Update on 10-1-2024 - The waterpark annual maintenance will happen sometime around mid-January, exact dates have yet to be determined. During this time, the park closes down whatever section they are working on.

This 3/2 condo comes with access to Splash Harbour Water Park which is onsite. It is close to many restaurants, family friendly activities. Great views of intracoastal from the unit's private 8th floor balcony.
A fully stocked kitchen that includes pots/pans, dishes and even a stackable washer and dryer. A great place to bring the whole family.!
The condo comes with 4 full access passes to the water park. Additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount for staying in the condo. Please note, the pool is part of the water park. No passes are needed from 6 pm to 10 pm when the slides and lazy river close.
A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, WIFI, 4 daily water park passes are included and up to 6 additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount. Right on the Intracoastal and a 3 minute walk to the beach.

The Water Park is on the premises, and the unit is located on the Intracoastal, it is a 3 minute walk to Indian Rocks Beach, named one of the Top Beaches in the World! Boat and Bike rentals are available closeby, with tons of restaurants, live entertainment, ice cream and candy shoppes.
There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a daily minimal fee.
The host will provide you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a laundry/dishwasher pod, a garbage bag and hand soap. It is up to you to provide whatever else is needed for your stay.
You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop to have them scanned and receive a wrist band. The band needs to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase up to 6 additional passes at a 50% discount. THE POOL IS PART OF THE PARK. you will need to have on a wrist band at the pool until the park closes and then a wrist band is no longer required.
Trash closet is located next to the elevator.
Should the one elevator that goes to the 8th floor be down, please note, there are 2 elevators located in the front building that will take you to the 5th floor then you will have to take the stairs up to the 8th floor.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

We stay here every August and have been in several units. This one was lacking in quite a few areas. Would it have been so much to ask for a bar of soap? I mean add $3 to the room cost if it is too much. I have never stayed anywhere where soap was not included. Also the Ice maker was very slow and we had to buy our own ice. The supplies in the cabinets were very limited. We love this place but I will definitely rethink renting this unit again. The slider door in the bathroom just closed all the time. Master shower door was difficult to open. Otherwise it was great.

We had a water view condo where we enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning watching dolphins , manatees and ducks plus boaters coming and going . We loved that everything and anything you needed was in walking distance. Beach was beautiful, restaurants were great, the pools at water park were a little chilly for us Floridians from the east coast so we spent our time at the beach. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean and lots of space. The water park was fun for all ages, with a bar for the grownups. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a great location!

We had a 2 year old to 80 year old and this was a great location. Communication with the host was superb. We used Way 2 Go Rides to get there from
The airport. Very nice and cheaper than an Uber. There are plenty of eating places and shopping around the area and it is very clean. We rented golf carts from Happy Carts and they were also amazing. A quick ride to John’s pass for more shopping. Highly recommend Crabbys next to the condos and Jimmys. The water park was perfect for all of us. Also loved the bar there.
The condo was nice and I loved the kitchen and how well equipped it was. We made breakfasts there and did not want for anything. The temp was very comfortable. We had no problem getting into the condo with the key pad. We took turns sleeping on the sofa bed.
We were shocked at the beach items there and used almost everything! We were very comfortable. We saw many dolphins in the canal off the balcony and manatees. We all loved the queen fleet fishing tour and the little toot dolphin tour. Salt cracker cooked up our fish and it was amazing.

We had a great stay here! This was our third time to Marker 33 condos & we will be back. We love the location. This condo was the biggest we've stayed in and really enjoyed that extra bedroom. The view from the balcony was great and was furnished with a nice table and several chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, which I found to be helpful for cooking dinner and breakfast! Debbi the property manager was very helpful with a few questions that I had! I appreciate that! We really enjoyed the beach supplies for our day at the beach and the kids loved the passes to the waterpark! Thank you!

The condo was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of both the intercoastal and the ocean. There were plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to pull them in, along with easy access to a rooftop balcony to watch the sunset. I would stay here again.

This was a great property! The kids, 11, 11, and 8 stayed busy for hours in the water park, which was heated, and were exhausted in the evening. I rated 4 for check in only because the elevator was down and we had to carry lots of luggage up 8 flights of stairs. It was fixed quickly and the company was very responsive with any questions. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a CVS. Our kids loved their Christmas present, thank you!!

The unit we stayed in was exactly what we needed. The perfect size for 6 of us. The master bathroom water pressure could have been better. Blackout curtains would help in the bedrooms.

The Condo and Waterpark were great. Just as expected from the listing. Our family enjoyed our stay and will probably vacation and stay here again.
The only problem we had was that the Elevator that goes to floors 6-8 stopped working on our second day there. It was still not fixed when we left. This could be a real problem if we would have had any elderly or disabled people in our group.

Overall property was perfect for our needs. There were a few minor issues (icemaker was inadequate, couple of lights not working), but overall very comfortable. Views were amazing. Location was within walking distance of beach and many other amenities. We would stay there again.

We had a little family get together and this was the perfect location for us. It is so close to everything and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Right across the street is the beach with easy access. This unit had plenty of beach stuff for us to use. The unit itself was very nice and met all our needs. My only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Gets really bright in the morning. We loved the balcony overlooking the intercostal and has Gulf views. The best of both worlds. Also there were public docks right next to the building that my brother just pulled up the boat and we could get on. The water park was a nice bonus for the kids and even the adults enjoyed it. Overall just a great spot to visit.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It has beautiful views, plenty of space for you and your family. We had six adults and three children. It is a very convenient walk to the beach and the condo provides all the fun beach supplies needed. Another perk is the attached water park with mini golf and restaurant! And it is in such a fun area. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay any longer. Would highly recommend!

Property was extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The adults loved sitting on the balcony in the morning to to enjoy a coffee or tea and the kids had a blast at the water park. Would definitely recommend.

Our family was disappointed in our stay here. When we arrived floor was leaking in the kitchen as you entered it a was peeling. We had ants all over the kitchen on the counter tops and walls. Place was dirty and needs updating. Elevator worked when it wanted to. Sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty an we did see what appeared to be blood or red paint in the living room.

Size of this 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. There was no pool access until after 6 without a wristband or paying for a wristband outside of the 4 provided. This was very inconvenient and should be told to those who stay here. I really didn’t want to have to pay $20 a day just tto be on the pool deck with my family so they could be at the splash park. The pool was open only to those without wristbands after 6:00. The property should work out a better system for that. But this is not the Vrbo’s fault. it is out of their control. Maybe if the unit sleeps 10- have 10 bands. I didn’t find out we would have to pay extra for each person until after I paid.And we didn’t know there was no pool or pool deck access until after arrival. (according to above comments) That was a let down, but everything else was spot on!

The 3 bedroom condo was great. 1 of the rooms had it's own access which would have been nice if we had the extra key card for it. We probably could have gotten it had we requested it but it wasn't that important. The view was awsome. The only complaint is the elevator was broken and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs. Some of the stair landings had standing water we had to walk through. But we never complained to anyone or I am sure they would have taken care of it. The staff was very nice and accomadating.

Amazing views at the perfect family vacation spot!
We rented this condo to celebrate my daughter’s 12th birthday. The communication was top notch from the first interaction at booking. The communication continued to be amazing with no questions left unanswered. Upon check in, the unit was in great condition with the perfect views for our family. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We shared many great laughs and memories that will last a lifetime!

Hidden gem!!!!! Nice area. Quiet. Quick access to the beach (walked easily with two 6 years olds, a teenager , four adults, and an 1 year old in the stroller. Several restaurants , beach store, and a cvs within walking distance. Pool area was great . Property manager was quick to respond before and after check in.
Elevator was slow and hot but that was easy to deal with.

Water park should have prorated rates for multiple days for parents of small kids. There was zero shade for relief from the heat unless you reserve months in advance as told to us by management.
Restaurant only had two servers, waited for 90 minutes with half the food not even coming out.
Overall nice time.

Wonderful Weekend
Great place for a family getaway! The accommodations are perfect for lots of family fun! We had everything we needed at the condo from cookware to big beach towels to children’s books. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the property manager. With a water park downstairs and the beach across the street, it’s hard not to have a good time!

Great location near beach and gems of Indian Rocks Beach!
The property was in a great location. The only thing the property is missing is a pool. The water park was very busy and not ideal after a day at the beach. The elevator was also broken making it challenging to get back to our 8th floor room. With that said, the location is terrific. So many wonderful restaurants that are walking distance. If you’re looking for a great place for your trip to IRB, look no further.

Family spring break vacation
This is the 2nd time in this facility, and the 1st time in this room/condo. It is a very comfortable place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the little extras in the place were nice. Having a nice working vacuum was more exciting than I ever imagined. Being able to clean up the sand was a very big plus. The dryer belt broke and they had it fixed within a few hours.
