We loved the house! We came down for the weekend to go to Kentucky Kingdom and the house was located in a great spot! Very comfortable and located very close to the downtown attractions.

This location was peaceful and tranquil. Located close to downtown and plenty to do. The host was very responsive and helpful with making sure we were aware of what there was do to around us. When we go back this would be a place we would stay again.

We got this rental place because we wanted a quiet place with 3 rooms for a work trip. Not only the gamble paid off, but we loved this place and we will certainly stay here again. Fredy was a great manager and the place had the best beds I have ever stayed in on a rental place. 5 stars for sure.

Our host responded promptly to any communication and quickly made arrangements for us to check in early when our arrival time changed. The home is located conveniently close to downtown, with only a few minutes’ commute, but still feels secluded and quiet. Highly recommend this host and destination for your next trip to Louisville.

We spent a lovely long weekend at this cute place! Enough room for my husband and I and our 2 young adult children. Also, everything you could need to feel at home away from home. Owners were great at communication and anticipated any question. I loved the location and closeness to downtown. We loved the Derby Museum and quaint shops! Would love to stay here again and do some bourbon tours with just us parents.

This is such a charming property in Louisville. Very clean and well maintained. It worked perfectly for our family. My only regret is that I didn’t have time to soak in the amazing looking spa tub! Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Very much enjoyed. The only downfall for me was having to go up a full flight of steps with a hurting knee, to get up to the main floor. This was not mentioned in the description, or I simply missed it. Stilled pleased with the place.

My husband, several adult children and myself converged on Louisville for some bourbon and golf. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space to relax after busy days of golf. Would definitely come back if we make it to Louisville again.

This place is awesome! The place was exactly as described and shown in pictures from the listing (possibly better). It’s quiet despite being right off the main street of River Road. The recommendation of River House Restaurant was right on time as we arrived about 6pm and reservation was at 7pm. It’s 10 mins away and a great way to wind down after travel. We visited the local shop Haymarket for coffee and breakfast the next morning (need to add to their recommendation list). It’s also less than 10 mins away. Stay was nice and quiet with easy use of the patio or games to entertain. I will definitely book again!

This quaint little property was the perfect spot for my husband and 17 yo daughter! We were in town for a basketball tournament and it was a quick drive to the Kentucky Exposition Center. The property was cute, clean, well stocked and the owner checked in by email frequently to make sure we had everything we needed! The surrounding neighborhoods were beautiful and I loved all the greenery! Would definitely stay again!

The house was spotless and very welcoming. Beautiful area! Perfect space for our family of 5 The street was a little busier than I had expected but not anything that interfered with relaxing at the house. Cute little back porch and fire pit area. Hosts were great and communicated well check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again if in the area! Thank you again!

This was a nice home with room for 6 adults. We like the location in a quiet area but an easy ride to downtown Louisville. We did uber to Churchill downs and from downtown to the home with no issues. We would stay here again, it was a pleasant visit with friends. Thank you!

This house was so cozy! The beds were comfortable!! You all know how important that is. We slept soundly in the home and enjoyed the easy access to Louisville and some of the great restaurants. We could easily get an Uber or Lyft ride to the property and were a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Location was a beautiful drive and a quiet place to stay. Would have loved the outdoor balcony too if it had been warmer. But would certainly stay again! Paul was very communicative and easy to get in touch with. Great weekend and value for this home!

So much better than staying at a hotel. We are a family of 5 and were looking for a house located in a safe area near downtown. The house is as described. The house and location suited our needs well. Cost was about the same as staying in a nice hotel. Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

My family had a great time staying at this home for our quick trip to Louisville. We were only 10 minutes from all of the sites and loved the nearby parks when we just needed to run around. Communication with the host was easy but honestly never needed. Things ran smoothly from check in to check out.

We spent 5 days in your home. We were very pleased with the ease of checking in and the creature comforts of the home. We were nervous having never stayed in a VRBO but we were so thankful for the ease of getting to it, the communication of the owners when we had questions both before our arrival while trying to place this in reference to how near our family it was to have our first Thanksgiving since the '80s! And while we were there! This was the perfect spot for us! And made it perfect for our reunion! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! Happy Holidays!

Our stay was wonderful. Freddie and Paul are so easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. Their home was very comfortable and had essentials for our stay-Kuerig, coffee, sweetener, iron, syrup, towels, linens, many pillows, and games. The home was nicely decorated and there was plenty of room for 6 adults and my 2 year old grandson.

I was pleased overall. A gate at the top of the stairs would be helpful for small children. We could of used a few more containers for leftovers. It is a lovely home and property.
