What a nice townhome! It felt brand new. Very clean and well kept. Comfortable living room and huge kitchen. All the rooms were cozy with lux beds. Everything worked. We thought the kitchen was well stocked with everything except salt.

Great location and the layout of the home worked great for a party of 7. The couch was cozy.
Kitchen was not well stocked - not even salt and pepper. Pans were small and only a few small bowls but stove and oven were great.
Outside area was small but sufficient. Walk to the pool and small pond was close which was convenient.
All the bedrooms have in suite bathrooms which was AMAZING for 7 adults. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but okay . Sheets were a little rough.
This worked just fine for a weekend wedding at Swiftwater winery.

We showed up and the place had not been cleaned. One load of laundry was getting washed, but piles of sheets and linens were on the floor. Dishes were piled in the sink with dirty sink water clogging the drain, so it smelled awful. There was food all over the house, including in all the bedrooms and even in the beds. None of the bathrooms had been cleaned and there were stains on the hallway carpets. Vacasa called a couple hours before check in to let us know it wouldn't be cleaned, but we were driving over the pass at the time and didn't get the message. We didn't know until we got there and found a note in the kitchen to let us know that we need to clean the place and they would refund us the cleaning fee. The other option was to go home and we would get a refund for our stay.
However, we had family fly in from out of town for this trip, so going home was not an option. So, our entire party spent hours cleaning the house and did laundry for days - not a way to start our trip. This included washing all the sheets and blankets and making all the beds so we could sleep that evening. I tried to get a hold of the local manager and after a week of staying there and calling and texting multiple times, I never got a call or text back. So I was left calling Vasaca corporate every time I wanted to talk to someone. The fridge was also not cleaned and had a filter that was expired for more than 3 months. We quickly ran out of cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods and laundry pods, and when asked to receive more due to all the cleaning we had to do, they asked that we go to the store to get more and we would be reimbursed. It has been two weeks since we left and I still haven't gotten reimbursed or received a response at all to my request - I have emailed a handful of times now. The previous party also had all their garbage in the garage and it didn't get picked up for 2 days. So disappointed with Vasaca and how they handled this whole situation. I ended up getting one night refunded, but as I mentioned, I still haven't received a response, let alone a refund, for the purchase of additional cleaning supplies and water with the expired fridge filter. And not even a text from the local manager to apologize.

Great House
We have used this home a couple of times. It works out perfectly for our family with the 3 bedrooms and the bunk room. It’s very convenient for when we go watch our kids golf.

Awesome stay!
I feel very lucky to have found this home for our Memorial Day weekend!
The house is very spacious and well maintained overall. Close to play areas, bike trails and hikes.
We all had the best time, even with on the cloudy, rainy day.
We would love to be back again soon.

Great house, maintenance issues
The house is great - plenty of room and comfortable but there are a few maintenance items that need to be addressed. The filter on the refrigerator said 99 days overdue for replacement but I'm sure it's been more than 99 days as there is no place for a 3rd digit and it continued to read 99 days throughout our stay. Also, the chandelier over the dining table was full of dead bugs. Several drinking glasses are very worn as is the cookware. Also, why were the pantry and other doors locked?

Great Home in Suncadia
We really enjoyed our stay and location was great near the tubing hill and close to the lodge. House was very nice and convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Beautiful home but customer service and response to issues could be better
There is not parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles as advertised. I called to see where there was additional parking and was told someone would get back to me. They didn't. There's parking for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage.
We arrived to discover one of the upstairs toilets was clogged; there was a well-used plunger there, suggesting that this is not a new problem. In fact, I recall reading about it in another post but assumed it had been addressed. I called Vacasa and was told someone would be out 'right away' to fix it. When we checked out 2 days later, nobody had come to look at it and we heard nothing further from Vacasa.
The bunk bed ladder in the kids room was missing a rung and had a screw sticking out. The unsafe ladder should have been put away if it couldn't be fixed; we put it in the closet. The upper bunk beds in the kids' room were not made up.
There was no tool to clean the gas grill, which was really gross.
When I inquired about early check-in or late check-out I was told early check-in was not possible due to the house being cleaned (that's fine); and that late check-out might be a possibility for an additional charge. In my personal experience and that of the other guests, the additional charge for late check-out was unusual.
The home itself is ideal for large groups (we were a party of 11) and is well-appointed, maintenance issues not withstanding. The kitchen/dining room is a great gathering area. Suncadia is beautiful with a lot of activities available.

Great for a group getaway or mountain escape
My group and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean, spacious, and in a great location within the Suncadia resort.
One issue we did run into was one of the bathroom toilets not working properly. When we spoke to the property manager, it seemed they were aware of this issue before we arrived, so I think a heads up would have been nice so we could have avoided using that bathroom. It did not really cause any disruption because there are several bathrooms, but like I said a heads up would have been helpful.
Another small issue was that in both the bunk room and one of the bedrooms, the string for the blinds were broken so we were unable to shut the blinds. Again, not really a disruption, but just a nice to know.
As I mentioned we really did enjoy our stay here, wish it could have been longer! It would be a great place to spend a week if you are working remotely.

Great place, needs work
Great house, great location, responsive management but never had anyone come in-person for the couple of maintenance issues including an unusable grill grate.

LOVED IT!
I had a great experience!! We were able to sleep 10 adults, comfortably! We also love that the place had plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and extra shampoo & conditioner! Just a heads up, you might want to take extra trash bags and toilet paper, we quickly ran out of toilet paper the first night. Other than that though, the place was great and cozy. We enjoyed our stay!
