Lovely home in the best location, a few steps from the beach. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, all provided made this the perfect getaway.

The condo fit all of our needs perfectly. We were looking for a place to gather for the holidays and the common spaces were more than adequate for this. The condo was spacious, clean and had most of the necessities. Would recommend bringing your own shampoo/ soap/ toilet paper as this was not provided. Everything else was well stocked. I appreciated that the owners did not have cleaning instructions prior to check out as some rentals do. Would highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. High end finishes and a big gorgeous kitchen. They had just about everything you need for a beach vacation. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and totes full of kids beach toys. Our only issue was the beach access. Since the last hurricane had eroded the beach our access was temporarily closed. Had to walk a couple of blocks to get on the beach. But that was not the fault of the owner and I’m sure by the next time someone rents it will be open. The city was almost finished with repairs. Plenty of stores within walking distance also. Definitely would stay here again. The owners were very nice and easy to work with. Thank you for opening your home to us. We all had a blast!

Everything went smoothly with our stay, the place was beautiful and right on the beach. We were surprised to find that they supplied kitchen soap and soap in the bathrooms, but we brought our own just in case. Enjoyed the chairs on the balcony to people watch and the see the sunsets when we weren't on the beach. The view is fabulous!!! The house is bright and cheerful, the decor is nice and not over the top. The beds were very comfortable. We ate in several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to create meals. I was thrilled to see they had a Keurig coffee maker (along with a basket of various pods, but again I brought my own just in case). Loved the large garage parking, with lots of chairs and sand toys for the kids, and the hose to wash off before coming inside. We brought our own chairs and umbrellas, but there is a cart to carry everything to the beach and that was wonderful!! We loved being able to walk back to the house to grab lunch and take it to eat on the beach without having to struggle to find parking. Even though there is beach access parking right next to the house, we didn't hear any noise from it at all. The sofas were comfy and we all enjoyed watching shows in the evening on the huge TV! Todd is very easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The White Sands condo was everything we were looking for for our spring break vacation. The home itself is updated, stylish, clean and very welcoming. The kitchen is stunning. The bedrooms were all a nice size and very comfortable. The hosts even provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas along with beach toys to use! We would definitely consider staying here again.

This was our second time staying at this property and absolutely love the property and location. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers...plenty of space! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect! We were in the area for a family wedding and the week following we used this place as our base camp for various family members to visit. It was perfect with it's open floor plan, it's location on the beach, right next to public parking and the fact that the hosts had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys and a wagon to haul it all the 100 or so steps from the garage to the beach! The rental was spotless and the garage had parking for 2 to 4 vehicles, depending on size. If I had to list any downside, it would be the steps, there are about 18 steps to get from entry level (garage) to main living area and another 18 steps up to the bedrooms. There is a half bath on the main floor. This would not have been a problem if I had not had an injury prior to our trip and was walking with a cane. Again, this was a situational problem, nothing against the rental or hosts. The few suggestions I could make would be to have some sort of used book library and board game stash for people to use while there and maybe a guest book so people could write in recommendations of restaurants and attractions for other guests to check out. Also, the pillows should be replaced in the master bedroom.
The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks Todd & Liza for sharing your beautiful beach rental!

If the beach is your happy place! This rental is for you! Beautiful unit … steps from the beach. Situated in a neighborhood - so it’s quiet!! Fantastic sunsets!! Lots of space to make family dinner and eat together. Beautifully decorated and new!! Todd and Lyzah were very responsive to our questions leading up to our trip and while there. This was a favorite of ours - will definitely rent again!!

The house is in a perfect location and is new and very nice and overall very clean. We were allowed to check in early which was a very nice gesture and hosts/owners were very responsive to all of our messages. It was apparent bedding had not been changed on at least one of the guest beds and the spare blanket for Murphy bed was visibly dirty and unwashed. They did send housekeeping with clean linens the day after we checked in but we had already spent our vacation time washing everything and remaking the beds. Make sure you bring all toiletry items as they do not provide anything but hand soap and a tiny bar of body soap. Overall our experience was good and we loved the location and beach access. We are thinking the housekeeping situation may have been some sort of a one time oversight as the rest of rhe house was very clean.

Only good things to say. Perfect location (40-second walk to beach past an empty lot, which means no obstruction of ocean view). The most organized and well-kept kitchen I've seen in a VRBO. Have everything you need - beach chairs and an umbrella to rent at the house. The floor plan works great as well. The large 1st floor (up one flight of stairs) has an open kitchen, dining, and living. Three bedrooms upstairs. The bunk room is great - two queen bunks, so four kids fit comfortably. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect!
We stayed in this beach house for 5 nights with our 3 young kids and everything was immaculate! There is a ton of space and the house had absolutely everything you could possibly need. We cooked several meals there, and all of the kitchen appliances were in perfect order and were beautiful. Everything from the views, the comfortable beds, the TVs having Netflix, and the 1 minute walk to the stunning beach was perfect. We even met the cleaning staff who were wonderful people! I couldn’t think of a single complaint if I tried. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Amazing Beachfront Condo Unit
Such a wonderful unit for bringing grandparents along!! Exactly as advertised and the owners are super available to any questions and concerns.
We were so very thankful for the space and close proximity to the beach access and amazing views. We appreciated the extras like the wagon with cooler, beach blanket and umbrella to purchase so we could be at the beach all day, especially with flying down from Ohio.
The entry door chimes were reassuring for having littles with us. We loved loading the fridge with our favorite foods and being able to cook our meals as if it was truly a home away from home.
My entire family wanted us to be sure to emphasize the beds were extra comfy and A/C was on point. Showers were great as well!
It was also comforting to know the local Sheriff patrols frequently since the close boardwalk is public. We anticipate traveling back down to same area in next few years and so hope this same unit is available for our travel dates!

May Getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach. The facility is beyond beautiful and just steps to the beach. The only negatives we would have is lack of some kitchen gadgets and cooking utensils we needed. Since my small grandchildren were with us on the trip we did a lot of cooking at the facility. There weren’t any measuring spoons or cups so we purchased those while we were there. Also I couldn’t cook a couple meals because I needed a mixer and a cake pans.

Very clean and comfortable with perfect location. Lots of space for our group of 6. Having the beach chairs, wagon and cooler available to rent was a bonus. If staying for more than a few days pack laundry and dishwasher pods and garbage bags as only 2 were provided. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I with our 5 kids stayed here and it was amazing!! Couldn’t believe how close it was to the beach which was great for bathroom breaks when at the beach. The property is gorgeous and the owners had wonderful communication with us during our stay! I would definitely stay there again!!!

Perfect for family getaway!
This house was everything I hoped it would be for a long awaited family vacation… perfect location, very clean and comfortable. Great views, don’t forget your binoculars, wished I had brought them to see the dolphins and all the different birds. I loved my morning coffee out on the deck. Enjoyed every minute at this house, would definitely go back!!

There is nothing that could have made our stay any more enjoyable. The location is amazing, steps from the beach & plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Not as congested as Clearwater but a quick drive/trolley ride away. The accommodations are beautiful, the beds are comfortable & the hosts were always quick to respond. If you plan on doing any cooking, you will need to bring your own spices & oil, etc., but all utensils, plates, pans, blender, etc., are available. There are beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler & wagon available for use, as well. Gorgeous beach, beautiful condo & amazing hosts, we can't wait to return!!

Great location
We stayed with our high school aged children this spring. The proximity to the beach could not be beat. If we forgot something, it was just a quick walk to retrieve it. The area in general was quiet and easy to get around but in close proximity to busier areas for activities.

IRB is beautiful in December
The townhome-34 steps to beds. It was very well appointed with very clean and modern decor and appliances. The linens were also good quality.

Very nice and really close to beach
We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in about 3 minutes. The house was beautiful! There was enough laundry soap for two loads which was nice. If you like lots of blankets you might want to bring some extras with you. It was really easy checking in and out. We hated to leave.

Ultra clean at check in. Modern. Well maintained. Plenty of space, we were a family of 5. It was also very, very quiet, you could not hear the street noise or the adjacent units at all. Kitchen items were limited compared to some other units we've stayed in, but everything we "needed" right down to a wine bottle opener was there. To be honest the limited supplies was really nice. Sometimes you go to a VRBO and they have so much "stuff" everywhere. The items that were available were well thought out and selected appropriately. I don't need an airfryer everywhere I go :-)At first I was a little salty about having to pay extra for a beach chair, towel and umbrella. I had never seen this before. But after a day I realized that the items were very nice. They were NOT just some "junk" that was thrown in the unit to use at my leisure. In the end I appreciated the quality items for a nominal fee and would gladly pay $15 again. Overall this was a fantastic location and we enjoyed our time very much. 5 Stars and would highly recommend.

Wow! What an amazing property!
We had such a fantastic time. From the moment you walk in to the moment you pack up and leave you realize just how special this property is. Clean, airy, light, functional, top shelf appliances and electronics, blazing fast wifi, and location. This would be fantastic in any setting but a ninety second walk to a pristine public beach with sand like sugar? Unbeatable. Oh, and throw in the daily dolphin pod swimming by each morning between 9 and 10 AM. Todd and Lyzah, thank you so much. My father-son trip with my two grown sons was so special.

Gorgeous condo
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is stunning. Brand-new and super clean. It had everything we needed. We had a 3 month old and 2 year old with us and it was a really quick, easy walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!
