AWFUL HOSTS, NON Responsive and nothing worked for 1 week we had no tv, cable nor Wifi. Horrible

The location was in fact the 'ONLY' think good about this property

Awful, the proprietor was rude and unresponsive. NOTHING WORKED. No TV, WIFI OR CABLE throughout our stay. The also deliberately discriminated against us and decided impromptu, to give our apartment to a higher paying guests eventhough we had already pre-booked. Then proceeded to switch off the electricity AND Water supply by 9am on the day they forced us out, eventhough check out was at Noon. We were 3 young women and they had all sorts of random men accessing the apartment frequently with no warning. AWFUL EXPERINCE. NOT WORTH IT.

The owner or the manager canceled the reservation before my arrival and rented the space to someone else without notification. I arrived in the dark only not to have a room

A relaxing stay away from home

Spacious and in a quiet area just outside Banana Island estate. Secure with lifts and all mod cons. Dining table and washer dryer, and all electronics worked.

Issues raised on the first day were quickly resolved to our satisfaction and the staff were great in resolving those minor issues Advised for hygiene toiletries to be provided.

Dammy was very nice, good environment i liked it. Peaceful place and very spacious. Every other thing workwd dine including the airco

Found a few bugs thankfully not bedbugs and one showerhead didnt work and i didnt care to call for repair And i didnt see the pool

As a first time user of Presken, it was quite impressive

The size and comfort of the apartment. The bathroom was quite good. Didn't have to complain about flow of water

Though there was Netflix, You might want to renew your DSTV subscription. I promise to give a 10/10 rating next time😉

Most exceptional service ...

It's was indeed Luxury as the name goes... We loved everything, The staff were at alert, they were pampering us.... Never been to a place so good, as this, Chioma and her team is the staff to look out for, she is exceptional, I literally called her at 3am, she was right at the door to help out... The environment was clean, just a perfect home for us, everything is in there, I mean everything... Thank you i would come back over and over again 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 I left happily, the way Chioma made us feel like royalties.....

We loved everything, I give them 50/10

Exceptional

Lovely apartment, excellent location, clean and nice neighbourhood. Stylish and spacious rooms overlooking the sea. Loved the decor. Friendly staff and helpful. Would definitely choose this place again.
