Walk into this unit to find big, open windows that give you optimum viewing of our city's beautiful downtown, including a perfect visual of Nashville's famous "Batman" building. Watch the sunrise over the city in the morning, and gaze out over the city lights at night!

The Space
Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer. Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot.
When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home. This 960 sq ft loft features 15ft ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft has 2 bedrooms in an open concept setting. One bedroom is exposed to the living area and kitchen while the 2nd is tucked away. There is 1 king bed and 1 queen bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room that provides a third sleeping spot if it is needed.We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit!

You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay as well as the shared patio space near the entrance on the second floor.
Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in-and-out privilege's means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. → No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.
→ Due to the nature of the exposed and loft-style ceilings, you will be hearing the AC kick on and off. This is unavoidable. Sound machines and ear plugs available upon request!
→ There is NO cable, but there is a Smart TV with all streaming capabilities
→ Parking: Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. → Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 6 people. There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a queen sofa bed. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.
NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.

The loft was large and sunny and had all needed amenities. The location on the map was different than the actual apartment, but that was the fault of VRBO and not the host. The host was very responsive and helpful and the location it was at was very good. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this host. convenient.very responsive

The loft was perfect! It was exactly what the listing described - right in the heart of the Gulch. A good hike to Broadway, but definitely walkable. Clean, spacious and safe. The host communication was timely and clear. I would highly recommend for your next trip to Nashville.

Apartment was in a great location, right near all the good restaurants and fun shops. Walking distance to Broadway Bar area ( about 20 min)
Having 2 bathrooms was great, unit was clean and having floor to ceiling windows in common space gave such a fun city vibe.
We were 2 women traveling for a convention and we felt completely safe, no access to building without the code. The storage lockers(ask manager before booking) were a game changer as we had early flights in and late flights out. Having a secure space to store our belongings allowed us to get out and start enjoying the area.
We personally really enjoyed the Gulch area and were happy to be away from the chaos of Downtown and Broadway, yet still super close and accessible.

Great unit -perfect for 2 couples or a parent with 2 kids! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. One bedroom has a folding divider as a door and that opens to the living area. Very clean. Property manager is very responsive! We had issues with the AC not working but it seems the whole building was down so nothing anyone could really do about it > otherwise the location is great you can walk everywhere and was also very quiet apartment which was nice at night!

What a great stay. The property was very well kept and very clean. We parked at the Icon parking garage which is a short walk away. We walked everywhere. The downtown bars are about a 15 minute walk but never once did we feel unsafe. So many options nearby. Highly recommend staying here!!

Four friends, all women, stayed in the Gulch loft apartment for 3 nights and 4 days. It was everything we could have wanted! Never having stayed in the Gulch, we thought we would have to Uber to Broadway, but it was a great walk. We had groceries delivered from Publix, stopped at the liquor store across the way, and we were set. It was super helpful to have the locker on the first floor to store luggage before we could check in. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The loft was just as it was described. Pretty view overlooking the Gulch. Nice and easy to get all the check-in info. Couldn't have ask for a better place to stay for the weekend.

The property is located in a cute neighborhood of the Gulch. Easy walking distance to Broadway or a Uber ride away. The loft was perfect for my family of 4. The host was very responsive to communication. I would recommend and stay here again.

Two suggestions:
change a couple of the wall receptacles to thoes that have USB ports.
Put a small sign in the unit telling about coffee and breakfast at the Turnip ??? Such a short walk. Excellent service and food for breakfast.

Place was “as advertised”. Location was ideal. We were a group of 6 . 2 moms and 4 daughters.
Honestly, struggled with sofa bed. A couple of the girls got cut fingers opening it and scratches on legs getting out. It sags quite a bit - probably time to replace.
Last comment is that the ac is super noisy. Since we weren’t there very much it was only bothersome at night.
Overall - a fantastic trip. We love everything about Nashville.

We were able to walk from the condo to the venue. Very convenient when it takes 2 hours to get out of the parking lot at the stadium. Lots of places to eat immediately adjacent to condo. Parking in the public lot across the street was no problem. Literally 10 more steps. Highly recommend for anyone interested in the Gulch.

We selected this rental property since it was walking distance to the start line of Nashville Rock n Roll Marathon. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Great location!

We loved our stay. Property was very well kept. Staff was offsite and available when we needed them. Parking was available and the loft is walking distance to everythig downtown. Very safe enviroment. I would like to thank the staff for the extremely fast response when we locked our keys in the room. Your team had us back in the room in a few short minutes. We had a full schedule in Nashville and the loft was so nice that it made it hard to leave. We can not wait to return.

This was a great space in a great location. Walking distance to lots of fun restaurants, bars, and shops in the Gulch. The loft was really nice and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I have rented many places and this by far was one of the best! The communication from the property manager was above and beyond. The accuracy of the rental description and photos was absolutely spot on. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and music row. Extremely clean and comfortable.
