Propreté - Équipements neufs
Parfait pour nous qui ne passions que la nuit et bougions beaucoup la journée mais à noter que le logement ne dispose pas d'une vraie table à manger intérieure pour prendre des repas en famille.

Location very convenient for central Didcot, but the Lodge itself is fairly quiet considering the location. Beds comfy, everything we needed was supplied (we only stayed one night though and didn't need to use the kitchenette at all).
The lodge building definitely loses heat overnight - the electric panel heaters heat the rooms up fairly quickly, but we didn't get back from an event until midnight so had to wait for it to warm up a bit before going to bed. The duvet was very warm though, so we had the heaters off overnight and it was fine!

This chalet style accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The beds were good quality and the linen clean and crisp. The kitchen had just about enough equipment to make a cooked breakfast. Bathroom was clean and tidy. the outside space was an added bonus. Very close to Oxford Park & Ride. Some good pubs and restaurants nearby.
Kitchen equipment was basic and needs to be replenished. The accommodation is quite sparse. Note that one bed is in the sitting room/ kitchen area so you have to walk through the other bedroom to use the loo. Take earplugs if you are a light sleeper, as the chalet backs onto a carpark and pub (which had quite a few early deliveries.)

Was handy for what we wanted to do.
Tv reception was useless. Tried retuning to no avail.

The accommodation was perfectly located for our needs and was well equipped and comfortable.
Would have liked to have been pre warned that the bathroom was only accessed via the bedroom.
Although the inside of the accommodation was clean there were rather a large number of cigarette buts on the outside patio area that we cleaned up. Maybe some sort of cigarette bin area could help with this issue to aid in cleaning.

There is ample parking behind the cabin. I nice outside area to eat and drink. Free wi-fi. Clean modern shower room. Nice option to cook at the cabin and a small Sainsbury's is right next door.
The layout of the cabin. One bed in the main cooking/ lounge area meant and the shower room is located through the second bedroom. Meaning you will need to disturb anyone sleeping there to access the toilet. It's ok if you are all from one family but I'd not recommend it if you're not as there's not much privacy.

The property was clean and well equipped for everyday tasks.
The location was a bit noisy as it was next to a busy pub car park.

the pub next door. property very safe however

Comunication how to access the property was clear explaining how to find the keys and get in. The space is beutifully decorated and would be suitable for longer stays then i made. Nicely private as well so doesn't feel tied to the house it's essentially in the garden of, with fencing making both places feel seperate and non intrusive. The 2 TVs looked to have DVD players built into them which would be a great bonus for entertainment if the case.
Whilst the place was easy to find a Photo of the driveway would have been usufull beforehand so as to know where to turn, but this is an extreamly minor thing and didn't make the stay less enjoyable.

perfect for our 2 night stay to visit family in the area. close to shops etc
very clean
If we were staying for a longer period, I would’ve liked a few more cooking utensils.
As the lodge was very close to a pub, there was a fair amount of noise that went on until 1.00am
5.0 / 10.0
It was close to our sons house.
The bathroom was en suite to one bedroom, so if you were sleeping in the other room and you needed the loo in the night you had to walk past the people sleeping in the en-suite room. The fact that it felt like you were sleeping in the middle of the car park behind the building with loud voices and music from the cars.

More crockery. No wine glasses for example

we liked the location, it was close to several shops, we used to purchase foodstuffs etc.
The rooms were well supplied with towels etc. beds were comfortable.
we felt that there could have been one or two more shelves for food storage. non-stick saucepans were provided, but no non-stick utensils. we had some difficulty controlling the heat system. Pamphlets/information about nearby attractions would be useful.
Parking in the front courtyard would have been appreciated.
we arrived after dark and had difficulty identifying the house, perhaps a number/name on the gatepost would have made it easier to find.
