Gorgeous views, great location, friendly staff.

Great breakfast buffet, with a beautiful view. The pool area is also great with an awesome view and vibes. The loft 5 was very cute, clean and spacious for a couple. I'd definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

The only challenge was one night that rained a lot and our loft started to flood with the heavy rain flow, but the staff were very helpful to accommodate us in a different loft in order to fix our problem.

tem alguns pontos a melhorar mas é Ok

a localização é muito boa, a educação dos funcionários também e o café da manhã é simples porém de qualidade.

Acredito que possa ter algumas melhorias como o sinal do Wi-fi, a manutenção do loft pois exemplo no que estava tinha 3 lâmpadas queimadas então poderia ter uma revisão desse tipo de ítens antes do hóspede entrar, uma melhor dedetização , pois encontrei uma barata no loft que estava e o colchão da cama de solteiro ter uma melhor qualidade como a de casal.

Equipe atenciosa, chalés bem equipados.

Ficamos 1 semana na pousada, fomos muito bem recebidos, a equipe é muito atenciosa. Ficamos no quarto 25, cozinha bem equipada, tudo muito novo e de alta qualidade. O quarto tb é espaçoso, tem cabideiro e uma TV grande e ar condicionado.

Como ficamos muitos dias o café da manhã se tornou muito repetitivo, mas se for um final de semana isso não seria um problema. A Internet a parte superior do hotel é muito ruim principalmente no quarto 25.

Superou expectativas

A area , como um mini quintal , foi excelente. Os funcionarios foram muito atenciosos . A ideia de manobristas 24 horas tambem é um diferencial. O quarto e cozinha tinham varias tomadas e lampadas todas funcionando. Muito bom.

Acho que a posicao da porta externa do quarto deveria ser invertida , pois a saida do condensador do ar condicionado jogava vento quente para dentro do recinto. Como estávamos com cachorros , deixavamos a porta aberta , mas o calor era grande. Talvez uma saida de ar condicionado na cozinha seria muito bom.

Amazing and nice staff.

The parking place is a bit hard to get into to. The price is elevated compared to the room facilities. Not bad but a lot simple. If you get the room near the pool be prepared to a lot of noise

Tenho maior privilégio de comentar sobre vcs top demais super recomendo os funcionários sempre atenciosos escalacao,quartos super limpinhos a visão pro mar lindo lindo .....parabéns e acima de tudo a maioria palmeirense kkkk

Best cost/benefit with car and greatest view !

Breakfast buffet is indeed top quality and plenty. Service staff very skilled and friendly. Very clean rooms. Best cost benefit ratio for sure in case you have a car as main method of transport.

Nice view, no beach nearby, too expensive for that what you get. Never again

Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of options

Balkony in room No 14, was not useable for more than 1 person. was loud, as its at the main street. Full of mosquitos, no net to protect the windows when they are open.

The view is wonderful!

Parking is not good. It's too dangerous. And, the pool was dirty. They weren't cleaning every day during the week.
