We very much enjoyed our week at this lake house for our family vacation. We had adults and kids from 10 months to 13 years old and everyone enjoyed what the house had to offer. The swimming area was perfect for the kids complete with dock and swim mat to play on. We all enjoyed the included kayaks and paddle boards provided. The older kids enjoyed kayaking to the sandbar to play. It is well stocked with both indoor and outdoor games and plenty of beachfront seating for the whole family. Thanks for a great week!

We stay at Ossipee every year and the location of this house is amazing. The water is shallow enough to enjoy, but gets deep enough that pulling a boat up to the dock is no issue. The fact you can paddle board to the sandbar was a huge win for our family with quite a few teenagers. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Katies communication was fantastic and any question/ issue we had she was very quick to address. Great time

Stayed for one week in August with eight adults and eight children (ages 3-12). All the kids jumped in the lake the afternoon we arrived and pretty much stayed there the whole week. Great family vacation with out of state grandkids! Beautiful view both day and night. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Had one small problem, which was addressed immediately. Great communication with Katie.

The house is beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. It has a nice yard with plenty of room for kids to play. Katie was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. The beach was nice and the dock looks new and is very sturdy with good space for a boat. The dock was a perfect spot for the kids to fish. Everyone had fun with the floating mat. Our family loved using the kayaks and paddle board and we were able to paddle over to the sandbar since we could see it when it wasn’t busy. We highly recommend this home.

We had an amazing week on the lake. The house had everything we needed, inside and out. The house had a large beach area that was cleared out, kayaks, paddle board and the swim mat were all a big hit. Enough stuff for everyone to do and plenty of room to relax inside. THE BEST!!!!

This is our second year renting from Katie and once again the process was seamless. The house just keeps getting better, too. The addition of a water mat for the kids kept them entertained on the water (and off electronics) all week. Katie is responsive and simply wonderful to work with. I feel fortunate to have found such a great place for my large family to vacation for a week on the lake. We hope to return every year!!!!

This lake house on Ossipee is wonderful- a large, modern home right on the lake with dock, sandy beach, boat house, level back yard- all that we could ask for. My 7 grandkids (ages 8 to 16) had a great time boating, swimming, fishing, etc. all week long. We all had a relaxing, much-needed vacation !!!

The kids loved the water front and it was great that the owners share their equipment. The new floating mat was really fun for all. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the outside griddle! My family of 15 stayed here in late June for a week and had the absolute best time. Katie was wonderful from start to finish - always communicating and answering questions. Check in and out were a breeze. The house is ability gorgeous and sits near the sand bar for an endless boat parade to watch on the weekends. Huge dock with plenty of room for a boat and a jet ski plus a boathouse with kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole and life jackets all to borrow. Boat launch right down the street from the house. Nice grill filled with propane and a great fire pit to hang out around at night. Sandy beach area fun for little kids (not directly level with water so you’ll need to take a few steps down to enter). The house had all the equipment you’ll need and then some! 5 great bedrooms including a stunning master suite with jacuzzi tub. Central AC was perfect because our week was HOT! Two living areas (one up and one down) so no fighting over the tv and a big table in the kitchen for playing card games on those rainy days. We had the best week and definitely plan to return for a week next summer!!!!

This house is absolutely stunning! My friends and I had a friends reunion here and it was perfect!Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups. Master bedroom was a great size and the master bathroom was gorgeous with a jacuzzi tub and large stand up shower. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Check in was breeze and Katie was very responsive to any questions that I had. My friends and I loved this place and we talking about renting it again next year.
