Felt very comfortable. The staff in the bar / dining room area are very friendly and attentive.
Mike the bartender in the bar area made us feel home.
Noise from upstairs room . You hear people walking on the upper floor.

Trillium is just a short walk away.
We didn't want to drive into Boston, there is a train station just a few minutes drive away and we have used that to travel to the city.

Beautiful property, very clean, very attentive staff.
Water pressure was a little low. Not enough to impact getting shampoo/conditioner out of hair but could be stronger.

Everything was beyond expectations. New facility and very nice lobby. Rooms had updated window fixtures. Bathroom was also spacious. Hot breakfast available every day. All the staff was very friendly.

First and foremost, all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were there for one night and Sherayna at front desk was exceptionally awesome. She knew my name when I returned to the lobby and was very upbeat and personable. Our room was clean and very well kept. The pool was super clean and nice and warm. The restaurant was great with a good kids menu. All around a great stay.

Breakfast is excellent. The bed is extremely comfortable. Terrific shower.
Housekeeping services were confusing. They tell you they’re only cleaning every other day, and we could never tell if anyone had been there at all.

This hotel is amazing! The staff is wonderful especially Nancy. The restaurant was delicious and the pool is really nice! I will definitely be back.

The experience was great since the moment we walked in the lobby. Beautiful space with even better people. such great hospitality by the teo ladies that helped us check in but I dont know their names! One even helped me get tea. the rooms were pretty snd def worth the price

Sheraina at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure we were very happy with our stay. Hotel and pool/Rec was super clean.

Staff were amazing and always willing to help. I got in at almost midnight and needed a travel adaptor. Immediately, the receptionist offered to help me order on door-dash! I did it myself but the offer was heartwarming. Also got help from staff navigating and looked forward to having breakfast everyday because of the warm welcome we received from the staff there. Simply the best!

The food was very good and the space was new and clean. We liked sitting in the back garden as well.
The breakfast buffet was way overpriced and the alternatives (order off the menu) costs about the same, so it just makes sense to get the buffet. I would lower the buffet price to $12.99 max, especially since comparable hotels include free breakfast in their rates. That seems like a better price point and would lead to a good experience for the customer.

Very close to local restaurants and easy access to the highway to visit local tourist destinations like JFK museum and for day trips into Boston via local MTBA locations.
The only negative point was the lack of breakfast ‘alternatives’ if you did not wish to participate in the all you can eat buffet.

Breakfast was awful — overcooked and cold scrambled eggs, carelessly cut up fruit, and mass produced mini bagels and pastries.
There was no hot water on 3 of the five days we were there. The manager comped us on breakfast, which as I said, was awful.

The room was decent, beds were comfortable. I think that it could have been much better if they didn't give us a room that shared a wall with an HVAC system. Oh well, it was okay overall.
Overall, the hotel was decent, but there were some issues that prevented me from fully enjoying my stay.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who promptly checked us in and directed us to our room. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. It appeared that the hotel took great care in ensuring a hygienic and welcoming atmosphere for its guests.
However, our experience took a turn for the worse during our first night. Our room was unfortunately situated right next to an HVAC system, which we were not aware of when we checked in. At 4 in the morning, we were abruptly woken up by an extremely loud noise and strong vibrations, emanating from the HVAC system.
I had a call to take very early in the morning and this did not help at all, especially with there being no conference room available at the hotel for me to take my call.
This disturbance made it impossible for us to sleep well, as the sound and vibrations continued throughout the night. It was extremely frustrating, especially considering that we were looking forward to a good night's rest after a long day of traveling.
While the hotel itself was decent, and the room was clean and comfortable, this unfortunate situation with the HVAC system significantly impacted our overall experience. I would suggest to the Hilton Garden Inn in Canton, MA, to be more transparent about the location of their rooms in relation to such systems and to consider soundproofing options to avoid inconveniencing guests in the future.
In conclusion, our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Canton, MA, was a mixed experience. Despite the cleanliness and overall decent quality of the hotel, the disturbance caused by the HVAC system left us feeling disappointed and sleep-deprived. We hope that the hotel will address these issues in order to provide a better experience for future guests.
