spacious, newly renovated, historic Biltmore Village condo is perfect for your Asheville. Located in the heart of Biltmore Village guests can walk to any one of the many local restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. It is also located a moment away from the entrance to the famed Biltmore Estate, a short ride into downtown Asheville and easy access to the Blue Ridge parkway. This large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo was just renovated with luxury, comfort, and your convenience in mind.

It was better than the pictures! Located very close to Biltmorecand Grove park Inn and not far from downtown. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

This condo is NICE! clean & spacious- 2 couples could stay here. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. One of the nicer properties we have stayed at.

overall quite positive.... unit needs some minor maintenance work.... plumbing fixtures broken at double sink location, kitchen chair was broken. 2 valances had fallen at blinds. center bathroom latchset came off. toilet barely flushed in front bath.... None of these affected our stay and it was mothers day weekend... no need to rush out maintenance... we could easily make it work... just an FYI and a suggestion for the next tennant.
Everything was clean. Extra towels would have been a nice touch. We had a delightful visit

Everything was 5 star except the tvs. There were 3 nice modern tvs in the unit - 1 in the living room and 1 in each
bedroom. There were no directions or information on how to use the tvs or what apps/streaming was available. No matter what we tried to watch, the channel required a password or signing in.

Very large, clean condo in Biltmore Village! We walked to area restaurants. The condo was very roomy and perfect for a family or two couples. It was just down the road from Biltmore Estate. Plenty of parking, quiet, and relaxing. Would love to return.

The property is a nice older building with great eye appeal. Mostly updated with nice furnishings. I would recommend staying again and look forward to visiting again. A great location.

This condo was very spacious and perfect location just down the road from the Biltmore Estate. We were two couples and the two bedroom was just the right size.

Everything about this place was top notch! The location to all Asheville attractions was fantastic, the parking and size of the condo and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants - impressive!! The fact that both beds are King size and the working fireplace were the cherries on top! We were so impressed and so happy with your choice! This will be our “go to” condo from now on!

Lovely weekend getaway spot. Beautiful condo and close to Biltmore. NOT on Biltmore estate property (we thought it was Biltmore village on the estate, but that was on me- not the listing). Thermostat wouldn’t cool, but thankfully it was cool at night and comfortable inside. Would definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t expecting such a large well appointed apartment, but was pleasantly surprised. Well stocked with everything you may need for your stay away from home. Only thing I would nitpick are the weak flushing toilets and propeller like bathroom faucet handles, a bit hard to turn on the water and adjust the temperature. Other than that, it was literally perfect! Thank you.

Great location in Biltmore Village! Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Very roomy & clean condo. Nice patio area and balcony. Only drawback was windows were painted shut. Would have loved to let in that fresh mountain air!

The place is very spacious and clean. Just needs a little TLC. Some shoe molding has come loose, second bathroom has no counter space, just a pedestal sink. Main bedroom stayed colder than rest of place. Overall it’s a nice place.

This boujee little condo was perfect for a long girls trip weekend. There were flurries for the first 12 hours of our visit, but when they stopped we were able to wander through Biltmore Village where there are breweries bars and shops all within walking distance. Downtown Asheville is just a short Uber ride away. We liked the safety of the village and the fireplace was perfect while enjoying coffee or wine.
The only downside is that the master bedroom and bathroom stays really cold. Otherwise perfect!

Perfect location, very clean. I would recommend a grab bar in the glass shower for safety. A list of local restaurants with directions would be helpful. All in all a great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location was ideal - convenient distance to all destinations (parks, hiking, Arboretum, Biltmore, & downtown) and we loved just walking into the Village for meals.

Very Spacious/Perfect Location
Everything was perfection EXCEPT the air conditioning automatically switched to heat once it got a certain temperature. That was misery especially when sleeping. To top it off, the sheets are 100% polyester which makes you even hotter!! I would recommend fixing those 2 things and then I would give it 10 stars!

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Upgrade the bedding. Ditch the microfiber. Go with cotton. Buy some coasters.
You need to look at the fireplace. It runs way too hot. Starts out slow and then accelerates over time. Might be a fire hazard. We liked the property a lot. We would come back.

Perfect location for our Asheville visit!
Very clean, comfortable, and quiet condo. We enjoyed walking to Historic Biltmore Village’s shops and restaurants. Convenient to Biltmore Estate and downtown destinations. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Great location and lots of space
Biltmore Village is safe and convenient location to experience all of Asheville. The condo is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. We’d definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great Condo
The condo was very nice. Very clean and extremely roomy. The weather cooled off so the fireplace was very nice. Unit had everything we needed. It was very close to the Biltmore Estate, restaurants and was in the historic Biltmore Village.

Address and maps do not match
The property is great once you find it. All maps label it as a hospital and no where in the address or listing does it mention that the directions will take you to a hospital turned condo. It was late at night and my GPS took me to a dark gravel parking lot at a building labeled as hospital. When I called Towns Property they transferred me to Vacasa but I booked thru VRBO so no one could help me. We took a chance a walked up to the door to see if the code would work.

Very nice and safe area. Our condo was very large and comfortable.
The toilet in guest bath needs flushing device replaced. Would take 30 minutes to refill.
