Great place to stay to avoid downtown Louisville!

The room was spacious and very accommodating. The bed was lovely. The lighting is very good. The breakfast is very nice too. Thank you!

The parking is very limited and could be expanded. The "extra parking lot" across the street is not paved and is not ideal.

Very Nice Room

Very nice room. Bed was really comfortable and clean.

Not much we didn't like. Maybe a different shower head, but the room was really nice.

Clean, decent breakfast, and close to downtown Louisville. Pool is closed and has been for a while so if you’re taking

Best Western was super close to everything we were doing in Louisville for the weekend without the big city rush around us. It was clean and well kept and had a decent breakfast.

The pool was closed for maintenance which we found out it had been for 6 months or more. I had my children with me and that was part of the reason I booked the property was because it had a pool and turns out they didn’t get to swim.

Was very happy with how clean the bathroom and room was. .bed was comfortable and room came with everything you could need.

When I pulled the blanket back to get into bed one side of the bed looked slept in and there was hair on the sheets. Not just one or two quite bit. Not only hair from someone's head but also what looked like body hair too. However when I went down stairs and asked for clean sheets she was very nice and gave me clean sheets from the dryer.

It was an okay hotel, but it was not worth what we paid per night. Anything more than $150/ night is not worth it

The hotel had a good breakfast. Rooms were recently updated but cheaply.

The pool was closed during our stay and was posted as a small note on the website after we booked our stay. The walls were not well insulated-we could hear the person in the room next to us snoring and every time a room shut in the hall our headboard shook. There are 15 parking spots for this large hotel so you will likely need to park at the best western next door.

Horrendous, unclean, lying staff, no support from best western or booking to resolve

Not much, not sure I'll go with booking again after this one (I've tried calling your 800 number and talking about it, not going to bother typing it all out again, but as far as I'm concerned, you guys have lost my business based on the way it was handled. This was the nastiest place I've stayed in a LONG time, they handed US cleaning supplies to clean up someone else's literal crap, and the lied about it during when I tried to have booking step in and of course, booking took the hotel's side

Terrible

I booked at this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool is closed. I tried to talk to the staff after my stay and Alex was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The way they treat their customers is awful. I will never stay here again!!!!!!!!!

Very good

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. Everything was very clean. /Check in was easy.

It was a bit pricey for a Best Western. the swimming pools was not in service.

ideal location beside restaurants etc

the room could have been a bit cleaner, didn’t look as if it had been hoovered the shower needed a good deep clean, looks like housekeeping staff are not getting enough time to do this

Rooms are nice, beds comfortable, bathrooms nice

Noise from hallway, next door room, floor above heard running and stomping, poor breakfast quality (coffee not great, eggs not great, bakery items limited, no fruit, only instant oatmeal)

My TV in my room did not work properly I call told booking told the staff could not accommodate fixing me or switching to another room. Not fair if you spend the money TV don't work properly was not very happy booking.com and others who book should know this

Affordable travel volleyball option with an easy commute to the convention center.

If you are traveling for volleyball or athletics, this property is an easy drive away from the convention center and surrounded by restaurants and has a Target close by in case you need to pick up any forgotten items. The toll bridge is easy to avoid by using Waze.

It was not not as clean on this visit as it has been in years past, but is still a location I would return to if I was traveling to the area.

a rip off for the price

not a whole lot

pictures of rooms are inaccurate. linens were extremely dirty with blood stains on them. absolutely did not smell or feel fresh. breakfast food was stale

Great value for a super clean hotel with comfy bed and amazing staff.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Didn't stay

We needed to call hotel. The address in bookings was wrong. We called avtotalbof 9 times throughout the day and either received a standard msg that did not even identify the phone number as the hotel. When we did get through, we were immediately put on holds that lasted over 10 minutes and never picked up. We ended up in a VERY dangerous part of town the last time we called. We turned around, went back, and checked into another hotel.
