We held my best friend’s bachelorette party here and it was absolutely stunning. We were able to rent a pontoon boat easily that was docked next door to the house. We could swim right off our dock and had our own private lake cove in the middle of forest and farmland heaven. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions and/or needed anything and the house comes with a binder with all the info you need about the place and the area. I would definitely come back and recommend this place for any large group, family, etc looking for a fantastic lake trip adventure. There’s also a canoe and tons of floaties and other things available for use at the property for free! 🙌 The house is huge and has so many wonderful spaces to enjoy.

This was a great place for our family of 10. We had a great time. Rented a pontoon from Caden who was great to work with. The Host were amazing and very prompt to any and all questions or concerns. Definitely will rent this vacation home again!

Great property! Very well-kept and furnished. Beautiful location that was close to family living in the area. We come to Robbinsville every year for a family reunion and this was a fantastic location for the out of town gang. Will book again!

We were very happy with our stay and would return. We have stayed in many cabins in the region and this was one of our favorites to date. Plenty of space for our group, ample parking, and a location near plenty of area attractions that we like to visit during our annual stay in the area.

This is the best house we have ever stayed at and have been to many VRBO and other rentals. Easy access to the water, interior of home had everything we needed and then some. Looking forward to returning in the future, hopefully, with other family members. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

I chose this cabin because other reviewers said they would return...I agree with them! I would love to return to this cabin. It was spacious and the floorplan suited our group well. We loved the large kitchen, game room and the lake. The hosts were responsive to my pre-trip questions, and we didn't have any issues during our stay. We made great memories here and would gladly stay again!

Would stay again, no yard to speak of for kids to play but we had access to a boat and spent alot of our time on the lake. Daughter and grandsons enjoyed the canoe.

It was a very good experience!!
From the entry we like the house how the smell of clean and spacious!
The lake was a plus !
My family loved the place!!
We’ll definitely come back!
Suggestion because we struggle with the dryer and washer machine took a very long time to have the clothes ready!
Also, window screen will be a very good thing to be able to open the windows for fresh air!
I notice that the windows will look better if they were clean.
A good power wash will be great! :)
Other than that our experience in the property was great my family is very happy and that doesn’t have a price :)

This is the second summer we rented this house. It is a beautiful home, a great layout for our family, and a dock for our rental boat from Santeetlah Marina. We are a family of five (kids 15, 12 and 10) and bring the in-laws, we all get a space for privacy in the three large bedrooms (each bedroom has its own attached bathroom). There is more room to bring kid’s friends in the future, if we want. This quiet corner of Lake Santeetlah is like having your own private cove for relaxing, swimming, fishing, reading, looking for the end of the internet, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for anything we want to cook. The host Lucy is very responsive to any communication and easy to work with. We really hope to return here in the future.

We love this house and this area!! The house is so spacious and has lots of great amenities... Tons of games, a canoe and kayak, lots of kitchen items. Lake Santeetlah is such a gorgeous lake with pristine water and very few boats overall. We'll be back!

This is a great property. Very comfortable and plenty of room for a large family. We enjoyed the great kitchen. We fished off the dock, kayaked, canoed, and had s’mores around the fire pit. Very relaxing stay.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as our first. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, garage, paved driveway, linens and soaps and comfortable beds. The view off of the back deck is gorgeous and makes for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning. The house's location is close to downtown Robbinsville and the various scenic roads such as Cherohala Skyway, Moonshiner and Tail of the Dragon.

The location of this property is amazing. 10-15 minutes from the grocery store - 15 minutes to Tapoco Lodge. Waking up to the views of the lake each morning was so incredible. It's a very quiet end of the lake with next to no boat traffic. It made it very easy to get out on the water in a kayak or with a canoe and just paddle and float. My 3 year old loved it!
The house was immaculately clean with plenty of toilet paper :) We went up with 2 couples to enjoy an event at Tail of the Dragon. It was great that every couple had their own ensuite bathroom. More than enough towels, washcloths, etc in the showers. Handsoap was provided in each bathroom along with a bar of soap.
The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you need to cook with. I baked while I was there and was surprised to find they even had a sifter. We made use of the charcoal grill as well. There was also a gas grill available with plenty of propane in the tank - we just prefer the charcoal grill over gas when making steaks. Plenty of pots, pans, blender, crockpot, coffee maker and a milk frother! Tupperware, tinfoil, ziploc bags of all sizes. Nice to have a regular drip coffee maker and a keurig - so bring or buy keurig pods if you prefer that over drip coffeemaker.
If you go to the grocery store before you arrive you can skip picking up salt and pepper, vegetable oil, and Pam. As of Nov 2022 there was plenty of that in the kitchen already :)
Reliable highspeed wifi - I didn't have to work on this trip and usually make a point to tell people I'm off the grid while I'm in Robbinsville because of the other trips we've made the wifi available at other homes is pretty much nonexistent and forget about cell service unless you're in downtown Robbinsville or at the overlook.
HOWEVER, that's not the case at this home. I had no issue with my verizon service before we connected to wifi and we never had an issue with streaming Netflix.
There's plenty of parking for 4 cars - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. One garage spot is roomy enough for a full size vehicle. The other was a bit shorter but not by much. We had no issue parking a midsize sedan there. And the driveway is plenty long for a F250 to park plus a vehicle parked next to it with no issue opening the doors all the way.
I'm in love with this house - we come up a few times a year and we'll definitely be back. Homeowners communication was quick. Thanks for having us!!!

We spent a week at the house and even though we'd stayed there before, the additional space in the garage for our motorcycles was a must.
The view is spectacular and the location is 1/2 way between Robbinsville and Deal's Gap resort.
Plenty of space for everyone and EXCELLENT communication with the owner(s) if/when we needed them.

If you and 6 of your friends are looking to ride The Tail of the Dragon, Blue Ridge Parkway or any of the other amazing places in the Robbinsville area, this is your place. This big beautiful house on a lake has (3) Huge bedrooms with (7) beds. (3) big bathrooms attached to each bedroom, a small guest bathroom on the 1st floor and a garage big enough to fit all seven bikes. The house is not too far from Robbinsville or off the main road and all of the roads to and from are paved. You won't regret your stay.

The cabin was beautiful, nice bathrooms and beds. The kitchen was fantastic. The garage was super we kept our 6 motorcycles in it at night. the only down fall was the lake around the dock it had a lot of debris around sticks, limbs, etc. Not a good spot for swimming.

Such a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. The house was clean and had so much space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with everything e needed to make all meals. I loved that we were at the end section of the lake, it made for a quieter little area with the occasional boater, jet skier or kayaker. Big windows facing the lake gave the most incredible mountain and lake views from all rooms, Livingroom, dinning area and kitchen. The back deck has 2 oversized pick nick tables and we enjoyed meals overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and canoe.

House had a great layout for our family and my parents to spread out. It was clean and we were pleasantly surprised by how stocked the house was for our basic needs. Our kids had fun taking the kayak and canoe out in the little cove. The game room in the basement also kept our kids occupied too, air hockey was the favorite! Propane and charcoal grills are available, we enjoyed s’mores one night with the fire pit. Our littlest kiddo loved fishing from the dock and even caught a fish! We enjoyed the house so much we already booked it again for next summer!

This house is AMAZING and I highly recommend. The pictures don't do justice and this has been one of my most relaxing vacations. The property is tucked away, but still close enough to everything.

Lasting memories
Location of property was amazing. Mountain and lake views from the north side of house. Kids had a blast canoeing. We enjoyed every day. The pictures online only project a small portion of how amazing this property is. The designer behind this house had the right idea of three master suites. Thank you for opening this home up to me and my family :)

This home is beautiful. Nothing better than waking up and having coffee overlooking the lake and mountains. The house is well equipped ,the owners were quick to be helpful when needed.

Lake House
Family enjoyed stay, house was large enough for our family of nine. Only problem was 7 towels for 9 people. If we had known this we would have brought our own. Needed more pans in kitchen. Over all it was a beautiful property.

Santeelah weekend
Pretty nice house on a back water of Santeelah lake. Clean and comfortable. Use of the canoe was a bonus! The house is situated on a tight curve and like many of the houses on the lake are close to both lake and road. Parking is definitely an issue if you have more than two cars. The general area is nice but you may not have a chance for a quiet nice walk around the lake. This is the country and the dogs run free. Most are friendly but a few were not.

Loved this property
Had a wonderful weekend…would have loved to stay longer. Really enjoyed the space in this home, loved the ping pong table …and the beds were super comfy…which was a real blessing since we find that’s not always the case at rental properties! Best of all…can’t beat this lake!
