Reasonable value for the money

The location is excellent. Easy to reach EU buildings and tourist attractions.

It needs some renovation. The windows are not sound proof, so all the noises from the traffic can disturb the guests. The breakfast is way too simple.

Me gustó mucho lo bien que está ubicado en 20 min estas en el centro. Tiene una boca de metro frente al hotel y es muy práctico. Las camas son cómodas.

Quiet and central stay when visiting the embassy

Perfect location for me (I needed to visit the embassy). Many restaurants and big park close by. Also good connection with the rest of the city (tram, metro and buses stop in front of the hotel). The room was very quiet and clean.

The price-quality of the room was very high. I guess you also pay location but even though location was good, price is not justified (in my opinion)

Very poor

The location and cleaning were good. The balcony in room 102 is great with a pleasant view.

I booked for 10 days, and I stayed 5, and it is none refundable. On Sunday, August 6th, I had to rush out of my room because the client next door (room 101) was shooting an allergic substance into my room. I had to pay for another place to stay.

Location was great, close to metro station, close to Cinquantenaire (building, museum, parc), close to restaurants. easy to reach. easy to park around. nice Breakfast. staff friendly.

(very) expensive for passable - very limited facilities. hearing also too much the street noises (tram e.g.)

Location was ok.

Everything, the room we had, absolutely stunk and wasn’t even comfortable. The hotels excuse was they had new cleaners! Seriously disgraceful and avoid at all costs.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. breakfast was so delicious. The location is beautiful and right next to the train station and a large park. Nice walking distance to sights.

One more electrical outlet in each room would have been helpful.

Good lication, nice neighbourhood; friendly staff; rooms are basic but the beds are good, housekeeping does a good job. Good wifi.

Accomodation in this hotel fully met my expectations. I recommend staying in it.

Room cozy and clean, very comfortable bed, quite big bathroom, location very good - near to subway, bus and tram, in the same building nice restaurant.

The rooms were clean but the furniture was very run down. Breakfast is already available from 6.30. It is simple but perfectly adequate. All in all, the hotel is okay and has a good price-performance ratio. LITTLE tip: The WLAN password is written in capital letters on the room keys, but it doesn't work. You have to type the Password in lowercase, then it works. At the reception they reacted as if the problem was ABSOLUTELY unknown - I found that very lazy!

Book only for the right price

Location is great, area with good shopping and eating places really close. It's clean. Even though it's on a main street and there's a tram line in front, I could sleep, it was decently quiet.

The place is waaaay overpriced. It's really NOT worth the money. You can book it cheaper if you are lucky (last minute reservation) and that's why I booked, but it is normally priced similar to the other hotels in the area, and the conditions are way way worse.
