Location was good staff friendly
Booked this hotel mostly for the pool, pool not available the entire time !! Aircon/heating in the room not working, v small heater brought up which instantly smelt of burning so was unable to use.

The pool timings while limited for children, still fun for the kids!
Breakfast is the same everyday. Secondly, quite poor for allergies even if you notify them beforehand - I had to literally beg for gluten free bread everyday and they gave the same bun everyday!!!

hey have a professional staff, super dedicated to customer service. There is not one thing that we request that they couldn't address, and that's, for me, one of the most valuable aspects—the service. The hotel is really nice, and the location is perfect since you have the train station just 2 blocks away. If you want to eat, there are some places nearby with excellent options and abundance.
I think the breakfast is a little expensive. Even though it's fully comprehensive with toasts, croissants, yogurt, cereals, cheese, salmon, jams, eggs, vegetarian options, fruit, pancakes, etc., if you eat out, you can save 50% of that cost.

Well served breakfast, very friendly & helpfull staff, nice athmosphere
swimming facililty and fitness weren't well maintained. Also the absurd rules with kids about the use off the pool

Nice room, clean, good breakfast (but maybe a bit expensive), the swimming pool is a real plus
information about the roads closed due to the 20km of Brussels running competition on Sunday. One person said it was no problem at all, the other said we might wanted to leave as soon as possible not to get stuck.

Friendly, helpful multilingual staff at Reception, lounge, housekeeping and restaurant. Answered all our questions and always happy and polite when assisting. Great breakfast options, wonderful cocktail bar in the evening. Decor in lobby and restaurant was fresh and modern. Aircon worked perfectly during the hot 33C weather. Good location, close to public transport and grocery store. Pool was clean and the kids made ample use of this facility.

L’emplacement

Great breakfast - lots of choice, hot and cold options.
Being told by a snooty receptionist that parking wasn't included with my booking even when shown confirmation from booking.com, then took a photo on her phone so she could investigate the mistake with booking.com. She eventually came back, forced a smile, and told me I didn't need to pay.
Cold swimming pool unlike our last visit.

Good location for what I needed
Tried on many occasions to contact the reception team prior to arrival phone just rang and rang ultimately just getting cut off reception team were ok but blamed it on low staffing no time to answer phones I also text them and emailed them no answer shocking service really from a professional hotel chain. That said I was upgraded after complaint so the did try to appease me.
The really bad stuff was the stink in the elevators and restaurant and car park basement was sickening awful smell can’t be described yuk

Luxurious hotel, comfortable and glamorous room, really nice leisure facilities (pool and sauna). Overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
Only negative is that hotel ask for a £50 deposit upon check-in to cover any costs which arise- common practice in nicer hotels but prefer this to be made clear beforehand so we could have budgeted for this.

It was a very bad experience... When I went down to do the check-out procedures, they refused to give me the insurance money, and the employee told me that I have to pay the money for breakfast, even though I paid for two rooms including breakfast, and this is evident in the reservation and the exorbitant amount that I paid, but this employee asked me with all The insolence of money again... A very bad experience, lack of politeness and theft of money... I do not recommend it at all

Nice room, comfy beds. Really enjoyed the big bath and the clothes line over the bath was really handy as we got drenched on the way there.
It needs to be advertised that there are adults only times for the pool. We only booked that particular hotel for the pool for our kids but arrived to find it was too late for children to be allowed in. I'd have stayed somewhere cheaper otherwise.
Would have liked a recycling bin in the room, proper spoons and more pillows.
