Clean, great staff and spacious. Good value for money. Decor dated.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our shower wasn’t working properly and they resolved it immediately. Rooms spacious and very clean. 20 minute walk to the Scavi/Ruins. 10 min walk to Pompei town and restaurants. Parking facilities on site. Good value for money.

Great location. Walking distance to the ruins.Easy road access to other areas. Fantastic view of Versuvius from our room.Amazing staff who assisted with lost keys from my motorbike. Thank you so much x. Safe parking for motorbikes undercover.Super breakfast. Lovely garden.Would stay again. Highly recommended 😀

The offered to call a cab, but was not a legitimate taxi and were grossly overcharged!!! That’s a fast way of loosing trust and respect

Excellent staff, parking & location. But dirty…

Secure parking and location — 15 minute walk from the archeological museum and train station. The best was Lucia and her extraordinary service. The rest of the staff was really friendly and service oriented.

Very dirty :( The hotel could be very good, but it seems like they abandoned the overall maintenance and hygiene. Terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere but particularly nasty in the room. Dirty spots and stains on the walls, tv screen, WC seat was yellow, white curtains were gray of dust. Not the cleaning staff fault but the management that has to see those details and keep up the maintenance of the place. Limited breakfast. Very expensive for what it is.

staff were very friendly, showers were great with good pressure. Great location.

no tea & coffee making facilities in room. This was listed as a feature but not provided. However when I mentioned this we were provided tea and coffee when requested, but we did not realise this was chargeable. however They did deduct this from the bill when I pointed this out.

The staff at this hotel were superb- incredibly helpful. The reception area and lounge were really lovely and inviting.

The decor in the bedroom was a bit tired and the ac wasn’t great.

All the staff are extremely friendly, the hotel is clean, they changed bed linen and towels every day. The location is excellent, quick and easy access from the highway, and Pompeii is a 20-minute walk away.

Great location within a reasonable walking distance to the Pompeii ruins.

Convenient location to access Pompeii ruins. Excellent and friendly staff support. New restaurant Pomo Dori across the street was exceptional!

Rooms and hotel are a bit dated, breakfast was ok but sparse.

I would recommend, close to the main points , very nice place with kind staff.

Breakfast was nice and satisfying. We really enjoyed evening at the backyard garden with tables where you can relax. Kind staff let us borrow wine opener and provided info we need - transportation etc.

Very noisy curtains, besides that all nice.

Very nice hotel for the money I paid. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable. They cleaned the room every day. The staff was very friendly.

Very friendly staff. Good size room. Hotel is a little tired but comfortable. Good position for Pompeii ruins and access to the A3. Pompeii town is very run down.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
