We had a great time. We went for a mother/daughter trip and it was a nice place for us to hangout after exploring Nashville all day
10.0
Great stay in Nashville. Property was clean & had all the amenities needed for the weekend. Property management was very responsive & helpful with questions/access getting in. Thankfully elevator was working during our stay. I know this seemed to have been an issue with previous renters but we had no problem. Would stay here again. Location was everything!
10.0
Location is great and condo was equipped with everything we needed. The Turnip Truck grocery store and small liquor store across the street had all we needed to furnish us with food and drinks for when we did not eat out. About a 20 minute walk from downtown Broadway.

The property lacked the needed amenities such as counter space in the bathrooms and dressers in the bedrooms. Lightning around the entrance was lacking. The location was great.

Girls trip
Wonderful stay! Great location, Loft had everything we needed. The only negative thing was the couch. Really should be replaced. Also elevator wasn’t working so be prepared to haul things up 3 flights of stairs. Parking was a little confusing, but when we figured out how to add time , all was well. We would stay here again.

Our unit was furnished exactly as described in text and photos. It was a great place for our family with adult offspring and significant others to stay. Conveniently located across the street from a grocery store and with many dining options for every meal within walking distance. Parking isn't free, but with the validation QR code they provide, is affordable. Walkable to the many venues on Broadway, though you might want to take a lyft home if you're really making a night of it. The host, Urban Nashville, was very responsive and communicative. All in all, a great stay.

Nice Location, But Needs Some Attention
Apartment needs a thorough cleaning. Lots of dust on walls above & around refrigerator. The TV cable that stretched across the floor in front of the steps is an absolute hazard and needs to be addressed. Also, the ice maker does not work and it appears it hasn’t for quite some time.
