the property exceeded our expectation

I don’t have the vocabulary to adequately express how incredible our experience was! What a beautiful setting to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The staff was more than accommodating and the chef prepared some of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten! Centrally located to Biltmore House and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was excellent, got a call before our visit asking about dietary restrictions and modified for our needs.

Everything was great!

Our stay was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We stayed in the Carolina Cottage which is not in the main house. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast each day was a 3 course consisting of a blended smoothie to start, followed by a small yogurt parfait or waffle and then the main dish that was a bit more substantial. Cookies and fruit were available all day, as was coffee and tea. Absolutely beautiful view from the porch of the main house and from their covered patio. Very relaxing and serene. Walkable to the Biltmore village shops and restaurants.

Amazing stay! Breakfast was to die for and we will definitely be back!

The breakfast and service was first class.

We had the Carolina Cottage, just a few feet from the main B&B building. A cozy little shaded porch, stayed nice and cool even in the hot sun due to some expertly planted tall pines shading it perfectly. The spare bedroom was nice to have, the breakfasts were AMAZING! Very close to the Biltmore Estate. If we ever go back to the area, this is where we'll stay again!

We were pampered the whole time! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the stay very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful each day, as was the availability of coffee and high quality snacks. The room was clean, well appointed and equipped, and cozy. The bed very, very comfortable so we slept amazingly well. Overall just a delightful stay and experience.

This inn is a must stay for the B&B lover. We;;-managed and kept by a lovely Inn Keeper, Monica. It is nestled on top of a hill and close to downtown festivities. The breakfast are simply amazing with a lot of attention to detail in the flavor of food. Highly recommend!!

Property met every expectation for an adult getaway. A throwback in time as a privileged person in a 130 year old property. It was private, quiet, no kids, no pets, awesome breakfast service.

Excellent, friendly staff. Great breakfast.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, inviting. On-site staff are exceptional--accessible, forthcoming, helpful, accommodating. The Christmas decor enhanced an already sumptuous setting; the breakfast offerings were remarkable. We've stayed previously at the Grove Park Inn; that experience cannot compare to our visit at Biltmore Village Inn.

Long story short, our family was not allowed to stay on property due to an age restriction of our daughter- Under 14 not allow?. Upon our admittance of not knowing the policy the Inn Keeper would not compromise, find other accommodations nor even partially refund us.

A wonderful place to stay. Enjoyed our Honeymoon Cottage after our marriage.
Great Breakfasts and receptionist. Clean Room

Perfect little historic bed and breakfast for our weekend stay. The service/management and food were outstanding while our room was so lovely with fireplaces both in bedroom and bathroom and the large soaking tub to relax in. Would also recommend in room massage. Location of this place is great also for proximity to Biltmore and Biltmore Village.

i Was given the a honeymoon Suite, not requested. I wanted a room at the Inn. The room was overpriced for what I received. $265 with taxes. Inn was beautiful but I was not there. I had to leave cottage to get coffee.
Tap water, not even bottled. I felt like an outsider looking in. Honeymoon Suite should be by request only.
I service in the Inn was fine , but I will not recommend the B&B.

We are so glad that we picked this property to stay at for our honeymoon! It provided a romantic, quiet, warm atmosphere. The house and property is beautiful and well maintained. It is located in the middle of everything but when you enter the driveway you feel like you're tucked into a little hidden nook in the country. Our room felt luxurious! Very nicely decorated and comfortable. It would have been easier on my back if the bathroom sink and toilet were taller, but at the same time it's an older house and these things could be considered characteristic and charming. The fresh cookies and items provided in the pantry at night were spectacular. We got a little spoiled having a cookie every night before bed. The local chocolates provided in the room every day were decadent! The staff were very friendly; Matilda does an awesome cleaning job. Breakfast was delicious! We only went one morning but it did not feel weird or pressured dining with the other guest. The rest of our stay we grabbed a cup of coffee (really good) and ate in town.

Amazing B&B! This was our first time staying at a B&B and oh my how they surpassed every expectation! From the amazing room, friendly staff, to the food and attention to detail, this was by far the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. If you are looking for a quiet/romantic stay, this is the place to go. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. We will certainly be coming back!

Staff and service is superior; from check-in to check-out and especially the gourmet breakfasts! Convenient to many things both walking and driving distance.Grounds are well kept and views from the back communal patio are simply gorgeous. Many little touches that make this place an amazing place to stay in Asheville.
