With coffee shops, bars, breweries, and fast food all within walking distance, our area of town is very active with native Nashvillians and tourists alike. Singers and songwriters love this area of town for the dive bars and creative scene – be sure to introduce yourself when you see someone you recognize! The Trinity Lane corridor is quickly developing to include some of Nashville’s newest hot spots.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was large and clean and we really liked having a garage. The property manager responded immediately to the ant issue so we appreciated that. It cost about $30 to Uber anywhere so this is a great place to stay with a vehicle and just Uber in the evenings.

The place was pretty nice and in a decent location. Only 4 miles from downtown Nashville so a short Uber ride away from Broadway...very convenient. About a mile away from Publics Grocery was nice too. There are very few decent places within walking distance, but not a big deal for us. The actual accommodations were quite nice and served us well with 3 bedrooms (comfortable beds), 3 bathrooms & laundry equipment. However, there were a few key areas that need improvement. The unit was not clean. The floors were quite dirty such that white socks and bare feet turned black due to the floors not being cleaned properly. There were also a few leftover decorations in random spots from the previous tenants. Just another example of improved turnover service that is needed here. The last major gripe is the kitchen being very poorly stocked. Basic items like utensils & proper pots & pans were in short supply and others were not there at all (cutting boards, mixing bowls etc.). This is a problem for accommodations where people plan to cook some meals rather than eat out every day. Be aware that there are a lot of stairs. Overall we still enjoyed our stay because Nashville is always a great place to visit. Thank you!

Great property vey comfortable and a nice location. It was just as advertised. Really the only issue was cleanliness. Two of the beds had sirty sheets with crumbs and dead bugs. We changed them out with spare clean sheets available. Overall it was a great place to stay during our vacation.

The condo was used for our mothers/sons trip to Nashville. The layout was perfect for our needs and the communication with the management company was excellent! It is also decorated so lovely. I do have to give a so-so overall rating for the location (fast food is walking distance, not a charming neighborhood or attraction s). The overall cleanliness could be improved with a good deep clean (all bathroom tiles/grout) and the kitchen needs a restock of utensils to account basic cooking (no spatulas for eggs, terrible knives, no containers etc). If you’re going any cooking, bring your own basics, including salt/pepper.

Overall a good place to stay! Short uber to Broadway and a few places within walking distance. While we felt safe and didn't have any issues, but just wanted to say there was a break in at a different unit while we were there.
