It was perfect for our needs.

We were only there for one night but it was GREAT- staff were courteous, helpful and pleasant. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, rooms clean and the location was perfect for our vacation needs.

The bathroom was handicap accessible which we didn’t need and so the shower water leaked out to the bathroom floor.

The laundry room was occupied all night, and no one there to remove their clothes.

Que el jacuzzi tenía el agua bien fría y cuando se les preguntó a la persona encargada no sabía a qué hora estaba listo y el agua de la piscina tampoco estaba temperatura óptima y sucia 2 de mis hijos se enfermaron pasaron la noche con fiebre

Fijn hotel 🏨

De ligging van het hotel en de ruime kamers zijn zeer prettig. Het ontbijt is voor Amerikaanse begrippen goed en uitgebreid. Er werd regelmatig bijgevuld en het personeel was in de ochtend zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn schoon en het hotel wordt goed onderhouden.

Het ontvangt in de avond was ronduit teleurstellend. Wij hebben dit ook gemeld bij Hilton, maar voor de rest was het een fijn verblijf.

Cleaning of roo.s should be at much regular intervals. My room was cleaned by housekeeping only once in 4 days!

I would save as a member I should be compensated for not being able to use the hot tub because it was dirty and the food

i enjoyed that it was quiet and peaceful however I had to feel out an incident report because there was no sign on the weekend stating that it was pork inside the eggs.

the food manager was rude unapologetic and was highly inappropriate.

Great value, surprisingly chic and comfortable stay.

Very helpful, friendly staff! Updated, clean hotel. We had our five and seven year old with us so we made use of the pool, hotel, hot tub, and breakfast.

It was great!

everything including cleanliness and sanitation. The staff was friendly. I loved how they had laundromat on the second floor. They had coffee and hot water available 24/7.

There was not much variety to choose in breakfast. when we usually go to a hotel, we have waffles or pancakes, different kind of muffins. We don’t eat ham, and most of the time, they would include ham in eggs. so when we left the breakfast table, my kids were always done with eating only cereals or yogurt.

I enjoyed the stay but sleeping was not great.

I very much like the setup of the room. nice to have separate kitchen/ living rooms from the bedroom. it was very clean and staff was friendly.

most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. the jacuzzi was not working. I ordered a room with a tub so I could relax in a nice hot bath but the drain would not close to hold water and they put us in a handicap room so the seat in the tub would not stay up to even consider laying in the tub.

The Staff was kind, the room was well laid out for a family (especially the kitchenet) if you have a baby and need to heat up a bottle of milk in the middle of the night. and the facility was lovely, also the breakfast provided was a quick and easy way to feed the little ones.

I requested that the room have a tub before we finished checking in. The front desk assured that the room had a tub. When I went back to inform that the room did not and if we could change the room, they refused sighting management said they were full. this was difficult to believe because the parking lot was 2/3 empty. It didn't ruin our stay and your staff was courteous and fine, but it seemed like it could have been avoided at the outset and a simple request that could have been met easily.
