Good stay, good value.

Hotel had a lot of additional things to do. Barber shop, sports bar, indoor pool etc.

The bathroom in the room we stayed in was small and a little outdated but not bad.

overall it was ok but would prefer to stay elsewhere

I liked having a balcony overlooking the pond in back and could see the pool from our rom also. AC worked fantastic.

The outside looked a little run down and the interior of our room and hallway to K102 is definitely outdated,

Ok for a last-minute place to stay.

Price, location

The property is very dated and needs updating. While it appeared to be clean, the fatigue showing in the bathrooms, furniture, hallways, carpet, etc it made it feel dirty and dungy. I would not recommend this property to anyone just due to the updates that need to be made.

Very dirty, especially pool.

The breakfast was a paid service at a restaurant, not complimentary.

The pool was VERY VERY dirty. From a far it looked good. When I got into it I was surrounded by floating hair, a bandaid and SO MUCH dead skin that I could visibly see it in every inch of water. In the room the shower water wouldn't shut off and was unsettling while trying to sleep. Paint was peeling, stains around.

Close to higway

everyday had to go to front desk to have door card reactivated, trash cans are so small holds maybe 2 cans, housekeeping would bring in towels and empty trash but would not leave any toilet paper even though roll was empty,killed a roach in the bathroom. paid $13.00 each for breakfast on Sunday, it was horrible threw it out. pools closed, carpet needs replaced

The hotel wasnt even close to what it shows in the pictures. I booked a room with a balcony and a view and I definitely did not get that. I will not stay here again.

I’ve stayed in better hotels in the area.

It was clean.

The hallways were dark and hot. $100 deposit was not expected. Of course it was listed at the very bottom of the description. I have never paid a deposit to stay in a hotel. Swipe my card in case of incidentals but never a deposit.

For what I needed the room for it was an excellent location with plenty of parking! I thought the Lobby was beautiful, but was very misleading for the rest of the hotel

The elevator smelled AWFUL ..musty and moldy. The floors were unfinished in a lot of areas. The sign on the desk at check in said the cafe was open till 2am th-sat but they weren't. It said the pool was closed, but people were in it. The fridge in our room was wobbly and hard to open. And the STAIRS to the doors!!! What the heck is with that??? People trying to get luggage to their rooms going up a flight of stairs, just to get to the outside entrance doorway.....??? The outside floor was loose and not well lit. She never even asked if that would be a problem for us. We paid for a Lakeview room with no lake view and when you drove around to "the lake" it was a garbage pit. Unattended, unattractive,and definitely not safe to sit and enjoy coffee or any other meal outside. I'm glad this was just a one time thing.

Free parking and good check out times. We were able to check in early.

Booking.com states it's 1.1 miles from main attractions in downtown Louisville but it's actually 3 miles which is quite misleading. We understand that the measurement is in a straight line but even the route you take on foot isn't much more than a straight line so it doesn't feel the measurements are correct.

I didn’t like how room service kept trying to enter the room while sleeping kept getting woke up from the door trying to get open but it couldn’t because I had the top lock latched , another incident to where I was changing I didn’t have a shirt on they enter the room while I’m standing there with out a shirt on , an another thing is where their was other residence staying down the hall kept leaning the door open letting in bugs and when they smoked weed it linger into our room because how our room was next to the glass door to goin into the building

The rooms were not cleaned properly. There was food in the bed when I took the covers off. the carpet was nasty. The pool was not clean or in the sitting area. The outside door did not lock to the public. anyone could walk into the hotel from other entrances other than the front entrance. The service to check in took entirely too long and the front desk clerk was new and could not answer my questions. We payed for a water front view and it was not. The doors were open by the pool and you could smell cigarette smoke along with other illegal drugs coming into the pool area. I did not feel safe staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone, let alone families with children.

Not worth your money or time.

Nothing..from the front desk with Ray to the door that sticks really bad to get in to see a really needed updated room..the carpet is old..the furniture is torn..we thought we had a non-smoking room but evidence says otherwise..or they haven't replaced anything since making it a non-smoking room. Burn spot on toilet seat..and the terrace outside had an ashtray and someone left their lighter behind..we never touched either one. The light was so bright on the back terrace that you couldn't sit outside because of the bugs the light draws to it..definitely not worth the money they want to stay..

The black mold on the tiles above the shower that hasn't been updated since they built the hotel..the bathroom is very small and very dirty..the shower head does not move..and the water pressure is bad..

There was no hot water at the property. Still trying to get a refund, because had to move to another property. Have not been able to communicate with property since I left.
