Staff were generally very friendly.
Over crowded, under resourced and under staffed. Not enough restaurants. Room location terrible, noisy with disappointing view.

it’s a beautiful property with lots to offer the place is magical

Immaculate property and setting nestled in the cliffs. Property was the definition of understated high-end luxury.

Great facilities, great food and staff were lovely
The guest experience service (concierge) was a disaster with something messed up every day (eg restaurants not booked, wrong number of people) and I ended up spending a lot of time each day sorting things out

this is an exceptional property in every respect.

property is nice but far from everything
staff is untrained, far away from a 5 star experience. they made me pay a room extension outside of booking for 30% more and refused to refund. poor service. i don’t reco the hotel at all. room sold with sea view but no sea view or extremely partial.
7.0
Nice location with beautiful view from the pool and from the beach. Facilities are new, modern but have a certain touch of “fake” and “wanna be”… it could be taken out from a hipster magazine. The food is very good with plenty of healthy options.
The price is clearly overstated for the service level as it is twice as expensive than the next best 5 star hotel on the island. Room was not ready in time, we had to wait 20 minutes to be able to get somebody to do our checkin. We were also lacking some small attentions, eg there is no complementary bottle of water once a day provided in the room, which every other hotel on the island is offering (and this despite 1600$ / night). The hotel is mainly visited by Americans (at least when we have been there) and you can feel that everything is orchestrated around US taste. There is no real privacy (neither from the terrace of the room, nor at the pool) due to the size of the resort with the many rooms and it is clearly a hotel to “show off”. In summary: nice hotel but definitely not worth the money.

The concierge were amazing and super friendly, especially Ignasi who’s like a friend.
When I booked I requested a nice room as it was our anniversary celebration, but they gave us a handicapped room.

everything about this property caters for the guests. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. the location is stunning and the facilities are beautiful.
Due to the expense of staying at a property like this, it can attract a slightly entitled person. My only negative point was having to witness the rudeness of some of the guests to the staff. who, by the way, smiled through it all.
