STR22-00019. NEW DECK! NEW FLOORS! Come and enjoy our light and bright beachside home in Jamaica Beach! Ready for some fun in the sand? Our home is a hop, skip and a jump to being on the beach with a cold drink in your hand and kids (or adults) playing in the surf and sand. This home is the perfect getaway with rooms for everyone & comfortable beds & furniture! You really are just a few short steps away from the beach. (Please read our reviews, our guest have been pleasantly surprised at the location) There are beach toys for the kids to use & beach chairs to make time on the beach enjoyable. There is a charcoal grill for making your meal times a breeze. Plenty of outdoor seating on the deck in captain chairs, adirondacks or at the table on the upper deck enjoying your morning coffee or a meal. Below there is a large picnic table with seating for the whole gang. Rocking chairs to sit & enjoy the ocean breezes & settle into.
Our home has an open and airy family room with cozy seating and multiple sliding doors that open onto the partially covered deck for great views of sunrises and sunsets, a nice start & end to the day. Relax with the HD TV that allows for access to your Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Stay connected with Free Wi-fi from Xfinity prime internet and streaming capabilities. Our home is also equipped with a Ring security camera at the entrance of the upper and lower areas for added security when property is unoccupied, verify maintenance crews, verify check-in/check-out. We have also placed in our home hand sanitizer, hand soap, travel size toiletries and laundry soap for our tenants use.
The dining area seats 8 at the bar height table attached to the kitchen and 6 around the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker & regular brew coffee maker. Drinking glasses, wine glasses and coffee cups, eating utensils, dinnerware, serving platters and multiple pots & pans are provided for our guest to use while at the house making prep and mealtime super easy.
We enjoy our location because there are many conveniences close by gas, ice, liquor shops, coffee, Way West Pizza (our fave), Subway, Nate's Seafood restaurant (a family classic), churches & so much more. We think it has all you need to be glad you rented here & want to come back!
Our home is perfect for couples, multi or large families. 3 bedrooms on the main level include: the master with 1 King sized bed with a large closet, four full size storage drawers and TV w/basic cable. Guest room has 1 Queen with a half bath en suite, shelf & hanging space. Another guest room has 1 Queen with a large closet, storage drawers and TV w/basic cable. There is a full bath on the same level located in the hallway. A suite is tucked away on the ground level with a separate private entrance (no access from above)has 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bunk, a full bath with shower, mini fridge and K-cup coffee maker and the full-size washer and dryer for your use are located down here, this area is perfect for teens, adults or family. All rooms have ceiling fan & room darkening shades & multiple electrical outlets.

I really can’t say enough positive things about this home, the host, and experience. Host was helpful on all fronts checking in and checking out and anything that came our way in between. Kids loved being so close to the beach and the views from the deck as well as the living room were very enjoyable. I have family who lives in Houston so we visit often and this will be our reoccurring spot and home for sure!

Beautiful home just a short walk to the beach! Hosts were gracious and prompt when answering any questions we had before check-in. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Proximity to the beach allowed each of us to come and go easily for sunrise walks, afternoon snacks, and breaks from the heat. So thankful for such a great place to stay during our vacation!

First is the location! This house is about a 2 minute walk from the beach. The house was very clean upon arrival. It’s decorated cute. It’s actually better than the pics online. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

From very frequent up front communication to easy check in and just an overall amazing place, this was amazing! We had our 6 year old with us, there were even videos and games for her to play! Such a thoughtful host! I recommend this place for anyone visiting Jamaica Beach!

This house was perfect for our group of 10! We had 2 separate family units vacationing together so the separate downstairs space was perfect. Being able to walk to the beach and, even more importantly, make a quick trip back if necessary made a huge difference with so many kids. Especially with the excessive heat while we were there, if one kid needed a break, it didn’t mean the whole group had to pack up and leave.
The house itself was wonderful and exactly as expected. We had no issues that needed to be addressed, but our hosts made it clear they would be available if necessary.

This was such a special and unique property. My family made countless memories while staying in this lovely home that is fully stocked with every renter’s needs and then some! Wonderful location/proximity to beach, restaurants, and area amenities! Owners were extremely responsive although I didn’t need to reach out much as everything was organized, stocked, and accessible. Lovely home on Jamaica Beach with easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need for cooking/serving meals. Plenty of eating space and nice furniture in living area. The new deck is awesome with plenty of seating. Owner is very responsive to questions and instructions!

Our family of ten (2 grandparents, 4 parents, 4 children) loved spending a long weekend here. The location is amazing - a 2-minute walk to the beach. The house is very clean and has all the kitchen implements we could ever need to cook meals at home. The owners were incredibly responsive and gracious. And the deck views and ocean breeze create a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the sunset.

There is enough room for everyone to have space, we had 8 total overnight with 5 teenage girls. There was never a time we felt crowded. Beach access is about a minute walk away, convenient stores and restaurants are across the street. The location is perfect to access Galveston quick and easy, with the quiet of being away from the city for the evening hours with stars in the sky and waves in the background! Very enjoyable, hope to stay again soon!

We stayed over Christmas. The place was very clean and we absolutely loved having a Christmas tree. Upstairs we only had 1 full size towel, the rest of the towels were the right size for my 2 year old but didn't actually wrap around my body (I wear a size 8, so I'm not that big). I didn't ask my in laws about the size of the towels downstairs. The beach is really close and we loved visiting it. It was incredibly beautiful. We were able to use a few of the sand toys and I'm sure it would be even better in the summer. The toilet paper was very thin single ply, which really bothered my husband, but thankfully we brought some toilet paper. Which reminds me that my in laws did comment repeatedly on the very specific rules for flushing the downstairs toilet. Overall it was a nice time.

This property was right off the beach access. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure was awesome! The owners were so quick to respond with any inquiries we had. We would definitely stay here again. Great place for a family get together.

The owners were awesome, easy chk in, appreciated them allowing me in a little early. Very prompt responses! The house is an older one, totally comfortable with everything needed. The beach is an easy 1 minute stroll. This part of the beach allows parking (day only), was crowded on weekend due to perfect weather. Loved the early morning beach walking at sunrise. I would definitely return to this property in the future. The deck needs maintenance, older with nails loose and coming up in some parts. Barefoot beware. Note for EV guests: The parking is in a drive with blocked access to the underneath of the house. There is a standard plug underneath the house but an extension cord would be required. The owners graciously offered to allow, and maybe it's ok. New to EVs and wasn't sure...there's an EA charger in League City and Pearland.

The beach house was great for our multi-family trip! Beautifully-decorated and kitchen was fully-stocked for our meals. Located right off San Luis Pass Road, with convenience access to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Be prepared for road noise and police sirens at all hours (didn’t bother us but something to note). Outdoor deck had some nails sticking out, so we had to be cautious with our young kids running around. The owner was responsive after booking and throughout our stay.

Was in town for 10 days for softball nationals. Location of home was perfect, great deck, plenty of space in living and kitchen and the rooms were spacious. The amenities were good, kitchen had everything needed. Also, Shower waster pressure was on point. :)

Family Time at Cervezas and Sea-Estas
We had a wonderful time at Jamaica Beach staying at Tom and Gen's place. It's a very short walk to the beach and there was plenty room for 4 adults and 4 kids. The property was very clean and well maintained. It is stocked with lots of amenities like beach toys and books. Each room had a TV so the kids wouldn't had to fight over what to watch. The Communications were great which made a very smooth check- in and out process. Over all, we are very satisfied with the stay and would love to stay there again!
