Excellent location, very friendly staff, basic accommodation

_ Very friendly staff, _Daily cleaning of the room, toiletries, _ Excellent location by the new port, _ Sea view, _ Value for Money, _ Clean room, _ Balcony, _ Quiet albeit central location, _ Easy check in & check out, _ Wi-fi, Small fridge, Hair dryer

_ Very small room for 2 people, _ Only one socket, _ Very small bathroom / shower, _ General problem with the water on the island at that particular period from nighttime till early morning (not the hotel's fault in any case), _ Light early in the morning due to the lack of suitable shutters/dark curtains, _ Hard mattress

Very good

The location is perfect. Just in the heart of shopping, restaurants and bars. Very near to the ferry. The elevator is a big bonus. Rooms are big enough and sitting at the balcony is also very nice.

May be just a kettle and two cups will be better in the room.

Great location, nice staff but dreadful mattresses. Spotlessly cleanI’m sure there are better ones on a prison.

GREAT LOCATION, VERY POLITE STAFF

The location is perfect, VERY VERY CENTRALLY located, close to all bars, restaurants, shops, market, port of Dapia. Walking distance to all of the above, as well as to PALIO LIMANI (Old Port). Renovated and clean room with great view to Dapia and sea view..

The matresses are hard, the shower is very narrow, I stayed 3 nights and no maid came in to arrange my room.

Very good

We were with our 1-month boy and stayed for only a night. The room was ok, with a great big balcony with nice view and really on a top location.The staff was really nice and pleasant and they even last us stay longer, for the baby to take a nap and make our lives easier, until we took the boat.

There was a weird smell- maybe it used to be a smoker's room or sth. The room is quite small even for a couple.

Centrally located hotel, value for money

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views. Very close to one of the island's beaches (Agios Mamas), restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the port. Despite our room being just above the square, there was no noise from the restaurants after midnight and in the mornings. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Internet connection was very good.

The shower was quite small, and the bathroom door could not be closed properly. There are a few stairs before you enter the property, which may be a problem to people with mobility issues, but it was fine for us.

a pleasant stay

Location, very close to main port, city center and restaurants with great view (sea & mountain view). A comfort and convenience hotel. The staff was very pleasant, polite and helpful, always with a smile. I have to admit that is very clean hotel, rooms was very clean (including sheets and towels).

Rooms needs to be renovated, (beds, closet and bathroom). Maybe the family one that we stay on the 3rd floor.

Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Victoria and both ladies with same name Sofia . They did the best to change our booking from simple room errounesly booked by me, to a room with balcony and sea view!! Great location close to everywhere.

Superb

Hotel is In the center of the city so it is very convenient. Staff and owners were very helpful and always with a smile. Room was also spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend it.

Ideal for a short stay.

Very helpful and welcoming owners/staff. Cleanliness. Essential fridge and toiletries in room. Closeness to harbour . Access to the most competitive priced scooter hire of any of the Saronic Gulf islands. Beautiful quiet beaches. Excellent museum and well worth a visit .

Our preference is a peaceful rural or village situation. This is neither during the Summer. But, For those who wish to have easy access to all types of shops and lovely galleries plus many eateries it is an ideal setting and for those who are either used to or like bustle and noise.

Perfect location - value for money

The hotel is at the most perfect location. Our room was renovated and had a beautiful view of the port. Hotel staff is very friendly, polite and always willing to provide assistance/recommendations. This place is the definition of value for money and have stayed there with friends many times.

The hotel is simple and functional. Practical. I would stay here with friends, but not with a partner.

The rooms do not match the pictures. THey have no lamps or paintings and the toilet is simple. But it is ok, it is just a funcitonal hotel.

Good value hotel right in the heart of Spetses

Perfect location and very friendly staff, great value for money in busy Spetses.

The bathroom is on a very small side, but all was working and was cleaned very well

amazing location,very central, easy access. for about 75 euro per night I paid for the double room, in the peak season of the greek summer it is amazing value for money

square in front of hotel is noisy. noise reduction in windows and balconies would be very appreciated

A good value for money - Great location of the hotel!

The location was great just above the square with restaurants & 3 minutes walking from the new harbor. Our room had a view at the square but also at the sea (not all rooms have view at the sea - we were lucky I guess...) Some of the facilities of the room where new & renovated, for example the mattresses & bathroom. I noticed that floor, bathroom & sheets were clean!

The hotel needs a big renovation... The corridor before the room is like a movie of the 70s. Doors & balcony doors also. Its a bit depressing but it didn't matter much to us because the price was low in comparison to other places in the island.
