About this house rental
Totally renovated and newly furnished in the PERFECT location! Enjoy our modern, spotless, light-filled 3 bedroom townhome in the Old Village located minutes from historic Charleston, Shem Creek, and the beaches of Sullivans and IOP. Groceries (Whole Foods/Trader Joes), award winning restaurants, and beautiful waterfront parks nearby (walk, bike, car, or Uber!). Fully equipped kitchen, 2 parking spots, Wifi and Smart TVs, backyard dining with evening fire pit. Convenient and comfortable!
House is three stories and includes an abundance of amenities, including:
- 1st floor: Full sized kitchen with all new appliances and fully stocked cabinets with cookware, bakeware, servers, etc.
- 8 foot bar accommodates 4 counter stools and wine and beer fridge
- Dining table that expands to seat 8
- Outdoor dining table that expands to seat 8
- New modern living room furniture include couch with chaise and leather Eames chair.
- Brand new powder room
- Free, reliable, hi-speed wifi
- New modern washer/dryer
- SmartTV with Sonos sounder
- Outdoor firepit (propane responsibility of guest)
- Covered front porch with outdoor shower to rinse off from beach and storage for beach chairs, bikes, etc.
- Off the street parking - 2 designated spaces
- Front entrance protected by video doorbell
- 2nd floor: 2 private bedrooms - one with a comfy California King sized bed & one with 2 comfy twin beds and SmartTV. Private bath with tub/shower on this floor.
- 3rd floor: Private master suite with comfy California King sized bed, vaulted ceiling with oversized fan, SmartTV, and modern ensuite bathroom with large double sink bathroom with walk-in shower.
House is in a quiet, shaded neighborhood in an unbeatable location. Walking distance to parks, restaurants and grocery store. Biking distance to parks, waterfront, bars, restaurants, and beaches. Ubers will have you to the best restaurants and historic sites in downtown Charleston within 10 minutes.
Note: this is our family home where we live most of the year, so it is has everything you need to be comfortable and happy and it was designed and curated with careful attention to detail. We do not rent it out other than this particular timeframe, so you will find it does not feel like your average "rental home". We are only able to accommodate stays of at least 30days. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
