welcoming and had more than enough rough for us including my brothers large family. The older kids loved the game room, and the little ones enjoyed all the books and toys. All the beds were very comfortable, and the location to the ark was great. Would definitely stay here again if we came back.

The house is nice lots or room for everyone. The driveway is pretty steep. I like the pool table. Beds are comfortable. The property is good but the vrbo app was late responding to my email's. They finally sent my information a hour and half late. I didn't like the fact i couldn't smoke a cigarette outside on his property. Other than that we had a great time.

The house was cozy and comfortable. Note: don't assume the king size bedroom upstairs is the master. lol My mistake. We really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable and relaxing. It was also really close to the Ark Encounter which we went to 2 of our 3 days. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Also, the Christmas decorations were a nice touch.

We had a great stay here for our youth trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The house was clean, the large kitchen table was great, the game room and movie area were also perfect for our youth to hangout when at the house.

We had a great stay in Dry Ridge. The home was very clean and stocked with everything we needed when traveling with kids. It was at a perfect location for our visit to the Ark Encounter (15 mins away) and just 45 mins to Creation Museum. Dry Ridge is a quiet town but that's how we like it. There's a Walmart down the street, a nice park for the kids, and a few restaurants for dinner. When we wanted to explore a little more, it was just a short drive to Florence where there were more activities to choose from. I would highly recommend this home. Travis was great at responding to any questions I had. The property is well-maintained and he makes every effort to provide a good experience for his guests.

This was the perfect location for our group. The house had wonderful space for gathering in the evening inside and also sitting out on the deck. The kitchen had everything that we needed and more. The kitchen table was large enough for us to all eat around the table and play games at night. The bedroom/bathroom situation worked out great for our group. We made use of the pool table in the garage and television to watch the NCAA baseball regionals. Finding the home and entering was very easy. Close to many restaurants and Walmart. Quiet cove. Very little traffic in the town and on the way to and from the Ark. I would highly recommend this property to any families wanting to spend time together while traveling.

The house was clean with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Worked out great for our 2 families. We loved all the board games that were there and the older kids loved the foosball table. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, etc. The bonus was the bed mattresses were actually comfortable!

We loved staying here! We had 3 couples and 3 children. We loved having the separate suite in the basement so we could separate the kids for nap time. Great toys, portacribs, and high chairs for kids. The house was clean and plenty of space!

Plenty of space for our group of 10. Having 2 suites is great for traveling with another family. We spent most of our time at the Art Encounter and Creation Museum during the day. The place was well stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. Host was responsive and we had not issues through the whole process.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (12, 8 and 4 yrs old) and my parents. Perfect location...tucked away in a subdivision, 15mins from the Ark Encounter and about 40mins from Creation Museum. There was plenty of room for all of us and then some. The beds were comfortable and there are 2 king size beds, which was great for our family. There's a game area downstairs in the garage that was fun for grandpa and the kiddies and a nice surprise projector/theater area in the basement too. We watched a couple movies at night after a long day visiting the Ark and Creation museum. We had consistent communication with the owner/property manager and all the information I needed was communicated before I needed it. We didn't spend time outside but there's a nice deck with a grill for people to use. The house is stocked with anything you could need. The kitchen has a Kuerig and they added some coffee pods for use. We forgot a stroller for our youngest but discovered a couple strollers in the garage. Saved us $15/day in rental fees at the parks. This property is not only clean, but very well thought out. There are even games and toys for kids. We would definitely stay here again in the future. We've recommended to a few friends already.

The house was awesome. The ARK Encounter is a great place to take your family as well as the Cincinnati Zoo and the Creation Museum. The house was within 45 minutes of all 3. The house had a game room, plenty of opportunities to watch movies, play games. The area had everything a family would need to make for a wonderful vacation for people of all ages. We would recommend this house, VRBO, and this area to any traveling family. Thanks for adding to our family memories.

We chose this property for its convenience to the Ark Encounter. It was a comfortable second home for two out-of-state families getting together to visit the area. Home was super clean and our host was easy to communicate with. The adults in our group appreciated the two separate master bedrooms with private baths. The kids shared two bedrooms and the third bath easily. Though the home is situated in a subdivision, it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our host was very kind and informative. Communication was excellent and he made himself readily available by phone at any time if we had questions. The home was very clean and well decorated, plenty of space for a good size group. The description of the property was accurate as to the property being located in a cul-de-sac. The only reason I did not rate a 5 is because there were no photos of the exterior of the home or immediate area in the VRBO listing. This location is very densely populated with people and cars. If you are use to urban living this is the perfect place, if you prefer space, privacy and an aesthetically pleasing view unfortunately you will not find it here. Overall great trip and excellent host.
