THE BIG COTTAGE
AREA
Located on the west coast of Gull Lake, across from the Gull Lake Rotary Park, The Big Cottage is a beautiful retreat nestled among the trees. Only 7 minutes to the town of Gravenhurst for all amenities including restaurants such as The Oar and Boston Pizza! Get your picture taken on the famous gigantic yellow Muskoka chair outside of Sawdust Brewery. Then, enjoy an evening stroll down the docks of the Wharf where you can shop and dine while watching the Muskoka Steamships drift in and out of port! Be sure to attend the Gravenhurst farmers market featured every Wednesday across from the Wharf, where fresh local produce and small shop products are featured.
PROPERTY
THE BIG COTTAGE is nestled in a private bay with a point. An expansive deck running the full length of the cottage features multiple outdoor dining areas and ample room to enjoy the afternoon. A gentle slope with large stone slabs guides you down to the waterfront where a sandy beach with deep water awaits your best dive at the end of the dock! The dock area features sun all day and a beautiful spot for viewing sunsets!

The large kitchen area features a granite top island with seating for four. Off of the kitchen, there is a large screened-in Muskoka room.

The dining area features a large (expandable) farm table for 8-12 people!
GREAT ROOM
A large welcoming foyer leads into an open concept great room with cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and a beautiful stone faced wood burning fireplace. The great room has access to an expansive deck extending the length of the cottage.
MUSKOKA ROOM
The large screened-in Muskoka Room is set off the kitchen and features a sofa, a love seat and 2 armchairs.
UPPER LEVEL LOFT
The spacious loft overlooks the great room and features a Queen pullout sofa and writing desk!
