Great location, lovely cottage! We loved the vintage feel in the home, as well as the surrounding neighborhood and there's so much in walking distance! Would definitely rent again!

Great place and minutes from downtown Nashville. This was a girls trip and we felt very safe in the area. Photos show the beauty of this place and it was very clean. Will definitely visit again.

I enjoyed my stay here in East Nashville! Close enough to downtown so if you Uber it’s cheap, which is great! The property was nice and clean and the property owner is always available and super friendly!

I went to Nashville with four girl friends for a 5 day trip and it was wonderful! Brigitte let us check in early (because our flight arrived several hours before check in) and she let us store our bags in the basement after checkout (because our flight left several hours after check out). We really enjoyed the front porch and the table in the backyard.
The area is wonderful - multiple restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance.
Overall, Brigitte was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay here!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The best VRBO I have booked and we will be returning next time we find ourselves in Nashville. Very clean, comfy beds, super cute decor and close to everything. I stayed with 3 of my friends and we couldn’t have been happier. The owners were wonderful and so friendly. Thank you for making our first visit that much more special with your beautiful cottage.

My Dad and I stayed here for a midweek bucket list trip to Nashville.... Great location for a visit.... 10 minute Uber/lyft ride to downtown.. House was very clean and loved all the extras that the owner left for guests... Stayed in alot of rentals through VRBO and this was the nicest... She went out of her way to make sure you had everything you needed! Beds comfy.. Used Lyft to get around town, first time using... Park the car and use the service..safe and friendly drivers..and cheap.... Went to lower Broadway for dinner and drinks and great live music at the Stage.. Show at Grand ole Opry....fantastic place! The Pharmacy for burgers.... Great spot and within walking distance... General Jackson show boat at Opry land....fun thing to do at lunch... Greenbrier distillery is worth checking out....great whisky!. Loved Nashville... Quick 24 trip to Graceland to finish off a great 5 days...

The home was just what we needed. It was decorated very nicely. It was well maintained and clean. The snacks, coffee, tea, etc. were a welcome treat. We were in town for a wedding so decided to add a few days to visit Nashville. Brigitte's recommendations on places to eat and where to visit were very much appreciated. We used the suggestions. The Sweet 16 Bakery was very good for a quick breakfast sandwich and delicious treats. We enjoyed the Pied Piper Eatery for a full breakfast menu. Hattie B's Hot Chicken was a treat, but we weren't very daring on going too spicy. We got a good laugh from their choice of wording on the menu. The Hermitage was an excellent tour, make sure to block out at least 2 hours. We took a back stage tour of The Rymand Auitorium, toured The Musician's Hall of Fame, Broadway St. ( really enjoyed ACME), Gaylord Opryland hotel and we were fortunate to hear Carrie Underwood at The Grand Ole Opry. Brigitte responded very quickly to any questions. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our visit.

The place was in an awesome neighborhood and so adorable. Very clean and well kept. Beds and bedding we’re both very comfortable. We had a great weekend away and would stay here again.

This is a great cottage to rent when staying in Nashville. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors are very friendly. You are within walking distance of two grocery stores an Aldi and Kroger. Several nice neighborhood restaurants too. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Great front porch with chairs and a porch swing to enjoy in the evening. We used Uber and Lyft since we did not rent a car. Definitely recommend this rental if you plan to stay in Nashville.

This is a really cute place. Good response time from owners. It was everything we needed. Uber ride to town was quick and easy. Only two complaints would be the twin beds would squeak everytime we moved and the rose bushes need trimming. They kept catching our clothes when we walked by. Other than that this place was perfect.

This place was the perfect "home base" for our bachelorette party weekend. The only issue we had was that housekeeping had forgot to clean it before we got there; she had gotten her days confused or something and thought no one was checking in that day. The owner was just apologetic and offered to refund $100 of our trip and her husband also dropped off some "I'm sorry" wine the next day. Very kind people with a beautiful place to stay in Nashville. I would stay here or any of their locations again!

This property is a great location. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Everything in the house is very clean and kept nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This urban cottage was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! Loved the location - lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops nearby, and so easy to get downtown. We had access to a car and never had trouble with parking. We really appreciated the guide that Brigitte provided. Particularly enjoyed the coffee shop, Crema, and dinner at Edley's BBQ! The house was immaculate and cozy; the beds were very comfy. Everything that you could want or need was provided for. All weekend we just kept saying how lucky we felt to find this lovely cottage! Can't wait to visit Nashville and stay here again!!

This was my second time staying here and the experience was just as great as the first time! The amenities are everything you could need for a weekend trip of any kind, and Bridgette made herself available by checking in should we have needed anything else. Bridgette even let us re-schedule when bad weather in another part of the country very close to the original time of our trip threatened to cancel the whole thing. Overall, very accommodating and the perfect location if you are visiting Nashville and don't want to be right in the middle of Broadway madness while also remaining close enough to downtown hotspots.

This was our first time renting a home for a vacation trip. It won’t be the last. Everything.we needed was close at hand - grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, tourist attractions. We finally made our pilgrimage to the Ryman Auditorium, less than 3 miles away. All in all, it felt like a great vacation without ever leaving home.

Very cute little cottage in east Nashville. Walking distance to the five points area. The house was very clean and the decor was so cute. Stayed there for a mother/daughter girls weekend and it was perfect. Very easy and inexpensive to Uber to downtown.

We had a fantastic visit to Nashville and lucked out with our choice of accommodation. Great neighborhood feel with plenty of local places to enjoy. Very close to downtown - was so nice to not be squarely in the middle of the noisy party hubbub, but to have a more authentic Nashville experience. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this listing! Beautiful renovated home, cozy, and very warm! Great access to all of the hot-spots in Nashville and incredibly close to downtown.

We loved staying at this house! The information Bridget sent about the surrounding area was very helpful in deciding what to do. We think this location is PERFECT!!!! Loved the neighborhood--walking to eat--great restaurants!!! It is also very easy to get to different areas of Nashville(--Broadway, parks, etc. ) from the house! We plan to be back and stay in this house again!!! Thanks Bridget!!!

We stayed at Brigitte's adorable Nashville cottage for a girl's getaway to celebrate a dear friend's birthday. We didn't know anything about East Nashville when we booked our little home away from home. But, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. You will find it as you see it in the pictures. It is cozy, but very comfortable. The home does have some quirks, mostly because of it's age. But, we found them to be charming rather than bothersome. Our host provided plenty of linens, coffee, noise machines in the bedrooms, and even snacks. And, the location is really great. We used Lyft while we were in Nashville and found it to be about $6-7 (before tip) to get to downtown. The neighborhood is also very walkable. And with a grocery 2 blocks away, we were set. We only had a couple of questions while we were there and Brigitte was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked this property for myself and for the three other people in my group and we enjoyed the property. We enjoyed using the backyard to play a little football as it was nice and spacious. In addition, the listing was accurate and it looked exactly like the pictures. When we ran into a slight problem with the smoke alarm beeping, I was able to get a response from the host right away to assist us with solving the problem and they were just very responsive in general. The location of the place was great as it was in a quiet neighborhood, it was also 15 minutes walking distance to some of the bars in East Nashville and a 10 minute drive from downtown Nashville's Broadway. If I were booking a place in Nashville, I would come back here again.

We only got to stay a very short time here, but the home was very accommodating and the neighborhood is a great start for any Nashville adventure. Would most definitely stay again, and again, and again…

Could not have been better, looking forward to coming back, hopefully will be available!!

Close to bus, restaurants, convenience stores! The extra amenities were awesome (shampoo, body wash, coffee, tea etc)
Felt safe and loved the area. Thanks for everything !!!

My husband and I are so happy that we stayed in East Nashville and this location was perfect. Our pet (corgi) travelled with us and he was extremely comfortble and enjoyed playing ball in the back yard. Some favorite eateries are in walking distance. The Pelican and the pig being our #1 choice, and the Frothy Monkey seating on the patio with our pup was our go to for breakfast.
The home was very much a home away from home for us. Plenty of space, a front porch that we were loved, quiet at night, and easy access (with a car) to downtown nashville and a day trip to Franklin.
Would totally stay here again!!!

We were a group of 5 women celebrating multiple 40th bdays. We picked this place for the walkability (which we had read about on the listing) and the affordability/size. We were disappointed upon our arrival with the lack of cleanliness (spider webs on the inside screens of all windows, plus dog hair on furniture and dog smell throughout). I notified the owner at once so she would have a chance to correct it, but she did not. The house did not have any natural light so it's very cold. We also tried walking to restraunts and were disappointed in the busy streets / lack of a cute strip. Everything was very far spread out, not how we imagined it. Wish we had gone with South Nashville (12th South was super cute) . Lastly, one of my girlfriends tried to open the window in the kitchen and it fell on her and left a terrible bruise. We let the owner know and instead of showing concern or trying to make it right, she got defensive.

Loved this place in Nashville. Truly a home away from home. Went with friends for a bacherlotte party. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Comfy beds and comforters. Awesome old school kitchen. We even cooked breakfast and lunch one day because we were so comfortable in the house. Good communication.

The house was perfect for our girls night out! Everything in the house was very nice!

We had a really nice night staying at this VRBO. I wish our trip to Nashville could have been longer so that we could take full advantage of the location. We’ll be back.
